Fantástica estancia en campo de golf

Fuimos unos amigos a jugar al golf y la casa es perfecta para eso. Comimos un día en la playa que en coche está a 5 min y muy bien también. La casa es tal y como dice el anuncio, amplia, bien equipada y muy limpia y la comunicación con la propietaria muy fluida. Repetiremos sin duda.

Nicht gut

Wir waren im August dort und der Aufenthalt startete schon schlecht. Keiner war da, um uns zu empfangen. Die Besitzerin war im Urlaub. Es gab nicht mal Toilettenpapier. W-LAN funktionierte nicht. Keine Klimaanlage, nur Dachventilatoren, die nicht wirklich funktionierten. Das Haus ist groß und wir haben viel Zeit im Garten verbracht. Wir können aber diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lejos de la playa, o vas en coche o no llegas..... incomunicados, ya que no teníamos como salir de la zona residencial. Siempre dependiendo de otro vecino, ya que no teníamos mando para abrir el portón

Casa amplia, ideal para quien viaja con su familia y mascotas. Deberían actualizar un poco su mobiliario de jardin pero volveriamos

Maison typique espagnole

Maison très belle, avec beaucoup d’atouts. La voiture est indispensable. La propriétaire et très agréable et disponible. Cependant les placards était très poussiéreux chose qui nous a deplu.

Espaciosa y tranquila

Es una casa con mucho espacio, con un jardín que hemos disfrutado mucho y que está dentro de una urbanización privada, con lo cual es tranquila. A escasos 5 minutos en coche a la playa de Chiches donde es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. Playa no aglomerada de gente que es lo que buscábamos. Muy cerca del pueblo del Rincón de la Victoria donde encuentras de todo lo que necesites. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Deja mucho que desear

La limpieza de la casa ha sido el punto más deficiente ya que nos encontramos con espacios que llevan bastante tiempo sin ser limpiados. En general se ve que en el mantenimiento se invierte muy poco. No había ni la ropa de cama completa, ni protectores de colchones ni sábanas encimeras. De reformado tal y como indica el anuncio no tiene nada, más bien son arreglos de poca calidad. Lo siento, pero por mi parte por ese precio, no lo recomiendo.

This place is horrible! Terrible location, run down, moldy bathrooms, rat dropping’s and smelled

Reihenhaus in Nähe des Goljplatzes

Vermieterin war immer hilfsbereit und das Reihenhaus liegt oberhalb vom Golfplatz, ich würde aber immer mit Mietauto dort hinreisen.

Belle maison agréable avec son jardin et ses chambres indépendantes. Il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour l'accés à la plage car c'est un peu reculé.

Grande spazioso appartamento perfetto per due famiglie

Perfetto per due famiglie. Pulito con tutto il necessario. Bel giardino per potersi rilassare a soli 5 min in macchina dalle spiaggie. 10 min da un supermercato fornito di tutto (Mercadona). La proprietaria molto disponibile e attenta. A pochi minuti di Malaga, Nerja è fattibili in giornata escursioni a Granada e Córdoba.

Fantastica casa en un entorno magico.

La casa es lo que promete, muy, pero que muy amplia cómoda y funcional. Particularmente adecuada cuando el grupo es grande. Todo funciona correctamente y ademas se encuentra perfectamente situada. La playa mas cercana debe estar a unos cinco minutos en coche, pero el precioso pueblo del Rincón de la Victoria tambien. A tiro de piedra Málaga, Frigiliana, Nerja, Maro.... La urbanizacion es privada con lo cual es muy segura y tranquila, nada de ruidos ni molestias. Si vienes huyendo del calor decir que se esta fenomenal pues la casa se encuentra situada en la parte alta del campo de golf y por las noches se está de maravilla. Lo mejor que puedo decir es que si tuviera que programar otra vez mis vacaciones volvería a elegir esta propiedad, es una casa fantástica, de lujo. Tampoco está de más decir que la atención de Consuelo, la propietaria, ha sido desde el minuto uno perfecta. Agradezco particularmente que nos permitiera traer a nuestra perrita, fue un detalle. Muchas gracias.

DECEVANT et Inacceptable.

Nous avons réservé avec piscine communautaire mais celle-ci était fermée. La maison et le jardin sont biens mais trop de soucis matériels. La porte d'entrée est trop difficile à ouvrir et à fermer, le WC du bas était inaccessible et en panne, le chauffe eau est vétuste, le mitigeur d'une baignoire en panne et de plus on nous à laissé un réfrigérateur en panne. On a dû attendre 4 jours pour avoir son remplacement. Le four électrique disjoncte le compteur donc inutilisable. Ils manquent tous les appareils ménagers, les chaises longues de jardin et le parasol. Les faitouts et les poêles trop usagés donc inutilisables. IL a fallu refaire tout le ménage car la maison était très sale. De plus, tous les tiroirs, placards de cuisine et buffets etaient encombrés des affaires personnels de la propriétaire. Nous avons dû faire tout le nettoyage des terrasses extérieurs ainsi que toutes les grilles. Tout ceci est déplorable et surtout inacceptable. Et pour conclure, nous sommes partis en désaccord car elle n'a pas tenu ces engagements. Nous souhaitons beaucoup de courage aux locataires suivants, malgré tout ce que nous avons fait.
