Ideal for beach, bay and ocean lovers. This Mission Beach property offers access to a diverse range of beach and bay activities: Swim, Surf, Sail, Sun, Stroll, Sand Castles, Biking or just chill.

Accommodating groups from 4 to 14 persons with infant amenities. Located in a prime Mission Beach location, adjacent to Pacific Beach and near Catamaran resort, you're steps away from the bay-side beach, 100 yards from the ocean side, and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Check out this big Beach House in Mission Beach – it's got 3 MASTER BEDROOMS, a big GREAT ROOM, 3.5 baths, 3 patios, and parking for 3 cars. If space, convenience, and privacy is your thing, then this is perfect for you and your guests.

What's neat is that each of the 3 MASTER BEDROOMS have queen size beds and their own private full bathroom. They're spread out so everyone has space and privacy. The first floor has Master Bedroom #1, and on the third floor, #2 and #3 are at opposite ends – no shared walls! Two bedrooms have one twin size floor mattress, and one has two, good for kids and teens aged 3-16.

Now, the GREAT ROOM on the second floor is where everything is – it's got a living and dining area, a place to watch TV, and a nice kitchen. And if you need extra sleeping space, there are two sofa queen size beds, one on each end of the room – handy!

Lots of parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area – a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular size car in tandem. This place is great for groups and families – lots of room, comfy vibes, and everyone will have a blast.

The property was perfect for a friends and family long weekend at the beach. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. Location is fantastic with quick walk to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The owner is very responsive and a great host.

very nice location for ocean or bay time, short walks to stores and restaurant's .
A family of four last days of summer getaway, two young adults had their own rooms and bathrooms! plus a room for the parents, we brought games and boogie boards but the place is stocked up with both, Wi-Fi very good, very comfortable layout but it has stairs like almost all beach houses of this size great courtyard area, small /mid size parking but a big plus, can't beat the weather but we brought fans for better cooling at night .for us it was a great fit of a house. Thank you L and M for opening your beach house for our family to enjoy.

Perfect loo, between the bay and beach! Walking distance to many shops and pizza and ice cream! Kids really loved it. The place is very roomy and bright and airy. The owners take a lot of pride in their property! We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect location just super short walk to Pacific one direction or to Bay the other direction. All 3 rooms had own bathrooms and decent size kitchen. Parking is difficult with large car so we had to always have someone grt out to guide into alley. Address is actually on a pathway, not a real street. Great find and easy to get to many food, shopping, and beach places. Definitely recommend!

We just recently stayed here at the beach house! Michael was very easy to work with!! The check in process was great, we arrived late, and he was able to help me get into the house quickly! The house lay out was great! Plenty of room for our group of 9. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the second floor! The views of the bay from the upstairs rooms were wonderful!! The parking was a bonus! One mid size suv in the garage and one suv outside. We couldn’t be happier with our week in SD! We will definitely be back to this house!

Beach getaway!!!
This home is steps from the beach and the bay! It’s beautiful and close to everything! Only thing to note is that the adult capacity is really 6, the pull out couches are definitely more for children and the “twin beds” are fold up mattresses that go on the floor! Only 3 actual beds. Also the kitchen sink faucet needs replaced as it hangs instead of retracting like it should. We had a wonderful stay, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs are all there. Location is great and the kitchen has most of what you need for meals.

Beautiful Space
The top floor overlooks the lagoon and it was so beautiful to watch the sun rise and set. Kitchen was stocked with supplies when our party decided to cook a few meals. Walking distance to the beach, as well as a couple of places to eat. The property owners were VERY helpful with our needs. Highly recommend!

Graduation getaway
The property was exactly what we were hoping for- plenty of space for our whole family with all the comforts of home. The location is ideal with both the bay and the main beach within a one minute walk from the house. The hosts were very easy to work with, accommodating, and responded quickly to messages. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking this property for your next trip to San Diego.

Very nice house and great location for a family. We had 10 people stay there comfortably for a college graduation.. The house had most essentials needed. The only concern was one of the pull out beds was broken and needs to be replaced, but would definitely rent the house again ..

Great stay for a friend reunion. Loved getting to walk right onto the bay for beautiful walks along the water. House is spacious, kitchen was fun to cook in together! Parking was tough for my small car, but the host provided a video that was really helpful. Hosts were responsive and flexible with checkout to accommodate flight time. Thanks for a great stay. We made some great memories here.
