Bästa platsen i Puerto Aven. Från den privata parkeringsplatsen anger du hallen med en vacker över stranden och havet. En trappa upp via hiss eller trappor du passerar rena gamla mexcian kaklade golv och väggar. När du öppnar snidade handen dörren du kommer att uppskatta wonder öppen utsikt över vardagsrummet med en 3 dörr glasdoor till den stora balkongen. Där finns två skräddarsydda bambu fåtöljer och ett högt bord med barstolar att njuta av utsikten. Master bedroom med eget badrum och balkong för att se solen gå upp och solnedgången. Öppna doowall att låta coola beezes och ljudet av vågorna sätta yot att sova på natten. Rum med nya bekvämligheter för att inkludera massor av closet rum och angränsande badrum.
Anpassade möbler hela med de bästa materialen. Två barstolar vid köksbänken och matchande matbord med stolar för 6 personer. Köket innehåller nya matlagning topp, varmluftsugn och mikrovågsugn. Marmor bänkskivor med alla tillbehör inklusive en mixer för smoothies och margaritas. Alla matlagning utenciles och plattor, vatten glasögon, vinglas, etc. Nyligen köpte smarta TV som erbjuder Netflix i vardagsrummet. Wifi ingår och väl som ett kassaskåp för att skydda dig värdesaker. Ariel är tillgänglig för anwer frågor om lägenheten och allmän hjälp. Dricksvatten är tillgänglig från servicedisken. Livsmedel kan vara köp över huvudporten på Chedraiu marknaden. Det finns en öppen vegtable marknaden av lusthus på huvudgatan på lördag och ons Du kan resa till andra sevärdheter i området som Akumal (15 min bort), Xel Ha (30 min söder), Xcaret (15 min norr), och Tulum (30 minuter söder).

Believe me when I tell you -- this property is unbelievable.

When I decided that I wanted to take my family on vacation to Mexico, the very first thought that came over me was safety. Will my family be safe? Believe me when I tell you -- this property is unbelievable. I wish that I could reserve this property for you because I truly believe that it is one of the best VRBO properties that I could have ever chosen. It was our home. The people that we met were so kind and so welcoming. We went to an Easter egg hunt at the community's school with tons of locals from all over the world. My children play high level club soccer and they ended up playing an international soccer game with local children, no shoes allowed! It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We explored up and down the 307 and we always felt safe, secure, and joyful. Book this condo. BOOK THIS CONDO. You will be so happy that you did. A little slice of Heaven. We can't wait to be back. I wish that we would have stayed longer. Thank you Gil & Nancy.

Spectacular ocean views

Well-maintained condo with spectacular ocean views (NE, E, and SE) from inside the condo and the balcony. Condo incudes all the amenities you could want, including fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms (and beach towels). Condo is exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy, informative, and prompt. Puerto Aventuras is safe, secure and relatively convenient to accessing much of the Riviera Maya. I would highly recommend it and would return.

Exactly as presented on VRBO!!!

Gil was very attentive responded quickly to my questions. I loved the location of PA. in between Cancun and Tulum. The View from our Condo, spectacular! I loved that I could walk down and either swim in the pool or snorkel from our condo. Also, we could kayak around the little canal area. There is no oven but really the toaster oven worked very well. loved this place! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Gil!

Christas week at Quinta Luna

Beautiful condo in Mexico. We were very happy with all the amenities included in our weekly rental. Our only misfortune was that it was a super busy week due to the Christmas holiday so we were not able to rent a golf cart anywhere. It was a bit of a walk to all the restaurants and stores but still doable without a golf cart It would be great if a couple bikes were included in the rental for an additional fee.

A little piece of Paradise

We just loved the condo and the view. It is exactly what the description and pictures show! The owner is so friendly and easy to work with and responds immediately when you have a question. This is our 5th year in Puerto Adventuras and this condo is our favorite. We certainly hope to return to this condo next year!

What a view!

The condo is beautiful, spacious and equipped with pretty much everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Also, the view is spectacular and the accessibility to restaurants and shopping makes this a really lovely condo to stay at!

Spacious and scenic!

Spacious and lovely apartment with a priceless view! Wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need... we were here with a large family and never felt crowded. Every part of the apartment is perfect, from the balcony that's large enough to eat on as well as lounge on, to the eat-in kitchen, to the comfortable bedrooms. It was easy to be here with young kids, with a nicely contained area by the pool that includes both a shallow end for little kids and space for lap swimming for adults. The lagoon is lovely for snorkeling, calm enough for big kids but still fascinating for everyone. Close to town and great restaurants (I recommend La Caleta! Delicious fish!) but I also would have been happy to just lay on the balcony and watch the waves. Such a perfect place.

1st vacation condo experience

This was our first time experience staying in Puerto Adventurus. We were very pleased with everything about Puerto Adventurus and the condo they we stayed in. The owner has a beautiful condo in the perfect location. We can't wait until we rent it again next year. Quinta Luna is family friendly as is Puerto Adventurus. I highly recommend this condo and this location in Riviera Maya. You are close to World Class Beaches, Mayan Ruins, Good Food and Family Fun Activities.

Fantastic Condo and Awesome Location

Fantastic Condo and Location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this wonderful condo from 19 Dec- 2 Jan. We really cant say enough good about it. The location is fantastic and the views are incredible. You are right on the ocean and have the luxury of the lagoon and pool as well. Condo is close to all the restaurants and happenings in the marina. I would stay here again in a second. The area is extremely safe; no worries at all. It is located about 15 minutes south of Playa Del Carmen and about 30 minutes north of Tulum. This is a more laid back area but it is fantastic! The condo has everything you need, fully equipped including all the spices, we left some as well. I recommend you give this condo a try!

SIMPLY GORGEOUS!!!

My husband took me here to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends. Simply put...PERFECT! The condo has everything you need ~ furnishings, complete kitchen, dining room and family room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms...and a view to die for. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings ~ so peaceful. Everything is clean and safe day and night. There are great shops and restaurants (including a Starbucks!) in the downtown area (walkable) along with dolphin training. You can swim with them too! Everybody is so friendly. We never ran out of things to do. We would definitely book it again!

Great time and fantastic place!

Just returned from Quinta Luna (#661076) with my wife and another couple. We had one of our best vacations and will definitely be using this condo again! Totally relaxing, walking distance to restaurants, bars, dolphins, fishing marina and music. We enjoyed the ocean and pool view from the condo porch. Fully equipped, clean, like new accommodations. If you like walking on the beach, drinking margaritas, listening to music, eating wonderful (reasonably priced) food and friendly people, this is the place for you! Don't have to leave complex, but if you do, there is a taxi ride to ATV, zip line, etc.

TRULY AMAZING VACATION SPOT!!!!

I just returned from vacation with my family. What you see in the photographs is just what there is. We had no complaints about the condo at all. When we arrived the unit was very clean and in order. We all had plenty of room for the entire stay. Facilities first class, excellent fully fitted kitchen and the furnishings give a relaxing feel. The pool was absolutely wonderful and the view from the balcony is postcard perfect! We had many exciting things to do each day and didn't have enough time to accomplish everything we had in mind! We were sorry to leave and hopefully we will be back soon for more adventures! It was a fantastic vacation!

canadians on holiday

We just returned from two weeks in Puerto Aventuras. This was our third vacation here, our first at Quinta Luna. We were blown away when we entered the condo. The view of the Carribean from the open concept kitchen, living and dining room, and the master bedroom, was incredible. I looked forward each morning coffee in hand to sit on the huge deck and try to take in and put to memory the sunrise, sunsets and beauty of it all. This condo had everything we needed and more. Any concerns we had were dealt with promptly by the competent staff. The grounds and condos were clean and well kept. We felt comfortable and at home here. We rented a car and explored the fabulous beaches at Tulum. On the off days we were totally happy and content just relaxing by the pool, sitting by the sea or snorkelling in the protected inlet adjacent to our condo. We loved that we were in a safe place, comfortable to walk day or night to any of the restaurants and shops nearby . Quinta Luna for us was perfect. We so enjoyed that there were not a lot of tourists, no line ups, not a lot of traffic, just people like us who enjoy appreciating getting away and taking it all in. It was a great holiday. Life is good at Quinta Luna!

Best view in Puerto Aventuras!!

We have been staying in PA for 10 years now, and this was, by far, our favorite place! The condo is decorated beautifully and kept very clean. The view from the veranda is the most spectacular in all of PA. You have a panoramic view of the ocean, making it possible to see the sun rise and set from the cozy lounge chairs. There is a wall of windows overlooking the ocean, so even when you are inside cooking or doing dishes, you are enjoying the beauty. The condo complex itself has beautiful architecture, including local tiles and carved doors. There is a small gym on the main floor to be used by guests. Ariel (the condo manager) is always around making you feel safe and eager to help with anything you may need. This was the perfect setup for our family with children (ages 7-13). There was something for everyone's needs. They have a wonderful infinity pool surrounded by a small patch of grass which the kids loved. Then there is a huge sandy area surrounding the complex with lounge chairs for guests to use. The lagoon is the first body of water you encounter off the sandy beach, so you do not have to worry about having young children on beach. However, the ocean is accessible by just a small jaunt across the lagoon for those who choose to be a little more adventurous. The kitchen is on the small side, but has everything you need (pans, tools, etc...) and more to create your own meals. It is a short walk into the town central where there are plenty of places to eat. You can also visit dolphins, manitees, and sea lions in town. We took several day trips to Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal. They are all within a short driving distance. I would highly recommend this property, and we are surely going to stay here again

Easy to get to, about the same time zone, beautiful scenery, and safe place to enjoy the weather.We enjoy snorkeling and diving so we had to be where the water is warm and clear. We decided to help reduce our cost by renting our home.
