The villa is located on a wonderful residential area in the hills between the ancient Maritime Republic of Noli and the seaside resort town of Spotorno; the villa, recently renovated with luxury finishes, is complete with every comfort, an ideal solution for your relaxing holidays.
It consists of two apartments:
The main apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen;
The secondary apartment consists of a living room with two double sofa beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom.Enjoy a wonderful holiday in complete privacy and relax on the large terrace, situated in a garden with solarium terrace, dining area and barbecue, or cool off in the private swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Spotorno. You can get to the beach with a relaxing short walk in the pine forest, the sea is just 1 km away.
You can also quickly reach the french riviera to visit Monaco, Menton, Nice in about an hour's drive. In half an hour you can reach Genoa to visit the town and its world famous Aquarium

Lovely villa close to nice towns

Villa is in great condition, and amazing location, looking down to the sea. Pool and decking area, along with outside table for eating, with great tented cover, means it's possible to stay outside throughout the day. Lovely place overall

Perect villa in Noli

Stefania and Carlo were perfect hosts, they greeted us on arrival, and explained everything we needed to know, the property was exceptionally clean, well furnished and comfortable. We used the pool everyday, and eating under the gazebo was so perfect that we chose to BBQ or cook every night rather than eat out. It was the first time we have been to this part of Italy and we will visit again. Hopefully the same property. Thank you Adrian

Beautiful villa with huge outside area almost making the pool look small which it certainly isn't!

Idyllic holiday - the villa is very well equipped and in a lovely location just above Spotorno. Lots to explore on the Italian Riviera - quite a long drive to Portofino and Les Cinque Terres (1.5 hours) but easy via the autoroute. Noli and Spotorno are lovely places for both beach and evening strolling around/ dining. The view from the villa is stunning. We would say perfect size for 6 adults but if you are more that's fine as long as its children in the double bed x 2 bedroom in the downstairs apartment as not enough privacy for 6 adults to sleep down there (but 2 adults and 4 children would be fine) with room for 4 more adults or children upstairs. As per a previous review the upstairs part of the villa is much nicer than the downstairs part. If you are a group of 10 the living space upstairs both in and out is plenty big enough. Overall fabulous holiday and wish we didn't have to come home.

Relaxing above the excitment of Noli/Spotorno

We spent 1 week here and only went out for dinner twice as the view from the house across the bay is wonderful and too beautiful to miss. The living area on the first floor with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a well equipped kitchen was great only to be topped by the magnificent outside dining area and the pool area. The walk down to the beaches at Sportono is easy the climb back up not quite so, especially for my elderly parents (80 years old) ut even they managed it twice.

Nice location, spectacular view, nice host

We stayed 1 week. It was a family leisure time. Very nice terrace with spectacular view. We even didnt want to visit restaurants... had every evening dinner at the terrace. Good house, but the only thing that the upper store is much more beautiful then the first store. Very nice host. They were helping us with each problem and helped us to reach the rail way station at 6 o clock in the morning. We had a really nice time in a perfect place!

Fantastic Property, Great loc. and exc. Service

A fantastic house. We stayed 10 people (6 teenagers and 4 adults) and it worked great. The location was great - both for the teenagers with Bars in Sportono - and for the adults with Restaurants in Nolli. The house works great for 10 people. The terrace is just at great place to eat and the view is no less than spectacular. The property is well maintained and very clean. The owners quickly fixed the 'small' problem of wi-fi access to the teenagers THANKS ! I would absolutely recommend this to others. Great Property and Great Service.

Noli ma non soli

I tre posti del podio li assegno a Stefania e Carlo perché se li meritano tutti. Accolti in modo esemplare, ci hanno aiutato a sistemare i bagagli nella meravigliosa villa , elegante pulita spaziosa e funzionale . La zona piscina splendida con lettini prendisole dotati di comodi materassini , oltre a giganteschi eleganti ombrelloni . A completare un’enorme gazebo dove poter consumare pranzi e apericene . La vista sul mare aggiunge ulteriore valore . Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo… assolutamente. Alberto G

Wonderful hideaway

We had an amazing week at Stefanias beautiful villa. Everything was just perfect: the house, the furniture, the kitchen with all the amendments and above all: the garden with the lovely pool, gazebo, lounge with the most stunning view… You definitely need a car, when traveling in this area, but there are tons of nice towns and restaurants just a very short drive away. Communicating with stefania was just so easy and uncomplicated. We absolutely loved it here, will definitely recommend it to friends and hopefully come back one day… Thank you very much stefania.

Wunderbar Lage des Hauses

Sehr schönes Haus, die untere Wohnung ein bisschen Kellergeschoss Gefühl mit leichtem Feuchtgeschmack. Dafür macht aber die obere Wohnung alles wet mit dieser einmaligen Aussicht und ist top Ausgerüstet. Der Weg zum Strand oder in das schöne Städtchen über die Treppen in 7-8 Minuten geschafft, über den Pinienwald auch oke, aber ohne Trottoirs etwas gefährlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das Haus ist richtig schön und sauber, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt - alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!! Man fährt ein kurzes Stück den Berg hinauf und hat von dort eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Wir wurden von den freundlichen Vermietern sehr herzlich mit Focaccia empfangen. Bis zum Meer mit Sand und feinem Kies sind es ca. 10 Minuten, und ein Stückchen in die Stadt um die 15-20 Minuten, Fußweg. Wir (Familie mit 4 Kindern zwischen 11 und 17 Jahren alt) hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub ❤️

Perfect location

You immediately realize that the owner loves her region and the location. Her description of the house, pool, light-system up to all the recommendations where to go to eat, shop or go for sightseeing is simply perfect and full of love. We have been 6 but up to 10 persons can be there really comfortably. The 2 appartments are seperate, but always rent at once - so you will not have to share the pool or the garden, terrasse, parking - all for you! I highly recommend this location - even I better should not as I don`t want you to rent the hose the same time I want to be there!!! ;-)

Traumhaus mit Blick auf das Meer

Wir wurden herzlich von Carlo begrüßt und mit einem Prosecco und Focaccia empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht bis nach Genua hinüber. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als komplett, hier findet man als Hobbykoch alles was man benötigt inklusive Aufschnittmaschine. In Vado Ligure gibt es einen sehr guten Coop und in Savona eine kleine Markthalle. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und auch die Loungemöbel sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, so dass auch bei einer größeren Gruppe jeder seinen Platz findet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Vermieter

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus verbracht. Die Bilder übertreiben nicht. Das Haus ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit Der Kühlschrank und die Vorräte war üppig aufgefüllt und reichte für einige Tage. Das war ein sehr schönes willkommen. Der Weg zum Ort ist nicht weit, ca 15 min. aber der Berg steil, so dass der Heimweg schon sehr anstrengend war. Dafür ist der Blick toll. Lediglich in der unteren Wohnung roch ein Zimmer etwas feucht. Konnte man mit viel Lüften aber lösen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Es war eine rund um schöne Woche. In der Villa haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Pool ist spitze. Die Lage in den Bergen ist auch sehr schön, auch wenn es keine Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen gibt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Traumhaft mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus ist definitiv perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Der Außenbeleuchtung mit Terrasse und Pool und dieser wahnsinnig traumhafte Ausblick lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts wenn man selbst kochen oder BBQ machen möchte. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Hauptwohnbereich ist groß genug, die Zimmer schön hell, allerdings gehören die Bäder renoviert, dort merkt man dass es doch etwas abgewohnt ist und manche Stellen nicht mehr sauber zu bekommen sind. Auch die Durchgänge waren entweder nicht richtig sauber oder undicht. Das größte Manko allerdings war das untere Appartement. Dort riecht es feucht und muffig und das Bad ist sehr stark abgenutzt und die Fugen schimmlig. Eine kleine Renovierung würde nicht schaden. Nichts desto trotz haben wir wunderbare Tage dort verbracht da sich alles draußen abspielt und, wie schon erwähnt, es schöner nicht geht. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Gastgeber. Stefania ist ein Engel und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, beantwortet alle Fragen und hilft in jeder Situation weiter. Fazit: Trotz Mängel was zum größtenteils die Bäder angeht, kann ich dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen .
