Gorgeous sea view house in the historic center

Elegant and modern apartment with sea view recently renovated, located in the upper part of the historic center is divided on three levels. Not suitable for very young children because of its disposition but certainly excellent for couples or couples of friends.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, has two independent entrances:
from an entrance there is direct access to the first bedroom with bathroom and shower, climbing a few steps leads to the kitchen-living room with balcony overlooking the sea.
The second entrance, always main, is located in the kitchen which, through a few steps, leads to the upper floor where there is another double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a balcony overlooking the sea.
Comfortable furniture, the apartment has heating, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. Absolutely peaceful.

The parking is located about 300 meters.

Amazing apartment with view
The three of us enjoyed this apartment very much. Such a central location, but still quiet and secluded. Host was very responsive. Very clean. Parking just a 10‘ walk. View from top floor is incredible. Thank you.

Spectacular View
I am sad to leave this lovely apartment. To wake up in the morning to that view from the bedroom window is phenomenal. The apartment is clean, and has everything you need to feel at home in Cefalù. The host Christiane couldn’t be more helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything. Grazie mille

Wonderful Stay
Christiane's apartment was wonderful. Super clean. Modern appliances, Great view from the upstairs bedroom. Fabulous location in the historic area. Parking is convenient. And Christians was wonderful! She met us in the parking lot and helped us bring our luggage to the apartment and gave us a tour of the apartment. She was the perfect host. We felt welcome and supported.

Lovely and gracious
If it were possible I would give Christiane 10’s instead of 5’s! She is kind, gracious and patient making my first VRBO experience one I’ll always remember. The house is well appointed, stylish and comfortable. The location is everything you would want while visiting Chefalu. Truly exceptional!

A Delightful Cefalu Escape
We spent five wonderful nights in this lovely apartment in Cefalu. It is superbly clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect, right in the old town, yet also off the busy streets so that it is quiet. Everything worked perfectly and Christiane was a wonderful host, even coming and replacing a light bulb during our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment and the town of Cefalu.

Wonderful property in Cefalu
We stayed for 8 nights in Cefalu. Our host, Christine made everything super easy- we had some tricky arrival and departure times, and Christine was great working with us. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Super clean and everything provided. Our fridge was also stocked with some basics and treats, which we really appreciated. GREAT location to walk everywhere. Be warned, Cefalu is built on a hill, so no surprise that you are walking uphill ALOT and the apartment has 3 levels and 2 flights of stairs! The apartment is very spacious, has wonderful airconditioning, lots of hot water, and views that amaze. My only negative- and this is all properties we have stayed in Europe- no smoke detectors. I would ask all to add them.

Wonderful Apartment
We had a fantastic stay in the apartment. it is large, clean, modern, centrally located, with a wonderful view of the town and water from the top floor. The apartment has two double beds, so room for four comfortably, and Cefalu lies right outside your door. Christiane was a great host!

Clear, fresh and nice
Warmly recommend this apartment! We were two couples from Sweden who had one lovely week in this apartment. Perfect located in the center of the old town near to everything like restaurangs, shops, beach etc. Peaceful and quiet. The apartment was clean, fresh, nice, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Nothing missing. The contact with Christiane, the owner, were very professional right from start. She was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you Christiane! We will gladely come back!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Cerfalù
Wir haben uns in den Ort verliebt. Die Wohnung über drei Stockwerke verteilt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Direkt unter dem Felsmassiv Rocca und in direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt kann man alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen

Wonderful stay
The property itself had everything you would need then add the things that make this property stand out, shower with a sea view! We loved our stay in Christiane’s house the view from the top was amazing. Communication was great. We were only 2 but think it would be ideal for 2 couples as bedrooms are divided by the kitchen on the middle floor. Would definitely recommend

Architektonisch wunderschönes Altstadthaus
5 Tage hatten wir Zeit um Cefalù und das sehr schöne,ganz nach unserem Geschmack und optimal gestaltete Haus im Centro storico zu genießen. Als sehr positiv fiel uns auf,dass trotz des starken Tourismus in Cefalù die traditionellen Rezepte in der Küche Siziliens noch zu finden waren !

We had a lovely stay in Christiane’s property, it’s located in the old town so everything is easily accessible by foot , restaurants, the beach , the cathedral and the roc are all nearby. The accommodation is well appointed and Christiane was a pleasure to deal with and communication was easy , she met us at the carpark she’d advised and walked with us to the property. Tolle Lage und schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben zu zweit 5 Nächte in Christianes Unterkunft gebucht. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr schnell und unkompliziert, am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und vom nahegelegenen Parkplatz abgeholt. Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber und exakt wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Der Ausblick aus dem dritten Stock ist hervorragend, da man einen unverbauten Blick über die gesamte Bucht hat. Der Ausblick ist nochmals deutlich besser als auf den Fotos. Alle positiven Bewertungen sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und ideal gelegen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, Christiane ist eine sehr verlässliche und professionelle Vermieterin.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Wir (Ehepaar mit einem 16jährigen Sohn) haben 14 wunderbare Tage in Christianes schönem Haus mitten in der Alststadt von Cefalù verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Den Blick aus der dritten Etage aufs Meer haben wir besonders genossen - einfach fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub auf Sizilien
Direkt am Fuße des imposanten Rocca liegt dieses fantastische Ferienhaus. Es hat alles zu bieten, was man sich von einem perfekten Sizilienurlaub erhofft: Das Haus ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und vermittelt gleichzeitig den Charme eines geschmackvollen Altstadthauses. Nur tagsüber hört man leise die Glocken von einer der umliegenden alten Kirchen. Friedvoll und ruhig genießt man den ersten Espresso am Morgen und das letzte Glas Wein am Abend, den Blick über die zauberhafte Altstadt von Cefalu bis zum Meer. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt an einem schönen Ort
Eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft in sehr gutem Zustand mit tollen Ausblicken von beiden Seiten des Hauses. Es ist luftig und in hellen Tönen gehalten. Es hat alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, bequeme Betten, moderne Küche inbegriffen und 2 Badezimmer und 2 Balkons. Zur Krönung wird es von einer hilfsbereiten und lieben Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellt, die bei allen Fragen behilflich war inkl. Organisation einer vergünstigten Parkmöglichkeit. Einfach ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
