Velkommen til Happy Go Lucky!

 "Happy Go Lucky" er et spektakulært familievenligt kysthus, der vil fungere som det idylliske strand tilbagetog! Dette hjem har 5 soveværelser, 5 badeværelser og sover op til 19 gæster.

Ved at indtaste, vil du blive mødt af en lys og åben stue og spisestue. Stuen har et stort fladskærms-tv og high-end møbler. Den spiseplads vil være i stand til at rumme op til 14 af dine familiemedlemmer og venner. Støder op til dette område er et smukt gourmet køkken med alle de fornødenheder, du ville finde hjemme. Du har direkte adgang til en rummelig rygterrasse og 12x30 ft. Pool med tre springvand, LED-belyste bubler og et overdimensioneret "vådt dæk". Dette lavvandede post område er mindre end den ene fod dyb og perfekt til lounge eller lad de små plaske og lege. Pulje dæk har også direkte adgang til et toilettet, tilføjet for nemhed, mens du spiller ud tilbage. Terrassen strækker hele bredden af huset, hvilket giver dig rigelig plads til sammenkomster og grill. Dette vil være et godt sted at slappe af om aftenen efter en dag på vores berømte snehvid strande. Afslutningen af dette niveau er en dronningssuite med eget badeværelse.

På anden sal er der to King Suites med eget bad, hvoraf den ene omfatter et tilsluttet bonusrum. Dette værelse har en tvilling over dobbelt køjeseng. Alle værelser har fladskærms-tv og toppen af linjen strøelse. Få mest muligt ud af din søvn efter en lang dag i Florida-solen!

Den tredje sal handler om børn (ikke eksklusive dit indre barn)! Medierne værelse har en 50 "TV, DVD, og ​​XBOX med spil. Dette værelse har også en queensize-seng og dobbelt sovesofa, der nemt kan dreje det ind i dit femte soveværelse. Bemærk venligst, at dette værelse ikke har en dør. Børnene vil også elske det charmerende, fort-lignende bunk værelse med tre fuld-over-køjesenge, alle med deres eget private tv og belysning.

Frangista Beach har en rig historie, der begyndte, da en familie fra Grækenland flyttede her og bygget et lille motel og derefter et lille hvidt kapel. Great Location

Overall, it was a great stay. The home is located just one street away from the beach, in a mostly quiet neighborhood (it was temporarily loud at times due to spring breakers screaming). There was private access to the beach and to the community pool, that is just across the street. The home also has a heated pool extra cost), which was thoroughly enjoyed by our group. Some amenities could be improved, but if you come prepared expecting nothing, it should be fine.

WOW! STAY HERE! YOU WILL LOVE IT!

The house was immaculate! We rent a lot of vacation condos/houses and this one was squeaky clean; KUDOS housekeeping crew! (There were thirteen of us; ages 10-62) The management responded to texts VERY QUICKLY and a REAL PERSON answered the phones during business hours. They were so friendly answering my stupid questions about forgotten codes and location of silly things in the house. The pool…OH THE AWESOME POOL! We all LOVED IT! Since we were there in March, I paid to have the pool heated for 100 a day. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! From morning to midnight, someone was always playing or lounging in the big warm pool! (We never went to the community pool that is right across the street.) Here are some “good to know” facts about this house: driveway for three cars, street is more like an alley with very slow moving cars, private security is often strolling and patrolling the neighborhood, coffeemaker but NO KEURIG (I bought one), cookware for large crowd, ten seat comfortably at table with four more on barstools at the counter, we couldn’t figure out how to run the dishwasher and get clean dishes; no biggy, we don’t use dishwashers at home anyway. My recommendations to future renters to buy or bring: extra kitchen towels/dish clothes, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, salt/pepper, paper plates, pool floaties, SUNSCREEN!!!!! and extra toilet paper. We all decided this was the BEST family trip EVER and the house was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Thank you Beach Reunion Vacations via VRBO

Easter Vacation -too cold in April

The positives: The home is as lovely as pictured -very accommodating for our family of fourteen (infants to adults.) Grandchilden loved their upstairs bedrooms and play space. I think we were the first rental of the season, and some repairs were needed: A/C for humidity relief, being the main one. The pool was a huge saving grace as the beach air and water are far too cold in first two weeks of April. The gas grill needs replaced. Microwave door needs replaced. Stove top burners need repaired. Our street was lovely, but two streets away are a bit rough.

Family vacation.

This was a great property. It was everything we wanted. It was so close to the beach and the pool at the house was perfect for the children. The house was in a great location and walking to different places was so easy. I would recommend this to friends.

Pros & Cons

Pros - close to the beach, safe neighborhood, roomy house, comfy beds, working electronics, nice pool. Cons - terrible cookware, old outdated and sticky - not enough cookware to cook for 10-15 people.

Happy but slightly disappointed

House was nice , pool was dirty no one came all week to clean it. Asked specifically about a Keurig and was told there was one but there was not. We had to buy one to accommodate the families different coffee likes. I texted and never got an answer. Beach access was good and beach set up good.

We arrived and the pool was disgusting. We called. They came two days later to clean it. Two tv’s in the media room did not work at all. The other one didn’t have a remote. We called because the kids were looking forward to playing the Xbox. A technician came out a day later. He told us he would be back the following day with a new tv and remotes. He never showed up. That’s a lot of money to pay and they can’t even fix things that are broken. The lights in the bunk bed room Didn’t work either.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at Happy Go Lucky. The pool size was amazing compared to others in the area. There was plenty of space for our 12 guests. Our biggest complaint would be the horrible internet service at the house. If you’re looking to do any work on vacation or need internet, don’t book at this property. The area is also super busy, so it made it difficult to eat at any restaurant around the area.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed here for 2 weeks for virtual school for 6 kids and one adult to work from home. It was a great choice. The house is very roomy and beautifully decorated. Everyone had space to work and space to play together when not online. The kids were in heaven on the top floor. We chose to have the pool heater which was an amazing decision as it was used often. The location was nice as it was just 5 min walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would love to be back.

Great place to stay close to the beach.

Great place to stay. Loved the open ness of the place. We had 16 people here and it was plenty of room. Kitchen fully stocked. Nights and days at the pool had plenty of room. The house really has 3 adult bedrooms with a door. We put an adult couple in the loft area and there was no privacy. That really needs to be for a teenager or a young couple who doesn’t care that everyone will walk through their room to go to the bunk room. The walk to the beach was easy. We rented a golf cart and that made packing to the beach much better but it can be done easily without. Golf carts are street legal so it’s nice to have to run to the circle k or the Winn Dixie. Management was awesome. Always responded when I needed them.

Great Stay

Overall very nice stay at this home. Location is great just a short walk to the beach which is key as there is really no parking. The beach is private so was never too crowded whenever we went over and the chair service is so nice because you don't have to worry about finding a spot. We loved having our own pool and made good use of the gas grill. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils although pots and pans are showing their age. Not sure if it is COVID related but you must bring all of your own consumable items. Kitchen was bare not even salt and pepper, small bar soap, one roll of paper towels a few dishwasher tablets and a couple of trash bags. We realized the refrigerator went out on Monday evening and the management company was very responsive but it was not able to be repaired until the next day. They offered to refund the cost of a cooler and ice to keep the refrigerated items from spoiling although we are still waiting on the reimbursement.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bunk room on the top floor is great for the kids. The pool is a good size and it was great to have it in our backyard. Kitchen had everything you need! Very short walk to the beach and it was nice to have 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. House is perfect for 2-3 families to share. The area is crowded but you are very close to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Great Property for 3 families

We had 6 adults, 6 teenage boys, and 2 8-year-old girls stay at the property for our spring break, and it was the perfect amount of space and an ideal location! We loved having a pool on property for the girls to swim any time of day. The beach is literally a 3-4 minute walk which was nice for multiple trips back and forth if we forgot something, wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, or wanted to use the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils so we cooked several meals at home rather than always going out to eat. There is a coffee shop just a couple of blocks away and while at the beach, we were located at the halfway point between Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail - great for lunch or happy hour! The only downside to the house is the third floor bunk room gets pretty hot so the boys were uncomfortable a couple of nights. We will stay in this home again if we choose Miramar Beach as a vacation location!!

Beautiful Home, Exceptional Pool! This IS Living!!!

What a beautiful house. Everything is new and so well kept. More than enough space for everyone - whether we wanted the privacy of the second tier front porch, or the fun and excitement of the stunning and spacious pool - this place has it all! Quick and pleasant response from property manager, and Carrie answered every question we had (sometimes several times!) and was sweet as can be. I will recommend this property a thousand times over - just not for the weeks we plan to return :)

Happy Go Lucky for Happy Go Luckies!!!

This home was 10x better than I ever expected!!! Happy Go Lucky was spacious and fully equipped with every thing you could ever imagine! The kitchen was very spacious and fully stocked with all appliances and cookware to make food preparations a breeze. The grill was awesome, the pool was awesome, the stay was awesome and my concierge was awesome!!! I fell in love with the porch on the second floor balcony, and with 5 bathrooms everyone had plenty of space to get ready for our day.The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and the outlets were just down the road! My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Happy Go Lucky that we're already starting to plan for next year! Trust me, if you book Happy Go Lucky, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great House! Great Stay!

Can't say enough good things about our experience at Happy Go Lucky. The house was just as the photos showed and was super clean! Plenty of space for kids of all ages and roomy kitchen made meal prep simple. One of the most under rated features was the pool. Great size for smaller kids and a great place to relax after a hot day on the beach. Happy Go Luck comes with umbrellas & chairs automatically set-up on the beach each morning. Fabulous perk to insure a great spot on the beach each day. The beach is an easy 3-4 min. walk from the front door, so made multiple daily trips a breeze. Happy Go Lucky or bust!

Fantastic Home

We rented this property for our family vacation and beach wedding. The home is within walking distance to the beach and the private pool is fabulous! The home is spacious and the decor is great. Three families stayed in the home and the teenagers loved the loft area and bunkroom! Our wedding was on the beach and the reception was held back at the home. There was plenty of room in the driveway for a large tent with additional tables and seating that we rented from a local company. We would highly recommend a stay at Happy Go Lucky!

Vacation in style

The house is spacious and serene, with a peaceful back yard and pool that was the highlight of our time there. Such beautiful decor. And thoughtful use of the third floor (which could sleep quite a lot of people but each bed is comfortable and elegant). It's difficult to think of who this oasis wouldn't be good for! You're a very short walk from a really beautiful beach that you don't have to share with many people. The water is clear and pleasant. Shops and restaurants walkable, and if you rent a golf cart, it easily opens up even more options. Thanks for the excellent week!

Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping 14 to 30 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! We deliver a vacation experience that keeps guests returning and creating memorable experiences. As our motto says;
