About this property

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

Host and their contact person were very helpful. Had a great binder indicating how to find things, how boat system worked, maps,etc. The instructions for the washing machine need to be updated but we really loved having access to the washing machine and drying racks mid-way through our trip. Even had a welcome gift of local cookies for us.

Nice, clean apartment near Rialto bridge

A nice sized apartment, very clean and updated with all the amenities. We were greeted at the Rialto boat stop and brought to the apartment. Once there it was easy to find our way to and from. Lots of restaurants nearby with the Rialto bridge a short walk away. We were 4 separate adults and there were enough beds for all of us. The Ca' Amadi square is tucked away which allows for little noise at night. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay in Venice!

The host was very responsive and the rental was very clean. We were really grateful for the air conditioning with the heat, and also for the washing machine. The location was great - we walked everywhere, day and night, and felt very safe. The only thing is the upstairs bedroom now has two single beds, which isn’t reflected in the photos. It worked fine for us but if you are hoping to fit an extra person up there, it won’t work. But it’s a beautiful place, we would highly recommend.

Le grenier avec les lits pour les enfants était vraiment très chaud à notre arrivée mais nous avons pu discuter avec Eva et ils sont venus installer un air climatisé car c’était vraiment invivable. Sinon la proximité du rialto et de la place st-Marco est super et l’appartement est relativement grand. Nous avons apprécié.

Close to the Action

This apartment was in a quaint area that was close to the Rialto Bridge. Close to great restaurants and the best ice cream in Venice. Enjoyed our stay!

The host communicated well and met us at the boat station upon arrival. She showed us where the grocery store was and suggested some things to do. The location was very central and everything was accessible by foot. The apartment was clean and spacious. We were 6 people so it was a bit tight but manageable. My only complaint would be that upstairs was a bit warm because the AC was on the main floor. The fan provided helped but if you are a naturally warm person it may be uncomfortable. Overall I would definitely stay in here again.

Great Location

Awesome little apartment! Had everything we needed and only steps away from stores for those who dont. Communication with the host was easy and check in was a breeze! This apartment does not have a lift, so be prepared to hike your luggage up a bunch of stairs. Would highly recommend!

Home away from home

Our family of 4 with 2 teens enjoyed this space. We arrived late and were met by the host Tania and guided to the apartment. We were concerned about finding it at night after a long day of travel so we were grateful she was there. Kids had their own space up the spiral staircase. This space has peaked ceilings and staircase can be a bit of a challenge but the kids loved it. Bedrooms had everything we needed and space to spread out. Bathroom had all the basics plus it included a blow dryer and washer which we used. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. This place is central to everything, 5 mins to Rialto bridge, 10 mins to boat taxis, restaurants and shops just seconds aways. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Great quiet location

We loved how central and clean this location was. The hosts were great and were quick to respond to questions and provided a lot of info in the unit. Would definitely recommend. As with any Italian place be ready to walk up steep stairs.

Fantastic Location!

My spouse and I stayed in this location for a few days. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the location is fantastic! Its a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and a 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco which contains several major landmarks. The host was great at contacting us before to help us get to the location and met us at the drop off to walk us to the apartment. We had a few communication issues during the stay, but when we had an emergency (not their fault), they were great at helping us out. The only real issue we had was that they wanted the final payment in cash, not through the app, which was odd and not something we liked much. Otherwise though, great place and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Venice. Thank you to Eva and her team - we felt very looked after during the booking process, upon arrival, and upon departure. There was clear communication at all times. The apartment is perfectly located, just minutes from the Rialto Bridge, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the area that our sleep was not interrupted. Great location!

Overall a great location, close to major sights without being loud outside. Beds were good and there is a good amount of space. Would recommend. Note: the AC failed the day before we arrived and the host had a new unit purchased before we arrived. However, the exhaust for the new unit needs to be connected better (understandable as quickly thrown together the just before we arrive) as so much heat was entering back into the building than the unit could cool. Also as clearly stated in the description there are some steep stairs to the unit. We were fine with this but if you are older take note of this.

Great place to stay for a week-end in Venice

This appartment is perfectly located around all the sites you would want to visit. The hosts are very helpful and easy to reach. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The floor was dirty and the sofa was covered in stains. It feels like guests before us were not very respectful.

Both central and quiet! A great place to stay, especially if you only have a couple of days!

All sites very walkable, close to the vaporetto, yet very quiet. Tania came to meet us at the taxi station to walk us and gave us a few tips. Highly recommend! Make sure you have exact cash (euros) for tax.
