Our party of six, covering three generations plus a dog, stayed in Aug '21. We had a great time! The star of the show is the lake/pool/pool house/sauna set up. While it appears to have been built for a community, it now serves only two rental houses (It's unclear to me if the community is currently being built, or if the project was halted/abandoned. I did not ask.). You'll probably want to make the short drive between the Meadow Bridge house and the lake - there is plenty of parking. It's about a 15 minute walk, but walking back might be tough for older folks or young kids. We did not see another soul for our week stay other than the workers employed by the owner of the property (they were friendly and polite). I think there would have been plenty of room for two groups by the pool/lake if that were the case, but to have the whole property to ourselves was amazing. Our boys (ages 7 and 9) spent most of the days in the pool and fishing off the dock. The infinity pool is big, clean, and fantastic. The fishing was very good for our group of novices - crappies and bass were caught right off the dock. The property has a lot of gear - kayaks, paddle boats, a canoe, etc. Pool toys were also available as were life vests for the kids (not sure about adult life vests). We did not use the firepit at the pool or at the house because it rained most nights we were there - but both locations were stocked with fire wood. The property by the lake is fenced in completely, so we were able to let our crazy mini labradoodle run around without a leash. We did not cook at the lake, but there was a grill as well as a full kitchen in the pool house. We only used the fridge, but everything else looked to be in working order. Adjacent to the house is a rather impressive frisbee golf course, so you might want to bring a frisbee (we could not find one to try it out and the Walmart 20 minutes away was out of them). The house itself was very clean and met our needs. Everything was in working order and well cared for and the grill on the deck appeared to be fairly new. The small washer and dryer came in handy. Small areas for improvement could be additional seating in the dining area for a party of six, a window covering of some sort in the loft bedroom so that our kids could sleep in a bit (we used a sheet), and the living room seating in front of the only TV was not super comfy. But that's just me nitpicking the small stuff. The place is awesome!
