This beautiful recently remodeled 2200 square foot beach property has all the amenities for relaxing or entertaining. Perfect for a large family gathering or a quiet romantic getaway for 2. It has a brand new large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors with stunning views of the ocean. The living room has a beautiful new sofa along with a new 50 inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed with new down comforter and bedding, a large walk in closet with a full bath including Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The other two guest bedrooms also have all new bedding with down comforters and new beds. One of the bedrooms has two queen beds and the other has one queen bed with a shared full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have new flat screen TV's powered by Directv. A onsite full size washer and dryer are also available. Step out on to the wrap around deck with stunning panoramic ocean and mountain views with a brand new gas BBQ and two patio sets with seating for four. Enjoy a romantic dinner at sunset or just relax out on the patio and read a book. High Speed Internet and WiFi is also available for your convenience allowing you to stay connected for business or pleasure.
The property is not only within walking distance of the secluded beautiful beach but also to a large Vons supermarket, Donut shop and Starbucks as well as the quaint downtown with dining, drinks, yogurt shop, surf shop and coffee shops. There is no need to drive once you get here. There are also many walking and biking trails for you to enjoy nearby. Don't miss the amazing sunsets and views of the Islands from either the house or the beach. This is a newly listed property as we have just finished our recent remodel, that is why we have no reviews yet. Must see the inside to appreciate the beauty and serenity this property provides for an unforgettable vacation the family will not soon forget.
The property has 3 parking spots ( 2 car garage and 1 in front of the garage). Parking is very hard to come by at the beach so you and your family or friends will have a place to park while you are enjoying your incredible vacation in our little oasis by the sea!

Family time on the Beach

We had our kids and my parents staying at the house with us. It was a great time to connect in the large kitchen and family room, and we enjoyed walks down to the beach. It was very cold and windy while we were there, so beach time was not very pleasant until the last day. We found that a half an hour away in Santa Barbara was much calmer and warmer. We enjoyed the house, and slept well. The kitchen was well equipped overall, which we really appreciated. Grocery stores are close by, and Ventura is near our older daughter’s college, which was why we chose the location and timing. Thank you for a great stay!

Long-term friends relaxing trip

This property is lovely - close to the beach for morning/evening walks on the beach, great to have access to a garage to park, and the accommodations are as described.There are numerous stairs to get up to the property and within the property if anyone has any mobility issues. The front bedroom overlooks the garage and does experience garage door and vehicle noise.

Great time in Ventura

Stayed at this property previously. Location is great. Home is nicely furnished with everything needed. Love having a garage to park inside. We will keep coming back to our happy place!

Family of 7

7 adults visiting for a celebration of life. All reported the beds were comfortable. Master bedroom gets very bright and sunny in the morning, so if you like sleeping in bring an eye mask. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. Walk to the beach is quick and the beach is clean. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to stay.

Beautiful Beach House

Because this place was so nice a year ago we rented it again this year… Absolutely gorgeous plenty of room, plenty of supplies, great location, close to the village, bedrooms are huge, and the upstairs outside balcony is beautiful…. thank you, Kevin for another great stay!

Nice Beach-y rental

This rental property close to the beach served us well. There are a lot of stairs. The rental itself Is located up a long steep stairway and then the living quarters are divided by stairs. Bedrooms on one level with the living room and kitchen area on another. I would say this is definitely a make it or break it feature. We were all able to navigate the stairs. Other than that, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to enjoy your stay. The Host Kevin is super nice and very easy to communicate with. Very limited parking. 2 cars only if you use the garage. All in all, a nice comfortable stay.

Fantastic property, great location and close to the beach and local shops while also being very relaxing and chill. Check in process was a bit wonky but VRBO and the property managers got us settled

The Stay

Kevin did send check in and out info quickly that was helpful. I had to ask alot to see more pictures of property. There are alot of stairs and some had knee injuries it would have been nice to know before booking. As the reviews prompted me to ask. The tenant who lives there had company over and they blocked the only parking we had as there is no parking on the street. I called Kevin as we were very confused and worried and there wasn't an answer. I had to call again after awhile he answered and it felt like I was bothering his plans but he made a call and the tenant friend came and moved so all was well. Overall the house is beautiful

Great location

We celebrated the thanksgiving holiday with our family. The home was cozy and the beds were very comfy. The beach being within walking distance was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay there again.

Always such a wonderful experience!

Third time staying and it was just great - perfect beach location, wonderful views of sunsets, ocean and mountains, spacious, plenty of supplies, bikes, everything works great, everything you need is right there. We hardly used the car at all. We will be back!

College Sistahs Reunion

The property was nothing less than great; just a short walk to the beach. They explained that noises traveled to the adjacent neighbors, so we had to “turn in down” after 9:00pm. That was hard! We had such an excellent time.

Officially a tradition !

This is our friend group’s third stay and it’s just great for relaxing, walking to fun dining spots, sunset walks on the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and well equipped kitchen. Owners are so flexible and accommodating no matter the issue or request! Highly recommend!

Family Beach Time

This was a perfect property for our family group of eight. Proximity to the beach was wonderful & overall walkability was good. It was quiet; there was a nice selection of toys for kids, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We would recommend towel bars and/or hooks in the bathrooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Quiet neighborhood and great location to the beach

We enjoyed the quite neighborhood and less than a 2 minutes walk to the beach. We informed the manager on the first day that there was no shower gel at all in the property. Although we only stayed for 2 nights, we expected someone would send some to us but nobody did that. So the whole family, 8 of us used shampoo for taking shower.

Truly steps to the beach

Great remodeled place with lots of living space. Family enjoyed the views and the deck for barbecuing . Dishwasher and tray under the sink need attending to and the garage keypad battery went dead and even with a new battery, the code wouldn't work. We located the remote so we were able to get the car out. House was a wonderful gathering spot for our family reunion!
