Dieses reizvolle Haus am Golf liegt direkt am weißen Sandstrand des schönen Pensacola Beach. Dieses Haus bietet Decks entlang der gesamten Bucht zugewandten Seite des Hauses für Outdoor-Vergnügen. Die Stufen vom Deck lassen Sie in weniger als 100 'Abstand von der Stelle, an der die Wellen am Ufer brechen. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche befinden sich auf der Südseite des Hauses und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf. Beautiful Home

My wife and I, along with two of our sons, stayed here for six nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. We spent some time exploring the area and just enjoying the beach. We had one rainy day when we went to see the Naval Museum, which was time well spent. Local restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to do here, or just relax.

The deck sits over the dunes and you are steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach. The house has three bedrooms but only two bathrooms so it’s on the smaller side but lots of outdoor space. The house is within walking distance of the Pensacola Beach Pier and shops and restaurants. There were only 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods supplied for a 5 night stay so plan on bringing supplies with you!

Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this particular Beach House, couldn’t ask for a better location.Sadly some of the amenities we had the previous years weren’t here there was a canopy over the table on the deck and it was removed this year, after going out and buying an umbrella for the table the owner brings one. Why wasn’t there one downstairs when we arrived??? It was dropped off after a call to the Property Management team about another problem, which they took care of quite quickly. Also wondered why the owner doesn’t have two more chairs for the outside table that can seat 6? Sadly it’s getting so overpriced do not believe we can afford to stay next year.

Some kitchen drawers were damaged and need repaired. The wishlist would be a privacy screen/fence by the outdoor shower and for the security camera not to be pointing at the outdoor shower, so guests could strip their suits to fully wash off the sand.The porch facing the water is not covered, so it's too hot to enjoy the porch during the day, early morning it's okay.This location of the beach was not crowded, regardless of being by the public access.Our family enjoyed the stay very much, with the above caveats.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location. Kinda small for 7 people, but made it work. One of the toilets would run, until you fixed it after flushing, but that’s the only complaint. The location was worth it all!

If you sit on the deck in the early mornings you can watch the dolphins swim by. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking our meals and the appliances were all nice. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and dresser space. It was nice having beach toys, chairs, canopies, and an umbrella available to make our beach days even better. The rinse off station is great to get the sand off before coming in the house. Kudos to the cleaning crew as this was the cleanest rental I have ever had. There was no dust anywhere and everything was sparkling clean! Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with. This was the first time I had booked directly with a company and not through VRBO. They even let me know that the property was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. We haven't been home 2 days and I have already booked a rental for next year with Paradise!

The view from the deck was nothing short of breathtaking, especially during the 4th of July fireworks display.The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly witnessing the Blue Angels Air Show. It's an experience that cannot be adequately described; you have to see it to believe it!The Pensacola area itself had so much to offer. The local restaurants served up some of the freshest seafood we've ever had, making every meal a delight.Throughout our stay, the staff at the beach house was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. Not sure we wanted to use them for the beach. We rented our own chairs and umbrella. Construction noise/music was a little invasive. I was not prepared for the Dunes blocking most of the view if you were sitting on deck or in house. There were four Adirondack chairs on deck . They were so low all you were looking at was the dunes. One of the captains chairs at the table on deck is broken. The bottom rung is broke off.

Just pefect

We are a family of 4 (63, 52, 26, 23) from London England on a road trip through the southern states. Truly amazing place to stay. The Paradise Beach Rentals were really helpful and speedy at responses. Great quite location in a safe neighbourhood. Close to all amenities, car is not essential but recommended. Very clean throughout, newly redecorated and a perfect stock of all items and essentials. Perfect view of the sea and seconds to the beach. Overall 10/10. Would definitely stay again.

The weather was unusually warm and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. The sand and surf was clean and it was well patrolled throughout the day.The home was immaculate and well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There were a few beach items (pop-up tent, sand toys, beach mats, etc) available, which was nice. As we prefer to cook, we wanted a full kitchen, and this one didn’t disappoint! It had most anything we needed.The view of the beach was great and the deck on the south side facing the beach was a great place to hang out. The large sliding doors and windows to the south brought in a lot of light, which was so nice on the couple colder, windier days we experienced.The property management company was exceptional. Even they didn’t “know us from Adam”, as this was our first-time transaction, they made us very comfortable, explained clearly some of the rules and were good at communicating even before we arrived— and after, too. Example: Upon arrival, I did my usual “pre-inspection”, looking for damage or any other conditions so as not to be charged for any previous issues. I found a very minor issue with a TV. After emailing the management company, they sent an employee over right away to fix it! Commendable!We hope to rent this property again if we come back to this area. Well worth it!!!
