Places were disgusting staff wasn't able to handle problems in a timely manner

Spent most of our time switching from room to room because they couldn't find a clean one will never stay there again found pills on the floor dirty showers refrigerators and toilet seats not working dishwasher not working jacuzzi tub not working floors are filthy don't go

Great stay!!

Thank you so much for the great experience! There was only one little problem of the walls being really thin and being able to hear everyone in the other rooms. But we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't that of a big problem.

Everything was wonderful from the moment of welcome to the point of departure!

We loved the property from the ponds with brooks to the fish swimming among the lily pads to the beautiful flowers everywhere! There was so much for us to do each day too! The studio was a perfect fit for the two of us and so comfortable!

A home away from home with all the pampering

All the staff was very professional and kind especially during check-in, she really made us feel welcome made some suggestions for a few shows and ensured we had everything we needed before going to the room. Can't wait to come back here in the summer for another stay THANKS!!!!

Just right for the money

My husband and son and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend. The room was perfect for what we needed. It is basically a jazzed up hotel room, with a mini kitchen. But $40 cheaper than a hotel. While the room only had one bed. it had a pull out couch. Not just your ordinary pull out. This was the Best most comfortable pull out I have ever laid on. It was "like" temperpedic - no springs!! The Best part are the amenities that are included. Mini Golf, Tennis, and Nice Swimming Pools. The location was Awesome as well. 15 minutes from silver dollar city and 10 min from the strip. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was the complex isn't very sound proof. We could here upstairs and downstairs movement. That didn't bother my family, but if you are bothered by little things it may be a deal breaker.

The property was nice but the pool is a bit small for the size of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay but are not please with being over charged and then double charged. When we arrived the hotel said it had not been prepaid. They charged us and it was cheaper than the vrbo rate. The next day we realized we had been charged through homeaway and by the hotel. They were accommodating and credited us back but we still ended up paying more by using VRBO than if we had just booked directly with the hotel.

Awesome Place

My wife and I went to Branson in early March. The weather turned bad with cold and snow, but thanks to the suites at fall creek, it was a great weekend! The condo came with an indoor pool, a great game room and a 24 hour fitness center. My wife and I cancelled our outdoor plans and just enjoyed the resort and we both had a great time!

Review title for the stay

The room was very nice but the walls were very thin and not insulated. You could hear everything that happened next door and this made sleeping at night very hard. The property was very nice and the room was very nice but that type of cheapness in the build really hurts the value. I was also charged by the booking agent AND the facility for the stay and I am having a hard time recovering for the double charge. There seems to be a lot of finger pointing going on with me in the middle and the double charge on my credit card. The facility is nice and well kept and the access to anything desired was great.

Great small room but not well insulated and some issues checking in through VRBO

This studio room was perfect for a short getaway for my husband and I's anniversary. The kitchen was well stocked and would be perfect for small meal making. We did have some trouble when checking in, somehow our reserving and paying though VRBO.com did not link up with their system. They sorted everything out and were very kind about the situation. The room has a door that adjoins to the next room (if needed) which the kids in the adjoining room loved to open and close. 🙄 We could have done without the loud children neighbors. Overall it was a great location and vacation spot.

Getaway

Very nice, ice machine was a bit of a walk from our unit. Paid for a king bud but room had a queen. Very though, pretty peaceful. Will go back, very clean. Great stay

Perfect for one or two!

Loved the unit! Everything was furnished, fashionable and very clean. The only weird thing was that there was no way to turn off the can lights above the bed without getting out of bed. That was somewhat inconvenient! Would have preferred a different view, but still very nice. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!
