Excellent property

We loved the Sunset Caribbean Villa. The house is great for a group of friends or family. The sunsets are spectacular! We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The owner is always quick to respond to a text and had great recommendations for us. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Magnificent!

The house is thoughtfully designed, beautifully situated on the quiet mountainside, and conveniently located in Deshaies. Everything you need is either at the house or a short, yet scenic, drive away. My friend and I stayed here for 11 days, celebrating my birthday, and don’t think it gets better than this. We found ourselves right at home. And the landscaper, pool manager, and house keeping team were very attentive and responsive to our needs. I want to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful house, beautiful garden, wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. From start to finish we were looked after with constant contact with recommendations for attractions or restaurants and any small issues attended to quickly. House spacious and clean with everything you need. Air conditioning was really good and comfortable beds. Showers also really good and spacious. Outside terracing was spacious with wonderful views of the sea and watching the cruise ships pass on the horizon at night. Could do with a couple more sun beds as only two. Beautiful large garden with hummingbirds perching and flying by all the time in the day. Pool was just the right size, not too small but not too big. Could have done with being a couple of degrees warmer (23 degrees Celsius most of the time) but soon acclimatised. Pool cleaned every two days. House was situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the forest with loads of wildlife. 10 minute drive into Deshaies with everything you would need and perfect location for exploring the western island of Guadeloupe and it’s attractions. Will definitely stay again if we return to Guadeloupe!

Très bon séjour!

La villa de Fabrice est charmante! Juchée sur les hauteurs de Ferry , elle nous offre une très belle vue sur la mer! La villa est fidèle au photos, grands espaces de vie, cuisine bien équipée, chambres confortables et isolées par une porte qui se ferme. La terrasse est très agréable, de même que la piscine et le grand jardin fleuri où il fait bon se reposer à l’ombre du magnifique palmier ! Le coq et sa poulette, ainsi que ti wazo noir nous rendent visite à tous les jours!Fabrice est très réactif à nos demandes, et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les différents restaurants de Deshaies et ailleurs! Ce fût bien apprécié! Merci de nous partager ta belle propriété, Au plaisir de se reparler l’an prochain!

La description de l’annonce et les avis laissés par les précédents voyageurs reflètent très bien notre expérience. Le secteur est calme, reposant avec des gens fort sympatique (boutique, restaurant, alimentation) Une résidence très bien située offrant une vue extraordinaire avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Tout y est. Les chambres, cuisine, terrasse et l’aménagement sont parfait pour six personnes. Piscine bien entretenue, réponse rapide à nos questionnements de la part de l'hôte, accueil et remise des clefs en présentiel. Merci à Fabrice et Lydie. Top Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Ein Traum von Ausblick. Leider gab es viele Mücken, so konnten wir den Aufenthalt nicht so genießen wie es sonst gewesen wäre. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es Einschränkungen aber die sind normal auf Guadeloupe. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Auf alle Fälle eine gute Empfehlung

Superbe villa conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Jolis couchers de soleil. Tout y est, excellente literie. C'était parfait. Un tout tout petit point négatif à rectifier dans l'annonce : la cafetière n'est pas une Senseo ! 🙂

Het huis, de ligging en omgeving waren geweldig. De foto’s op de site liegen niet, alles is precies zoals afgebeeld. Het huis was schoon en alles functioneerde naar behoren. Wij zijn goed ontvangen bij aankomst en het contact met de verhuurder was heel erg goed. Hij reageerde meteen en stond klaar om je te helpen als er iets was. Hij neemt zelfs op tijd contact met je op wanneer er iemand komt om iets te repareren aan de buitenzijde van de woning. Er waren tuinmeubels kapot, deze werden meteen vervangen zonder dat er om gevraagd werd. Kortom, een top verhuurder en we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Un grand moment de bonheur!!!!

Une maison ouverte sur la mer, confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons passé six nuits magnifiques. Un accueil sympathique et une flexibilité possible sur l'heure de départ. Bonne communication avec le bailleur. Location à recommander. Le moins: Un manque de bains de soleil, nombre qui n'est pas en adequation avec les six adultes présents.

3 semaines de bonheur !

Un séjour parfait ! La villa est très accueillante, très calme, fonctionnelle, piscine de bonne taille et entretenue régulièrement. Nous avons profitez de soirée à regarder les couchers de soleil. La plage est facilement accessible et peut être un bel exercice physique à qui fait l'aller retour à pied et il y a des petits commerces de proximité pour le pain du matin et autres gigantesques croissants !!! Toutes les demandes que nous avons pu formulées ont été répondues très rapidement.. c'est très agréable et très professionnel. A refaire ! Nous recommandons !

Merveilleuse Villa bien située

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette propriété. Tout était parfait, de l’accueil au départ. La maison est vraiment bien équipée, bien située et dispose d’une magnifique vue vers la mer. De plus, beau petit déjeuner avec pain et fruits frais. Fabrice répond rapidement aux questions, avant et pendant le séjour. Nous allons certainement y retourner. Nous avons adoré!
