Wonderful, sweet renovated two bedroom one bath condo located in the heart of Moon Valley. Brand new EVERYTHING, granite countertops, beautiful new bedding and carpets. Bathroom looks like a showroom. Working fireplace and washer and dryer. Cute outside sitting area for dinning or just breathing the fresh warm air. The hot tub and pool area are within steps of the condo unit.

Location, location, location. Great for anything in Scottsdale as its close to the 101 loop.

Two weeks in Moon Valley
Everything was wonderful. Everything you need is here, shopping and restaurants are very close by and easy to navigate. Neighborhood is very quiet. Everyone was friendly that we met. Family friendly park is only few blocks away. Loved it and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

The condo is attractive, well appointed, and in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. It’s a short drive from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, services and has easy access to major freeways. It was a convenient location for our extended stay.

Everything was good except the Tv in living needs to be a Roku or smart TV the cable is awful nothing but reruns over and over. Other than that everything was fine.

Mayo Clinic stay
This was a great place. Well furnished with all of the appliances we could want. Pool and hot tub were great. Very prompt when we had a minor problem with the garbage disposal. My wife accidentally left some jewelry and Feather mailed it to us the next day. Thanks. Will stay here again when we visit the Mayo Clinic.

Great Location!
Darcy’s place was perfect! We need a place to stay with our kitty cat while we mi ed into our new home and her place had everything we needed. Great location and close to everything including grocery stores, places to go out, and gym. We used the pool a few times as well which was nice being right outside the front door. We stayed two weeks and had great communication with Darcy if we needed anything.

Great Stay
Condo was perfect for us! Communication was prompt and great. We stayed nearly a month and had a great time. Kitchen is well equipped. Not far from a large park, which provided daily walks. Loved the patio area. Neighborhood felt very safe. Phoenix is a large city so it does take some driving to get to hikes and activities.

Perfect Moon Valley stay
We enjoyed our winter getaway in this beautiful Moon Valley community for 6 weeks January February 2024. The development and surrounding neighborhood is friendly, quiet and we always felt safe. Owner communication is welcoming and friendly with very quick replies to our questions. Location is truly central with easy access to all “the best” of things to see and do. My favorite hike was North Mtn just a couple miles away. The condo, all on one level, is beautifully decorated. The owner thought of everything to make us feel at home. Best yet, the pool and hot tub just 25 steps out the front door. Looking forward to more sunny visits next year! Thanks for making our first winter getaway special.

Quiet neighborhood
The condo is in a very nice neighborhood, we enjoyed daily walks. There is even a little coffee shop within walking distance! Also the condo is next to the pool, convenient for the days it was warm enough to spend time in the sun.

Best condo close to everyting!
Darcy was amazing! Property is so comfortable and close to everything. We were here for my sons baseball tournaments. The pool was very refreshing and right next door to the unit. Pool towels and plastic glasses readily available. The beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped. What else can you ask for a stay in Phoenix. Close to hiking trails we’ll visit Nrxt time given it was so warm. Stores very close for groceries and shopping Starbucks etc. perfect! Thanks Darcy, we’ll be back soon.

Perfect for our Parents
We rented this property for my parents who were visiting from PA. It's just a few blocks from our home so the location was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet, the condo was clean, beautiful and had everything they needed. Being next to the pool was a big bonus! The owners were very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely rent again the next time we have family coming into town.

Perfect condo in a great location! We enjoyed being next to the pool. The condo was beautiful! Very well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. There were great restaurants nearby and location was perfect home base for exploring Phoenix! Owner even texted to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed! Ideal N. Phoenix Location for Active Stay and Peaceful Accommodations.
Easy access to this two-bedroom condo. The unit is located on an end corner just across a nice grassy area from the pool adding privacy and easy pool access. Bedrooms share a vaulted ceiling living, dining and kitchen area where visitors or pets can share in activities. The condo units are surrounded by nice single-family homes making it quiet with a neighborhood feel and an easy 2 blocks from Moon Valley park with beautiful paved walking paths making a morning walk a great beginning to warm days. Within minutes by car from grocery, drug and restaurants for all tastes, as well as golf and all the natural beauty of N. Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

Great location in Moon Valley neighborhood.
We stayed in the condo/townhome for 5 weeks as we had our home renovated only .75 miles away. It was a perfect location for us because we could quickly get to our home to greet contractors. The townhome is in a wonderful community with plenty of grass (we had a dog) and a pool just outside the back gate to the townhome. The unit has everything you need to stay short term or long term. Great place if you are doing a remodel or want to have family or friends stay for an extended period of time. It is less than half a mile to Moon Valley Park and there are plenty of hiking and running paths around.

Peaceful retreat
Very nice property. Friendly neighborhood, Quiet, private, comfortable, spacious, accommodating to all our needs, owner promptly responsive to communications. Located next to the swimming/whirlpool. Lots of grass area for our little dog to meander during walks. Covered parking was a plus too.

Quiet Oasis in Phoenix
Check in process was smooth and easy. Darcy was very responsive and helpful .Key less entry made coming and going a breeze. Beautiful, well furnished, super clean patio home with all you need for a great stay. Two large screen TVs provided plenty of entertainment. Beds and furniture extremely comfortable. Great sleeping! Sparkling, inviting pool is very close by. I was surprised at how quiet the house was even with people in the pool nearby. Property is convenient to shopping. but tucked away in quiet residential neighborhood. Nice size especially for one or two couples. Nice quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood with trees and grass for shade while walking your dog. Super open concept with all the conveniences you need. Great stay.
