Nice Apartment, wonderful Garden and View

We spent wonderful holidays in Villa Oasi. The Apartment is very well equiped and has a beautyful garden from where you can see the coastline and the sea. The owners were very nice and always available for any questions.

Laigueglia, Villa Oasis

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Laigueglia in der Wohnung der Villa Oasis angenehm empfunden, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterschaft war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Vielen Dank nochmals für die sehr schönen Ferien in Laigueglia :)

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Oasi war wirklich toll. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist klasse! Wem der Weg zum Meer zu steil oder zu lang ist kann das kostenlose Shuttle (mehrfach täglich) direkt vor der Haustür nehmen. In der Wohnung war alles da was wir brauchten, auch für unser kleines Kind (Babybett, Hochstuhl,..).

Ferien im Oktober

Super Ausgangslage um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhig und eine schöne Aussicht. Kurzer Spaziergang ans Meer oder ins Zentrum für ein feines Nachtessen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus hat einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem man frühstücken und in der Sonne liegen kann. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten am Strand. Vom Garten aus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer, nur aufgrund der Höhenmeter ist der Rückweg vom Meer etwas beschwerlicher (auch wenn es nicht weit ist), aber das ist gut zu schaffen. Der Ort Laiguelia mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés liegt auch in Laufentfernung (ca 1 Kilometer). Die Einrichtung im Ferienhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Internet funktioniert meistens. Piera und Paolo sind sehr gute Gastgeber und immer sehr bemüht. Alles super!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garten

Uns hat besonders die Lage gefallen, nah an der Stadt und am Strand und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Im Garten kann man wunderbar sitzen und frühstücken, man hat dort einen schönen Platz und ist ungestört. Das Bett und die Sofas fanden wir sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin ist Top, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und beantwortet jede Frage sehr schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Aussicht!

Die Wohnung lebt von der wundervollen Aussicht auf das Meer und Anfang September von einer perfekten Ruhe. Der steile Weg zum Meer wird durch die Aussicht kompensiert. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Küche und Bad sind eher einfach und eng, aber bei der Belegung von zwei Personen kein Problem. Sehr gut und nützlich sind die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern!

Ottima posizione con vista mare!

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento della Villa Oasi per due settimane a fine agosto con nostro figlio di 9 anni. La proprietaria Sig.ra Piera è stata molto precisa, gentile e premurosa. Ottima location con vista mare meravigliosa. Colazione in giardino impagabile. Posto auto riservato. Il mare è a pochi minuti a piedi. C'è anche la possibilità usufruire di un bus navetta con fermata sotto casa. Il centro è poco più distante ma piacevole arrivarci a piedi. Ideale per chi piace fare sport e lunghe passeggiate.

Una vacanza da sogno

Abbiamo trascorso 4 settimane nell'alloggio al pian terreno di villa oasi in 5 (3 figli di zero,8 e 11 anni). La disponibilità della signora Piera e l'alloggio perfettamente rispondente all'annuncio ci hanno permesso di vivere l'intero periodo con serenità. Punti di forza della proprietà sono la vista mozzafiato, il piccolo giardino e la breve distanza dal mare. Grazie alla navetta offerta dalla spiaggia anche la salita non ha rappresentato un problema.

Villa Oasi

La casa è in una posizione spettacolare, accogliente e funzionale. La stanza con i letti a castello è un pò sacrificata ma per una vacanza al mare è accettabile. Unico difetto: il wi-fi non funzionava e i segnali dei cellulari erano scarsi, probabilmente è un problema della zona. Per il resto è sicuramente consigliabile.

Tolle Aussicht

Piera und ihr Mann sind äußerst nette Gastgeber. Der Strand ist mit einem anstrengendem Fußmarsch eine ziemliche Herausforderung aber man kann einen Shuttle nehmen. Das Haus war super ausgestattet....Handtücher, Bademantel, Decken, Tischwäsche etc. Die Küche ebenso...dort gab es wirklich alles. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen sind die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern, ohne diese wäre es nicht auszuhalten gewesen. Alles perfekt❤❤❤

Posto delizioso ovvero la Liguria che uno vorrebbe sempre trovare

Posto in posizione panoramica spettacolare , immerso nel verde collinare, sempre ventilato , vicino alle spiagge, ideale anche x bambini (giardino spazioso) . Alloggio molto ampio x 4/5 persone con tutte le cose che sevono ed estremamente silenzioso. Senza dimenticare la gentilezza e disponibilità di Piera e Paolo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in einem kleinen aber feinen Badeort

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, es hatte für uns alles, was es braucht. Der Blick vom Garten auf das Meer war toll, am Strand war man zu Fuss in 5-10 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, wenn auch etwas hellhörig. Für uns (Familie mit Kleinkindern) war der umzäunte Garten ideal. Laigueglia selber ist ein schöner, abwechslungsreicher Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und vielen Restaurants und Bars. Zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten der Strandpromenade entlang zu erreichen. Wir können die Villa Oasis weiterempfehlen, wir würden in Laigueglia wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Sommerwohnung

Wir waren zwischen den Jahren dort. Man darf sich von den Bildern nicht täuschen lassen, es handelt sich um eine schattige alte Wohnung in einem alten Haus. Die Betten quietschen bei der kleinsten Bewegung, die Armaturen hängen am seidenen Faden, die Heizung knaxt die ganze Nacht und die Türen und Fenster lassen selbst bei geschlossenem Zustand viel Platz für Frischluft, was naturgemäß die Heizkosten gewaltig in die Höhe treibt. Deutsches Fernsehen kann man leider nicht empfangen. Ein Privatparkplatz ist vorhanden, allerdings vor dem Grundstück auf öffentlicher Straße. Unserer Meinung nach handelt es sich hier um eine reine Sommerwohnung und sollte im Winter eher nicht vermietet werden.

Zwei perfekte Wochen im Spätsommer an der Riviera delle palme in Laiguelia!

Von der sehr geräumigen Wohnung aus - ruhig gelegen hoch über dem Strand (fußläufig nur gut fünf Minuten) - hat man einen perfekten Terrassenblick auf das Meer und die Küstenlinie der schönen Orte Laiguelia und Alassio. Freunde individueller Kochaktivitäten finden eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche vor. Piera und Paolo gaben uns persönlich einige besonders attraktive Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir sind überaus zufrieden, bestens erholt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Een geweldig uitzicht op de zee!

De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien, het was een genot om de maaltijden buiten op het terras te genieten vanwege de blik op de Middenlandse zee en de rust in de omgeving. Vanuit het huis zijn prachtige wandelingen langs de kust of heuvels te maken. We hadden de auto niet nodig, supermarkt en vele restaurants te voet bereikbaar. Alles bij elkaar een geweldig verblijf en grazie mille aan Pira en Paolo voor hun vriendelijkheid! Henriette

Sehr sauber, das Bad ist ausgesprochen klein und die Duschkabine arg eng.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und bietet wunderbare Erholung. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Allerdings hat man diesen nicht innerhalb der Wohnung, sondern vom Garten aus. Das ist aber völlig ok. Das Bad ist ausgesprochen klein und die Duschkabine ist sehr eng. Die Wohnung ist zwar von der Einrichtung nicht ganz unser Geschmack aber sie st sehr sauber und mit Liebe hergerichtet. Für uns mit 2 Kindern war es in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es das WLAN nur begrenzt und man muss sich dann selbst eine Karte nach kaufen. Das hatten wir so bisher noch nicht. Da wir am Strand WLAN haben, war es für uns kein Problem aber etwas ungewöhnlich

Super Ferien in Laigueglia

Die sympatischen Gastgeber Piera und Paolo haben uns eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung übergeben. Alles vorhanden, sogar die Messer waren geschliffen. Im sehr schönen Garten mit Aussicht auf das Mehr, lässt es sich gut leben. Alles in allem, haben wir, auch dank des schönen Wetters zwei super Wochen erlebt. Wir kommen wieder. Viele Möglichkeiten bei bester Aussicht

Dieses Haus bietet viel Möglichkeiten, wie Familien ihren Urlaub wunderbar verbringen können. Neben Schlafzimmer und kleinem Kinderzimmer bietet sogar das schöne Wohnzimmer Platz für Übernachtungen. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht (und ich bin eine anspruchsvolle Köchin). Das Beste ist die Lage mit dem schönen Blick aufs Meer, die günstige Nähe zum Strand und interessanten Orten. Wir empfanden es sehr angenehm, von den Vermietern mit ihrer freundlichen Art begleitet zu werden. Der Kontakt mit ihnen per E-Mail, per SMS oder persönlich war immer sehr herzlich. Wir hoffen, bald wieder dort Urlaub machen zu können! Dann verbessert sich vielleicht auch unser Italienisch … ;-) Familie F.,M.,P. Tosch Questa casa offre alle famiglie molte possibilità di passare vacanze magnifiche. L‘accesso anche è adatto ai personi non deambulanti. C‘é la camera da letto, una piccola stanza dei bambini ed un bello soggiorno anche con aggiuntivi posti per alloggiare. Nella cucina si trova tutto che si ha bisogna (ed io sono una cuoca impegnativa). Il migliore è il panorama sul mare, la vicinanza alla spiaggia ed alle località interessante. Abbiamo sentito gradevole, di essere accompagnati gentilemente da padrone della casa. Il contatto con loro per e-mail, per messaggino o di persona era molto cordiale. Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Garten und wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer, das in wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zufahrt über kurze, steile Straße; Pivatparkplatz vor der Ferienwohnung vorhanden; insgesamt ruhige Lage. Für uns - 2 Personen - war die Wohnung ideal; italienisches TV vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider bei Aufenthalt im Oktober etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und die Heizung war noch nicht angestellt, aber die Vermieterin hat nach unserem Anruf sofort veranlasst, dass die Heizung eingeschaltet wurde und dann war es abends auch gemütlich warm. Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

Splendida Villa Oasi

Siamo stati ospiti a Villa Oasi nel mese di settembre con due bimbi piccoli. Il posto è molto pulito, curato e accogliente e il panorama suggestivo. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Piera e Paolo sono eccezionali per accoglienza, ospitalità, cortesia e disponibilità. Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente!

Molto bella, grande e con bellissima vista!

Ho affittato la casa girovagando su internet, volevo una casa bella e sicura per le mie due figlie . Non potevo fare scelta migliore! Accoglienza squisita, loro si sono divertite un mondo, ed io che ero a molti km di diistanza mi sono sentita tranquilla come se fossero in famiglia. Decisamente da consigliare ! Casa grande in ottima posizione e con vista sul mare. E nella Signora Piera sento di aver trovato un amica!
