Last resort option

This place is okay as a last resort option before heading into the backcountry. Not clean and super outdated so it’s not a place to get cozy comfortable. I doubt the floors have been mopped in a year.

Quiet Lolo location

Quiet, large unit. It’s hard to keep dust down in Lolo, so it was clean. The unit could use some updating in the kitchen and bathroom. Retro furnishings was very fun but toilet, shower and sinks not so much. Overall a nice stay.

The perfect spot to reconnect with my grandsons, age 4 and 5. It is convenient to events, parks, shopping and sightseeing in Missoula. Very comfortable with private parking, laundry facilities on site with a lovely Restaurant/Brewery just down the street that serves excellent food.

Love the retro vibe

Very clean and comfortable apt. Enjoyed relaxing on the leather couch and chairs. Nice retro decor. Kitchen was great, coffee pods were a nice touch. Comfy beds and pleasant setting. Recommend this apt.

below expectations

Toilet breakdown/non flushing, no Basic TV, No AC... has a portable window vented one that was extremely inadequate, ong hot sleepless nights, entry way and front door reeks of dog urine, found old tee shirt under bed, beds were both HARD... wifi sketchy/spotty/slow, had to "wifi hot spot" my cellphone to get Netflix on DVD player...

Very clean line, modern apartment. Would stay again.

Husband and I slept well on the foam mattress, very comfortable. One of the chairs we found had good lumbar support. The couch and white chair, while cute, needed pillows to support you. Not a huge issue. Loved the animal menagerie outside, from fawns to bucks, to turkeys and dogs. Never saw owners but they were easily reachable, and very friendly, by phone. Some issues with internet connectivity being slow, but owners were going to look into it. Most days we found the internet worked fine. Being summer we were concerned about the heat. No issues at all. They had an air conditioner we could have used, but never did, as we could open windows and cool it down at night. Overall we were very happy with our stay and owners even gave us a nice gift card to local brewery when there were a few issues with noise. It is usually very quiet at this home. Thank you to Erin and Al for a lovely visit.

OK Place

The place was OK. There was a lot of dog hair on the floor and not a very clean bathroom. I cleaned the bathroom before I let my son shower. We probably won’t stay here again. It needs a lot of updating and scrubbing.

Just the space we needed!

We moved to Missoula from central Montana and this is exactly what we needed for a jumping off point. The bed may be firm for some, but we found it extremely comfortable. The house is very quiet. Most of the time you feel like you're the only ones here. All the water pressure was great. The Keurig coffee machine was definitely a bonus. Thank you Erin!

nice place

Nice place, overall. Well appointed, mostly, but we lacked enough towels. We were there on the hottest days in Montana in 2017, and as is typical of most places in Montana this one lacks air conditioning. There were fans in the place and they helped tremendously. If we had been there during typical days (not so hot) it would not have been a problem. The outside looks a little rough, but the interior is quite nice. We would stay there again. Cost was just right.

Apartment was nice, need AC.

The apartment had wonderful, modern decor however; there was no AC and it was so hot and uncomfortable. We had to open windows in the early morning hours when it was cooler outside. We left early due to the uncomfortable heat. I did speak to the owner and she said she will look into getting AC.

Very comfortable and spacious, felt like home.

Nice to be able to walk to town, walking path & the brewery. Cute, comfortable and spacious, felt like home. Didn't notice in the ad that it didn't have t.v. but was able to fix that with a short drive to Walmart about 6 miles away & bought a $19.00 antenna, hooked it up and had 15 channels & channel guide perfectly, made the week stay much more fun. Wished I had bought some speakers for the internet music & maybe a bike for the nice, long bike path. Used really nice laundromat in Lolo. Would definitely stay here again.

Classy getaway spot

This property is an ideal spot to stay in Lolo. The proximity to the best dining option (Lolo Peak Brewery) had us playing big city apartment- translation: we ate take out all weekend and enjoyed the accommodations. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-appointed.

Awesome Experience!

This was an amazing little apartment for my husband and I. It is super close and convenient to Missoula and is located near one of the best breweries in the state! With all the basics included, it was easy to call this place home for a week while we visited family in the area. The random drop-bys by wildlife is always a plus. (We had a group of crazy turkeys who were very vocal!) Everything was easy and was really glad that we chose this property to stay. Ashley

Perfect for us!

Our daughter lives in Lolo and was married just outside of Missoula so this was a perfect location for us. The apartment has everything one needs to be comfortable. The Lolo Peak Brewery is across the street and gas and groceries are just blocks away. We loved that farm fresh eggs were in the fridge to greet us and K-Cups at the ready for morning coffee and BOMU was a beautiful doe deer grazed in the yard just outside the kitchen window while we ate breakfast and watched her. We will rent again on our next trip to visit our daughter and new son in law!

Had a very nice stay!

My sister and I had a great stay at Alton and Erin's apartment. It totally fit our needs! Loved the kitchen appliances! A dear and 2 fawn visited the back yard almost every morning. Fun to watch! Thanks so much Alton!

This was a very clean, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. HUGE upgrade from the local motel!

We enjoyed our stay vs. the local motel or travel to Missoula. Nice to have a comfortable living area and kitchen to use in Lolo. Pride in ownership is evident!! Will be a re-do for us the next time we need s place to stay in Lolo!

One Night or Many, Just Like Home

We rented this place for two months when we first moved here, while looking for a house to buy. It is usually a shorter term rental but it was great for longer, too. In fact, it would be perfect for extended stay business trips. Fully (and tastefully) furnished, plenty of living and storage space, great location and plenty of privacy. The owners are warm and accommodating, wanting things to work for everyone. The neighbors were great too (quiet but friendly). It is clean and has just about anything you'd need, which allowed me to avoid buying duplicates of what I already had in storage. Also has new full-sized appliances, lots of kitchen gadgets, and coin laundry on site. Free reliable wi-fi, an Apple with a big monitor, and a nice flat screen TV to watch movies from their DVD library or to stream Netflix through the PS3 (it really does work). Just a couple blocks from the grocery store and the best brewery-restaurant I've been to, it is super convenient. I am so grateful we found this place! One night or many, it feels more like home than any hotel ever will.

Excellent accommodations!

This place is amazing for all age groups! It's peaceful and very quiet. The location is fantastic, Missoula is less than 10 minutes away and the brewery is walking distance from this location. Also, we enjoyed an evening at the local park right up the street with our two children (ages 9 and 2). Out in the backyard there is a picnic table where we were lucky enough to see a deer and it's adorable baby fawn. It extremely reasonably priced, cheaper than most hotels! The owners were incredibly kind, personable, and flexible with our schedule. I highly recommend staying here and hope that you enjoy it as much as we did!

Spacious for family of four

Even though this is an apartment, it was cozy and quiet. There is no cable TV, and we couldn't get the DVD player to work, so bring your own games or entertainment. The brewery is just a couple blocks away, as is a grocery store.

Great Upbeat Space!

My two teenage boys and I felt right at home as soon as we stepped foot in the door. The space has a warm upbeat feel to it, filled with lovely original local artwork. Plenty of room to stretch out and make yourself at home. We cooked all weekend and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, as well as all the thought that was put into making sure the little things were available as well. Wonderful service by owner.
