From our private dock you can watch the sunset, drop a fishing line, watch manatees, or launch your paddle board or kayak! We are steps from the Anna Maria City Pier and the beach. And easy walking distance to the Rod & Reel Pier and Bean Point.
Our quaint "Old Florida" street, Pine Ave, is full of delightful shops, restaurants, art galleries, coffee & ice cream shops, and even a live theater! And a small grocery store, so you never have to get in your car. If you want to travel south on our 7-mile white sand barrier island, the Free Trolley stop is right outside your door.
Many great golf courses are nearby as well as the cultural center of Sarasota, The Ringling, and the Mote Marine Aquarium. Busch Gardens Tampa is a little over an hour away, and Disney World is 2 hours away.
Anna Maria is noted for it's relaxed way of life - bicycling, kayaking, walking, fishing and beach-combing the gorgeous Gulf shores.
Please enjoy the attached photos of our newly remodeled unit. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has lots of light and happy 'Florida' colors. All new appliances, Wi-Fi, and AC. We have two comfy Adirondack chairs out on our dock to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. It is an easy stroll or bike ride to approximately 10 restaurants, including the Waterfront and the Sandbar!

First time visit to AMI

The location of the condo was perfect. within walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. very clean and well stocked. the twin beds were not very comfortable. But otherwise I would highly recommend this condo.

Vacation Week

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was really nice. We were a quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the pier. The only downfall is no washer and dryer in the actual condo. I would definitely stay here again!

Really is the perfect location

This gem is in the perfect location at AMI right between the pier and the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the beach within a short walk. The AMI pier is right out the door, we watched manatee, dolphins and stingray through the crystal blue water. Can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed our stay.

Every was great! Only suggestion is a couple of correct sized pillows on king bed, have a Keurig coffee maker, and leave a pod or two for laundry.

Fabulous!!

Rented kayaks for the week and kayaked almost every day. Short walk to bay side beach area; longer walk to gulf side but still doable. Condo is very well stocked, clean and near the AMI pier. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic vacation

The property was just what we expected. It had a real Florida vibe. It was very clean and had all the utensils you could possibly need. The private jetty was a nice bonus which we put to good use. We only have one small complaint.. the property directly beneath is undergoing a complete renovation so we had construction noise Monday to Friday.

Great location & beautiful view of the canal

The location was great- just a short walk to the pier & the bus & many stores. The view from the couch was of the canal & trees & was very beautiful! Sitting at the kitchen table eating meals- we were able to see dolphins swimming in the canal several times! It also had all the kitchen things we needed for cooking.

While our stay was cut short due to an issue with the a/c, Doug was very accommodating and helpful. The unit is in a great location and having the dock for our kayaks was wonderful. Hope to be back!

Great Location

The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, close to the pier and right across the street from the ice cream shop, Two Scoops. Te dock was perfect for our morning cup of coffee. Private and quiet area.

Cute and cozy with the perfect Florida vibe. So convenient to both piers and all the fun on Pine Ave but in a nice quiet location.

Great condo

Had a wonderful stay- it was nice having the private pier and being able to fish and then being so close to the icecream shop, general store, and ami pier. The only drawbacks were the broken shower door, the stained sheets on 2 beds (which could’ve been the cleaning companies error) and you need to check each dish before you use it as most were dirty (possibly past residents not washing)… but it was otherwise a really cute place and location!

Lovely Property

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Bear in mind that the landlord has an unstated policy of providing a single roll of TP, even to a family of 4 who rented for a week. However, when I asked if there was more, he had someone stop by with a few supplies the next day.

Had a great time all week. Walking distance to everything. Private dock, dolphins came right up to us. Room was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.

Perfect in Everyway!!

Would 100% recommend staying in this cute condo!! It was everything that was said about it. It was clean and had what we needed for our 2 week stay. The dock was a plus. We loved starting and ending our day on this lovely dock and even and a few meals on it. It was perfect!! Will definitely will stay there again, if we have the opportunity.

A great spot!

We loved our trip to Anna Maria Island and our stay at this location. The condo was just as described. Fully stocked, updated and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. We loved going to the dock every morning to watch for manatees. We rented kayaks and even tried some fishing. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your wonderful place!

Great location

We’ve been going to AMI for 5 years and we finally found the best place to stay . It had everything that we could have imagined, or kids had a blast and there was never a dull moment. Everything from close beach access and a dock on the inlet for the kids to fish on and for us just to chill and watch our kids enjoy every minute.

Amazing access to the canals and ocean

We loved having the dock and brought our 2 paddle boards with us. It was lovely paddling around the canals and along the beach. The pier is just a few steps away too and often had a live musician. Pine Ave is a great street to be on too.

Birthday Trip

We had a few bumps in the road during our stay. Unavoidable issues-the refrigerator was not set properly when we arrived,-had to replace dairy products. A bad lightening storm zapped out the blower on the air conditioner-no air for about a day. Then a circuit blew in the back 3 rooms and we did not have power for 2 days in the bedrooms and bathroom. The owner was responsive to concerns and called the appropriate repairs in. It was just inconvenient and my husband spent quite a lot often trying to figure out the issues before we continued to bother the owner. Beautiful property though.

We live in Seattle and fell in love with Anna Maria a few years ago. We love the 'old Florida' vibe of Anna Maria, and the sheer physical beauty of the beaches and the water.

We were looking for a property that had a real tropical feeling and a location that would allow us to walk instead of having to get in a car to go everywhere.
We can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We also wanted water access for paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

We chose this property because it has lots of windows, view to the canal, and a private dock. The access to everything is unbelievable! Goodbye car. Hello boats, bicycles, and our feet!
