Letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, l'Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offre la più grande piscina con vista sull'oceano, campi da tennis e da pickle ball, laguna di cattura e rilascio, parco giochi, sala giochi, aree grill all'aperto e noleggio biciclette. La nostra villa ha tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza. Recentemente rinnovato con un fascino da cottage, layout spazioso e ultimo piano con vista sull'oceano, solo una villa al largo dell'oceano.

Luminoso, confortevole e rilassante. La nostra villa ha una camera da letto privata con letto matrimoniale, due letti a castello nella hall e un divano letto. L'un bagno ha accesso dalla camera da letto e dalla sala. Porta privacy tra la hall e la zona giorno. La nostra villa è attrezzata per dormire, ospitare e servire fino a sei persone.

Posizione centrale dell'isola con facile accesso a tutto ciò che l'isola ha da offrire. Accesso alla spiaggia privata direttamente dal nostro edificio. Basta prenotare e rilassarsi!

Una vacanza in resort sull'oceano per amanti della natura e della spiaggia. Guarda la fauna selvatica dal nostro portico ed esplora la vita marina della spiaggia. Andare in bicicletta sulla spiaggia e piste in tutta l'isola.

Resta con noi in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. La nostra posizione offre sole tutto il giorno in inverno e ombra tutto il giorno in estate.

Ocean view

Had a great weekend at this location. Perfect for what I needed. Love the location and area. Near where I needed to be for my family reunion. Enjoyed the evenings on the balcony listening to the ocean and looking out at the waves. There was some sand on the floor but otherwise very clean and it could be noisy when others returned to their units at night. But, overall, a wonderful stay. Nice touch that the hose left me fresh baked chocolate chip cookies when I arrived!!

Beautiful condo

Like last year, we had a very nice time at Michele's place.It is clean, cute and cozy. We enjoyed the beach, pool and BBQ area and loved being able to walk to those amenities. The Tiki bar was open and we had fun there too. The grandkids loved the bunk beds and the amenities as well. It's a nice little getaway spot.

This property was everything it stated and more. It had everything you would need for a beach visit: chairs, an umbrella, flip-flops, and beach towels. The property was clean, and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were on the table. The check-in process was easy. All the essentials were stocked. Thank you so much for letting us come for a visit!

Wonderful resort next to beach

Was very glad we chose this rental! Everything was great. Steps from an excellent beach. Easy check-in with no extra fees for the resort or for parking. Great communication. Great accommodations. I definitely want to stay there again.

Relaxing beach getaway

Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The room had a very nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. The location is also great as it is a short drive to all of the restaurants and activities on the island. My wife and I had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, comfortable beds

Small, but cozy condo, and a great location close to the stairs taking you to the pool or beach. Location only a short drive to lots of restaurants and mini golf. Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed time in the smaller pool as the larger pool is a bit busier with loud music. Plenty of beach gear just outside, so no need to bring your own.

Best vacation we every had.

The unit was stocked with everything we needed and more. Fresh baked cookies waiting for us had me sold from the moment we entered out unit. Excellent view from the balcony, my wife and I spent every morning looking at the ocean while having breakfast. The unit and property was well kept, a good amount of stuff to do with restaurants on site. Plenty of stores within driving range. We are already planning our next visit and plan on staying at the same unit.

Perfect Stay!

I want to start with how accommodating our stay our was! From beach chairs and umbrellas, to beach toys, to extra beach towels and flip flops. To even having a stocked bathroom cabinet of shampoos/conditioner, body wash, hair care, feminine items, etc. I was SO impressed with the accommodations. Michele was so easy to get in touch with, check in and out process was a breeze, our room was exactly the way it was pictured, and the resort is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We will be back, and we will certainly book this same room!

Great time!!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and up to date. The host supplied any beach items we many not have thought to bring and we had all the household items at our finger tips! The cookies were a nice touch as well. We will definitely look for this unit the next time we stay.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The property was absolutely as advertised with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Resort was fantastic and the amenities including the beach, pool, onsite restaurants, and playground were a huge hit all around. We will definitely be back!

The rental was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Appliances and amenities were top notch. Features were as good or better than advertised. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful place

The condo is small, but very well laid out and everything is awesome. The balcony has a wonderful view of the beach. You are very close to the beach. The bed is evidently a Tempur-pedic bed and extremely comfortable. Best bed. We have slept in in a very long time.

Amazing!

This was our second stay with the Beach Sisters. Their place is just amazing. HHIB&T resort has great amities. The ease of check-in and accessing the property after an 11 hour drive was a breeze. The place was very clean well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in to avoid crowded restaurants. The welcome plate of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies made a perfect vacation cheat snack with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the balcony enjoying the view. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Great little place

The condo was just as it appeared online, it was very,very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the tiki bar. Michele was great to communicate with, and I’m sure we will return. So overall, we’d give it an A+.

Nice Place

Overall, it's a nice place. I was somewhat concerned with the memory foam mattress that was on the bed, but it turned out to be very comfortable. Bedroom is very small, but adequate to sleep. Remote controlled fans was a very nice touch! I did not like the layout of the building and it was a hike from the elevator to this room, especially since the luggage cart would not fit through the condo door or hallway doors without both doors being open. I was a little surprised having to take out the trash and strip the bed prior to leaving. This was my first experience with VRBO and I don't know if that is typical or not with these type rentals. I thought that would be covered with the cleaning fee. Nevertheless, we complied. I came into Hilton Head for a conference and thought it would be nice to get a couple of days of rest prior, so we opted to rent this condo for Friday and Saturday before moving to the conference hotel Sunday. It rained most of the entire weekend and the balcony was of no use due to the rain and wet patio furniture. We probably wouldn't have anyway due to the marsh/swamp that was around us, which did not smell pleasant at all. We did explore a little while there and for the life of me, I can't see the "draw" of Hilton Head. Most everything is gated and stores are hid behind required landscaping. It is somewhat of a "dark and mysterious" place to me. HH is just not my cup of tea. But if it is, this place will serve you well.

Quick Beach Getaway!

Absolutely perfect long weekend. The weather was gorgeous, sunsets amazing, and the condo was perfect. Wonderful location. Beautiful touches. Filled with everything you need. The place felt like home. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great location

My husband and 1.5 year old daughter stayed here. We really enjoyed it! The property has a great view, is exactly as shown in pictures, and conveniently located close to restaurants and attractions along with a 3 min walk to the beach via the resort's private beach access boardwalk. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking supplies you could need like pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, etc. The fridge is very large to hold all your food supplies. The bedroom is super dark at night; the black out curtains made for a perfect night of sleep. The balcony is roomy and perfect for morning coffee. The owner was very easy to chat with quickly to answer our questions. We hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

Hi, we are the Beach Sisters, Michele and Kim. We purchased and renovated the villa in 2014. We continue to update and improve the villa each year so that guests will always have a great experience. Michele resides on Hilton Head Island and will be your on site contact. No worries about communications and response as she is always just a text message away. Kim resides in Pennsylvania and will be your reservation and pre-arrival contact. Communications by email, phone and text will make preparations for your visit an ocean breeze.

We wanted a location that would be suitable for family vacations, as well as a winter haven for snowbirds. As children, our parents always took us to the beach for a week, and the memories we made were priceless. We hope to help families make a beach vacation an affordable reality and provide snowbirds with a winter getaway.

Our location is just one unit off oceanfront and affords great views all year long. The southern exposure allows the sun to shine in all winter and shades us from the heat of the summer. With onsite resort amenities and mid-island location, access to all that Hilton Head has to offer is an easy walk, bike or drive from the villa.
