In the heart of a private residence, our villa offers you a very pleasant living environment. Located 500 meters from Boucan Canot Beach, it has a tropical garden, private parking, a terrace with a lounge and a barbecue for the gourmet.
On an interior surface of 100 m2, you will have 3 bedrooms (including 2 air-conditioned, 1 ventilated) with the possibility of lending a baby cot, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower (hairdryer) ), a WC, a dining room opening onto a living room equipped with a TV with: DVD player, satellite package, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer .

Fabulous

Our flight was delayed, so a family member contacted the owners who were so understanding. The villa is spacious and homely. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The pool was enjoyed by all and the owners went above and beyond to make us very welcome. They allowed us to have family over and as we had a birthday celebration gave permission for all the family to use the pool. Our stay was fabulous. Thank you

Un excellent séjour à la Réunion dans une villa très bien située. La piscine posée au centre d'un jardin luxuriant a été appréciée de tous et Mme Lucas nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Nous espérons bien revenir !

Des vacances exceptionnelles à Boucan Canot

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une habitation exceptionnelle. Un jardin tropicale magnifique, une piscine à 28 degrés. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable avec tt le confort. L emplacement est idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances à proximité direct de la plage de Boucan. Les propriétaires sont charmants et bienveillants. Grande maison fonctionnelle dans un beau jardin, avec piscine (non chauffée), à 5/10 minutes à pieds de la plage de Boucan Canot. Très calme et agréable, bien située pour visiter la côte ouest, voire toute l'île.

Des vacances conviviales et depaysantes

Nous avons séjourné pendant 1semaine et avons apprécié chaque instant ! Le coin nuit est bien séparé de la pièce de vie ce qui est agréable pour ceux qui souhaitent faire la grasse matinée !
