This large cozy villa with private pool is located in a quiet residential area of Canet de mar.
A small village on the coast of the Mediterranean. Besides enjoying the beach, there is also much to see in the village: the Santuari de la Mare de Déu de la Misericordia, Museum of the modernist architect Domenech i Montaner, and Castell Santa Florentina where Game of Thrones was filmed.
The mountains and forests around Canet belong to the Montnegre area.
Barcelona with its sights, culture, shopping and entertainment, is nearby. Barcelona is located south of Canet, 40 km away. Through the beautiful motorway C32 a car journey to Barcelona takes half an hour. Daytime Barcelona is also easily accessible by train, but who wants to make it later, can easily come home (or go out) with the fast with night bus stop in the center of Barcelona.
The house has three floors with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A cozy living room and separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge with separate freezer, washing machine and dryer. Outside there are several terraces at different levels. One with private pool.

Everything it was advertised as and more!

The villa was clean, comfortable, very well equipped had a great view of the village and surrounding hills. The owner left clear illustrated instructions about about how to operate appliances, garbage separation and collection, as well as leaving a collection of brochures and maps of the village and local attractions. The housekeeper met us upon arrival was friendly and patiently answered our questions, explained how things worked as well as providing us with useful information and tips to make our stay more enjoyable. He was a real bonus! Most amenities were a short walk away (although some hills were involved) or a five minute drive if you needed a big supermarket. Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it. We'd definitely return.

Everything was very good, from we came till we left. 2 very good weeks!

The house is big, the pool and the terraces are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here where we had two wonderful weeks.

Toller Blick über den Ort und toller Pool

Das Haus ist sehr groß mit einer großen Terrasse zum Essen und eine zum abends ruhig Zusammensitzen. Von dort aus hat man einen tollen Blick über den Ort. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Der Pool ist super und auch dann nicht zu klein, wenn 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder darin sind. In der Umgebubg gibt es tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Zum Meer kann man in ca. einer viertel Stunde laufen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super und man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner bei Fragen und Hilfe (bei uns war es der Transfer zum Hotel mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, die noch Kindersitze benötigten. Das wurde unkompliziert für uns auf Nachfrage organisiert). Das Haus und der Ort sind nur weiter zu empfehlen, auch mit kleineren Kindern.

Muy buenas vacaciones

La casa ideal para ir con amigos, muy agusto, para ir con bebés que empiezan a caminar faltaría protección de la piscina. Y en la casa bastantes escalera... Pero si no vas con niños tan pequeños la casa es ideal.

Absolument rien à dire

Ce n est pas ma première location de maison mais là..... Je ne trouve absolument rien à dire. La maison est superbe, extrêmement bien équipée sur le plan électroménager, vaisselles, draps, serviettes etc.... Y a tout. Un bravo particulier pour Monsieur Tone qui a était ponctuel, disponible et très serviable. La piscine est ni trop petite ni trop grande, les enfants se sont bien amusés. La mer est à pied pas très loin, petit village calme non loin de Barcelone, llioret del mar. Pour nous c'était top. Merci

Nice house with swimming pool, 12 min walk to the beach. Only thing we missed was air conditioning at least in the bead rooms as it was very hot.

Très belle location de vacances

Nous avons loués 1 sem en Août 2018 avec famille et amis. La maison est encore mieux que la descroption. Quartier résidentiel très calme. Maison très belle très spacieuse et très bien équipée. De grands espaces qui permettent à chacun de trouver sa place. Vue magnifique sur la ville. La plage est à 15 min à pied tout comme la gare pour se rendre à Barcelone en 1h (moins de 9 euros aller retour). Canet de Mar ń’est pas touristique mais résidentiel donc obligation de prendre la voiture pour trouver un peu d’animation dans les villes voisines. Les plages sont très belles et propres mais on perd pied très vite. L’eau est turquoise et translucide. Un immense parking gratuit permet l’accès aux plages facilement et des douches sont disponibles un peu partout. En résumé villa idéale pour de belles vacances en famille ou entre amis avec voiture obligatoire (ça grimpe !)

Schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse nahe des Zentrums und des Strandes. Parken am Haus ist kein Problem. In die Stadt sollte man zu Fuß gehen. Da das Ferienhaus am Hang liegt, ist der Rückweg zu Fuß etwas anstrengender aber dafür wird man mit einem schönen Blick auf den Ort belohnt. In der Nähe befindet sich weiterhin eine alte Burg. Außerdem diverse Wanderwege. Abends kann man gut Essen gehen. Auswahl ist am Ort vorhanden. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit Bahn oder dem Auto ist in alle Richtungen gut. Auf einen Mietwagen ist man nicht zwingend angewiesen. Netter Vermieter und guter Service. Gerne wieder.

Parfait!

Très jolie maison très bien équipée proche de la mer, des commerces et de la gare ( Accès à Barcelone en 45 min en train pour 2.70 euros) dans un quartier chic et très calme. Accueil chaleureux mais un peu tardif (16h). Caution non restituée à ce jour ( 16 jours après le départ), mais cela ne devrait sans doute pas tarder... Nous avons apprécié que le linge de maison soit fourni et que le ménage soit inclus dans le prix. A refaire!

The villa was lovely

The villa was really nice and well equipped. The outdoor space was great, plenty of shade but enough sunny spots for the sun worshippers. Pool was nice, it's a shame it's not a bit bigger as there is room. Air con or more effective and more fans would be a good addition.
