Nice resort

They were very accommodating. I had surgery and was using a walker. They got us a ground level unit And a shower chair for me.

Comfort and Helpful

We enjoyed our stay. Stayed in a handicap accessible unit because they were fully booked. This didn’t provide a bathtub for one room which was missed but it was a large shower. The only complaint the entire stay was the temperature of the hot water. The hot water heater was set so that it never got very hot for showers but it was a good warm temperature. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly when needed and the unit was clean and comfortable.

Great overall facility. Dirty condo

The overall facility is great having games and activities to do however, our condo had stains in the carpet, the wax ring on toilet needed replaced causing the bathroom to constantly smell like urine.

Unsweet at Fall Creek

The property was not very clean at either location we stayed. Other than squirrels in the ceilings and the air not working we thought it was what we were expecting in our stay.

Family Vacation

Rented for a last minute trip. It was spacious and clean. You didn’t hear much going on above or below you. You get a nice view. You do have to use your car to get to and from the pool. The pool was iffy for temperature, cold one day and warm the next. But the room was good for the price.

It was ok. Resort property was nice with much to do. Condo clean but dated.

Condo was old with stains in the tub. Shower curtain too short so water all over bathroom floor after shower. Ice machine in freezer did not make ice. Beds and pillows were really nice. Toilet seat loose and slipped to the side when sat on it which was disconcerting. Remote for master bedroom TV worked intermittently. Nice to have washer and dryer in the condo.

place was clean outdated bathrooms abd bo room in kitchen to store our dry food

was nice rude noisey drunk people on their patios till midnight enjoy yourself but watch your language we had children with us. All garabage from six units outside our door. The place was clean and large, tge beds comfy. To far from pool had to drive to pool. I would not stay here again with children

The accommodations and location of the Suites at Fall Creek are excellent. Many amenities and helpful staff. However, be advised, IF you want one of their ADA accessible suites, find out exactly who you need to contact to reserve that suite. I thought I had done that when I talked to Bob but when we arrived no ADA suite was available. I had also received 2 additional emails and 2 phone calls (this is a time share community) confirming my reservation, and each time I kept saying 'we are supposed to be in an ADA suite'. Brittany, at the check-in desk, was very patient and helpful and did get us into the ADA suite after one night in a regular suite. If she had not been able to do so, we would not been able to stay due to pretty non-accessible bathrooms in the regular suites (the Jacuzzi tub/showers are great but not if you're in a chair). I only wish that someone had told me up front exactly what I needed to do to reserve ADA.
