This modernly renovated flat covers the second floor of a historic building in the "Rione Parione", one of the most ancient and characteristic district of
historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona Castel Sant'Angelo and Campo dei Fiori.

Fantastic NEW apartment in the heart of Navona square, two large double bedrooms, one single room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms.

The apartment is located in the heart of Roman life, surrounded by the typical Roman shops. Ideal to discover all the most typical of Rome!

Rules:

WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day

Ottima posizione

Ottima posizione , Fabrizio è stato sempre disponibile e molto gentile. L'appartamento è pulito e le stanze sono ben disposte. Lo consiglio per una coppia o per una famiglia con figli che non necessitano una carrozzina grande.

Innanzitutto volevo ringraziare l’host (Fabrizio), perché ci ha dato tanti utilissimi consigli per la città, poi un pregio all’appartamento, perché veramente lo merita! Super pulito e nel cuore di Roma. Non abbiamo dovuto prendere mai un Taxi, Bus o autobus. Molto moderno e accogliente, il prezzo poi lo rende veramente un affare! Se avessi portato la mia famiglia in Hotel avrei speso il triplo. Grazie ancora e a presto 5 stelleeeeeeeeeee

perfect holiday

The home was tastefully decorated, fully-secured, and well-furnished with modern amenities. The interior design celebrated modern fashion, while providing tantalizing glimpses of its medieval Italian architecture. Great apartment! Thank you for going an extra mile to bring down our luggages. We really appreciate it. We will definitely recommend your apartment to family and friends.

I love this apartment

Very cosy apartment in the center of Rome. Everything was same as in the description and pictures. Super attentive and helpful host! Communication with Mattia and Fabrizio was extremely smooth. Will highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling as a group or family. One note: some people might find the revolving stairs to the second floor a challenge especially with luggages, but it's all good for me tho.

L'accueil avec boissons fraiches par Fabrizio parfait, arrivé en temps et en heure: L'appartement était en tout point correspondant à nos attentes. Quand au quartier de la place Novona, fabuleux pour visiter, manger et se promener car au centre de tous les lieus à visiter. Donc, très bonne adresse. .

Fantastic stay in piazza Navona

Mattia was a great ho­st! We booked the apa­rtment rather last mi­nute, however Mattia ­was prompt in respond­ing, organised our ch­eck in, met us at the­ apartment and showed­ us around. It was ve­ry clean, extremely s­pacious and well desi­gned. It was well equ­ipped, and everything­ in the flat looked v­ery new. The location­ itself is in next to­ Piazza Navona and wa­lking distance from g­reat bars and restaur­ants. It is a very li­vely and vibrant neig­hbourhood yet the apa­rtment was very quiet­ with minimal noise f­rom the streets. This­ was one of our best ­airbnb experiences, s­adly we were there on­ly for two nights.

Beautifully furnished place (looks exactly like the photos) with very good location since it is very close to Piazza Navona, and many good dining options (including Da Fancesco, which is a stone's throw away, the famous da Baffetto, and Frigidarium). It is also just a short walk to Fontana de Trevi, the Pantheon, and the Vatican. Mattias and his assistant Fabrizo were very good hosts, too! They made sure everything went well during our stay in their apartment, and were generous enough to offer the entire day of our last day so we wouldn't rush our departure. Thank you Mattias and Fabrizo!

The best you Can find

Our family of 4 found the apartment and surrounding neighborhood to be excellent! The apartment, with 3 bedrooms, was perfect for our two teenage boys giving them both private space and a shared bathroom. My wife and I enjoyed the master suite with it's own bathroom. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The apartment appeared to be recently renovated and has a modern motif but complements the historic sense of the structure (I think it is nicer than depicted in the pictures!) It was secure with a double gate, it was quiet from street noise with newer windows, and the air conditioning worked great when needed. The kitchen was nicely equipped for a holiday stay in Rome. We only did breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese there, so no heavy cooking. We did make use of the clothes washer however (it worked great). The neighborhood is highly recommended with blocks of higher-end shops, and restaurants within steps of the door (strongly recommend the use of TripAdvisor to sort out the good from the bad!). It's a walking neighborhood with very narrow, cobblestone streets, and is full of people at night enjoying dinner, drinks and gelato. We ate in the neighborhood each night. My booking interactions with Mattia were flawless and efficient, happening almost exclusively through text messaging. His response time was amazing given the time zone differences (I was in the USA), even on Easter Sunday (which wasn't necessary!). Fabrizio checked us in and was equally responsive when coordinating exact arrival time, as my train from Milan was delayed. I will definitely stay there again, and recommend the apartment without hesitation.

bellissimo appartamento nel vero cuore di roma

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con dei miei amici, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le foto rispecchiavano a pieno quanto presente nell'annuncio, Mattia è stato molto ospitale all'arrivo, con tante indicazioni su locali, ristoranti e supermercati. La posizione è ottima, nel vero cuore di Roma, ci siamo mossi sempre camminando, senza prendere mai un mezzo pubblico. Ben fornito di tutte le necessità per cucinare. Io lo consiglio a tutti!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Rome

Excellent apartment, located very close to the Piazza Navona, however very quiet at night. You can step out and are in the middle of hundreds of restaurants and bars. Also very close to 3 small supermarkets for supplies. Apartment very modern and extremely well equipped with all that you need. We loved the space and very clean bathrooms with walk in showers. Wi-fi kept us connected and there are two TV's if needed. Fabrizio very helpful and arranged pick up from the airport for us. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Terrible stairs

Quite near to the centre. Surrounded with good eating places. Modern but getting a bit tired. Comfortable beds. The single bedroom smelled of drains.Our apartment was on the second floor accessed by a steep spiral staircase unsuitable for children, carrying heavy bags or anyone with a bad back or mobility problems.A lot of fines for behaviour they don't like. It said on-line that if we turned up without cash to pay the city tax we wouldn't be allowed in.There should be a warning on line about the stairs.

Pleasant stay close to all the attractions

We had a great stay as it is in the heart of the historic part of Rome. Almost all the attractions are a short walk away so you sightsee in the morning, relax at that apartment in afternoon and head out again for evening. The apartment is surrounded with eateries, pizza places and gelatariws.

Great location, close to many attractions. The property was clean but dated. We were surprised by the tight steep spiral staircase to get up to the apartment. Don't bring to many luggage if you are renting this place.

Perfect flat in one of the best neighborhoods in Rome

This flat was absolutely perfect for our group of five visiting Rome for a few days. It is located in the perfect neighborhood with so many shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions starting just steps from the door. Has all of the amenities you could want for what is likely going to be the limited time you want to spend indoors for your stay.

Trip to Rome

The neighborhood is fantastic and the apartment is walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. We had plenty of room for a family of four and the check in process was seamless. We will definitely come back!

Incredible location

Without doubt, the best thing about the Fico Blu apartment is its location, which is amazing - especially at the price: right in the heart of the historic centre of Rome and walking distance to almost all the major attractions. Great restaurants, gelaterias and nightlife right on the doorstep, yet the apartment itself is quiet. We had a great stay at the apartment. Fabrizio and Umer were very helpful prior to our arrival and during the check in/check out processes. Despite the crazy heatwave engulfing the city during our stay, the air conditioning throughout the apartment was effective and we stayed comfortable. A minor gripe was that the floors could've used a mop, and some of the dishes/cutlery had bits of dried food stuck to them. Also, be aware that if bringing a car, you'll need to leave it at a parking lot outside of the historic center and bring your luggage to the apartment on foot or by taxi - the Via Giulia Parking Lot is around a 10 minute walk away and EUR38 per day.
