Located one mile north of Holetown, opposite the Royal Pavilion Hotel, on the popular West Coast and close to glorious beaches (200m) and within easy reach of a wide selection of shops, bars and fine restaurants. 5 Porters Court is a luxury 2 bedroom with en-suite bathroom villa with wrap around veranda, spacious open plan living area, well equipped fitted kitchen and private car parking adjacent to the villa. The charming villa is built in traditional chattel house design with high pickled pine ceilings. The living area has two sets of French doors opening onto a wrap around veranda (with gas BBQ) for outside dining and relaxing. The villa is air conditioned throughout.

Porters Court is an exclusive gated development of 8 luxury villas with a communal swimming pool and patio area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The villas are set within beautiful well-maintained tropical gardens. No. 5 has a great location right by the pool.

The villa comes with membership of the exclusive Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, a five minute walk from the property. This gives guests free access to sun beds and umbrellas and use of the beach bar and water sports facilities at your own expense. The famous Lonestar restaurant is also about a 5 minute walk as are two great beach bars.

Our housekeeper will visit three days per week. We provide all guests with a complimentary welcome grocery pack of tea, coffee, orange juice, milk, eggs, bread, butter, fruit, local beers and rum punch so you can relax immediately and enjoy your holiday. Our on-island property manager is always available to help. We can also arrange airport transfers and recommend car hire.

Beautiful Property

Luckily for us we found this property online. The excellent reviews could not be ignored and, as we knew the area, we decided to book, we had only ever stayed in hotels previously. We were so glad we did and can’t honestly ever see us booking anywhere else when we return. The villa is spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standards, the quality of the furnishings are excellent. A substantial welcome pack is provided on arrival which is lovely and means you don’t have to immediately rush out to purchase anything. Veronica , the housekeeper, is a little gem, A couple of very minor issues were ironed out immediately by the management company. The property is ideally placed for the bus stop so you can easily get into Holetown and beyond. Don’t have any hesitation in booking this property, it really is as good as it looks, we will be back as soon as we can.

Perfect Palm Cottage

We feel most fortunate to have been able to spend a week in peaceful surroundings and superb accommodation in number 5 Porters Court. Such a perfectly equipped property, everything so cleverly thought of. Newly modernised showers, the most comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Access to Fairmont Beach Club a bonus, a great location, what more could you wish for!

Superb house, loved everything

We researched a holiday home in Barbados and chose this and have no regrets, it was superb. Much bigger on the inside than we expected. Beautifully clean, tastefully furnished and fantastic location. Tracy, the host, was incredibly helpful and answered any queries immediately. Veronica the house keeper takes great pride in her work and it was a treat to come back to find the house so beautifully clean and tidy. Kerry, the property manager was also on standby and helpful The house has everything you need and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, a welcome pack in the fridge, beach towels, books, games, amazon fire stick on the TV.... The pool was lovely, clean and quiet and we took advantage of the passes for the beach club at the Royal Fairmont, which was a fantastic beach club. Overall an amazing holiday and we'd love to come back in the future.

Lovely Villa 5 mins to beach

Lovely quiet two bedroom villa in Porters being only a 5 min walk to the fabulous beach, bars and the famous Lone Star restaurant. The villa was spacious and cleaned to perfection 3 times a week by the lovely Veronica and the villa also had its own private parking space which was great as we had hired a car. The kitchen was very well equipped and made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The communal pool and loungers were a nice touch however we enjoyed the beach club so much we didn’t really use the pool during our stay! The only slight detraction for us was the close proximity to our neighbours verandah however this wouldn’t put us off returning in the future.

A great stay at Porters Court.

We just loved our stay at Porters Court. Tracy gave us lots of helpful information before we arrived and everything we could possibly need was there - beautifully cool and comfortable patio, very short walk to the beach, easy access to local buses (great fun), a pool and, as an extra bonus, lovely Veronica who came three times a week to clean, change the towels and generally look after everything.

Beautiful Porters Court

I cant say enough about Porters Court a small gated community of 8 villas in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and communal pool. There are times when travelling to Barbados you find a gem of a place and No 5 Porters Court is one of those places.The villa is beautifully modernised with quality decor, modernised walk in showers with everything you need in the kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The villa is extra special with beach club membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club a 5 minute walk across the road, includes free sun beds and umbrellas on the stunning Alleynes beach. A short walk away is JuJus Beach Bar and the Lone Star restaurant. A particularly lovely touch after a long flight to Barbados and your too tired or its too late to go to supermarket is the welcome pack, bread, butter, milk, juice, fruit, eggs, beers and especially the rum punch, all very much needed after a long journey to sit and relax on the gorgeous Veranda with the pool just ouside the front door and sun beds. Veronica visits 3 x a week to clean the villa, and Kerry the manager is always on hand should you need her. Tracey the owner has been excellant in her communication before and after our stay, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Tracey.

Beautiful villa in a fabulous location.

5 Porters Court was perfect in every way. It is set in a small development with 7 other villas. No 5 has direct access to the pool. The pool was always very quiet. The villa, gardens and pool were immaculate. The welcome pack had everything you could possibly need on day 1, including a large bottle of rum punch! Kerry the property manager was lovely as was Veronica the housekeeper. Tracy, the owner was very responsive to my emails. I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend Tracy’s villa to anyone looking for a fabulous 2 bedroom villa on the West Coast of Barbados.

An Amazing Experience!

An amazing stay in an all-round excellent villa! Our family of 3, 2 adults and a 10 year old child spent 15 unforgettable nights nights at 5PC and we can not say enough good things about our Barbados summer holiday. The villa is centrally located in a small gated community, 2 minutes away from one of the best beaches on the island, where the use of deck chairs and umbrella comes with the use of the villa, as the owner pays for a membership at the beach club there. General location is also excellent, bus stop just outside of the court, plus the villa has its own parking spot, if renting a car. The owner and host, Tracy has been great, with excellent communication and provision of information from the moment we made the booking till the very end. Same goes to the cleaner who visited three times a week and the property manager, thank you, both! We highly recommend the villa and will definitely book again! Thank you!

PERFECT STAY

The photos don`t do the property justice. We had a lovely relaxing stay in a great cottage style property. The pool was right outside the patio area and Tracey provided everything that was needed during our hols, from beach towels to the lovely Veronica who kept the place in tip top condition. There was only two of us but the cottage would comfortably accommodate four. Thanks Tracey, will be back

Amazing all round - very highly recommended

I booked the property after looking extensively online at a lot of other similar properties. It surpassed my every expectation and more. I had 10 lovely nights here and it was comfortable, well located and nothing was of any fuss from the property management and owner; amazing service all round and I would recommend this as a perfect and peaceful setting for anyone looking for a comfortable and easy villa on the West Coast. Fabulous Holiday.

We just got back from a fabulous stay at Palm Cottage, Porters Court. The cottage has brilliant facilities, Ensuite Shower Rooms, Washing Machine & Dishwasher, A/C in each room and Wifi. The swimming pool was delightful but the highlight was the location. Right opposite The Royal Pavilion and Glitter Bay with some of the best beaches on the island, where we had exclusive access with the daily passes that come with the cottage. Holetown is only 5 mins by car and some of the best restaurants too. Overall it was fantastic, Thank you Tracy !

A great holiday in paradise…

Well what can I say another fabulous stay in No 5 Porters court, our two weeks here have flown by. This is our second stay at Tracy’s beautiful villa and will definitely not be the last .. it’s just as lovely, as we remember so clean and homely with everything you could ever need . The property manager Kerry and Veronica the housekeeper make your stay even more enjoyable .. all in all a great holiday in a fabulous villa …

Brilliant villa stay

Our stay was even better than expected! Villa was in superb condition and everything looked very new. Our maid, Veronica, was lovely and really helpful. Location superb and great to have the Beach Club access. Very peaceful position but close to everything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely Villa

The villa is exactly as described - in very good condition with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The membership of the beach club is great and we used it most days as the pool is a little small and sometimes busy with the guests from other villas. We would certainly visit again.

Best Villa In Barbados for the price

After previous bad experiences we were dubious about renting again. The level of service before during and after rental has been outstanding the owner really has thought of everything, lots of information and advice given prior to arrival and they arranged airport transfers and recommended cheap car hire. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding before rental and the cleaner came several times during our stay and she didn't just sugar coat and touch the service every time - it was a proper clean - when living with a house proud wife who likes everything clean this really was a blessing. There was nothing in the property we could of wished for you had everything , one small criticism you need a new iron Tracy you have done a great Job with this property and i would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering this Good off road location very quiet but not far from everything just 20 mins from the Gap going down the highway and maybe 30 mins from Oistins Would love to come back to this property again and apart from the Crane we don't say this very often thanks for the hassle free, relaxing holiday

Loved it - didn’t want to leave!

We were super excited about our first visit to Barbados and we weren’t disappointed. Tracy gave us lots of information before our trip and on arrival at the villa we were shown around by Veronica the housekeeper. The villa is simply perfect, a really home from home with everything you could need and more! Beautifully presented with lots of lovely touches and the pool on your doorstep! Veronica visited several times during our stay to keep the villa spotless. We enjoyed a couple of BBQs and relaxed evenings sat on the private terrace. A short walk across the road takes you to the beach where you can use the beach club facilities - a real bonus. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance otherwise hop on the ‘reggae reggae’ bus into Holetown where you will find the Massy supermarket and lots more bars and restaurants. Thank you Tracy for sharing your Barbados home with us - we loved it, had the most amazing time and didn’t want to come home!

Stunning, homely house in amazing location

This is the best house I have stayed in on Barbados in many visits over the years! It's location is perfect for the beach, buses, Holetown and Speightstown. It is beautifully decorated throughout with everything you could ever need to live there, let alone a holiday! Veronica and Kerry were also incredibly welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available if we needed them. I will definitely be returning here, if I can get in. It is very popular, so book early! Doh, I shouldn't have said that, but you will NOT be disappointed. A truly magical home from home. Thank you Tracy for your contact and allowing us to visit.

Perfectly formed and perfectly managed

This small but perfect villa on the West Coast, close to the action of Holetown, is a gem. It is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly want from a home from home stay, and we found it spotlessly clean. It is in an optimal position in the small, gated development in that the pool is directly outside, meaning that you can fall out of bed and into the pool each morning. The outside dining area was comfortable and perfect for al fresco breakfast and dinner. The bedrooms were equally well equipped, each being en-suite and with lots of closet space and cost hangers ( the latter a bug bear of mine; there never seem to be enough in some rentals). The kitchen was set up with everything that you need, we really appreciated the small cold box that we could take to the beach for picnic lunches. Housekeeper Veronica greeted us when we arrived, gave us a full guide to the place and appeared a couple of times during our stay to change bedding and towels and generally keep the place sparkling clean. Tracy, the owner, was fantastic at keeping in touch with us both prior to and during our stay. Her attention to detail and speed at replying to emails was exemplary too. The rental comes with membership of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club too, and this was just fantastic. It’s a short strolll way and is on one the best beaches on the West Coast with safe swimming and very comfortable sun loungers. For all of these reasons, I would not hesitate booking this gem of a property again; it’s possibly the best rental I have ever had.

In May 2017 we realised our dream of owning our own property in Barbados. Since then we have spent time making it a comfortable home from home in paradise. We live in the UK and aim to spend as much time as we can in our second home. We hope to share it with you!

We fell in love with Porters Court because of the charm of the villa which is built in the traditional chattel house style with wooden floors and high pickled wood ceilings. We also enjoy being very close to the Lonestar restaurant and JuJu's beach bar, two of our favourite places for sunset drinks on the beach!

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect and just across the road from the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where we enjoy the beach club. It is very easy to get around as the bus stops are just outside the gate and
BD$ 3.50 will take you anywhere on the island.
