Volledig gerenoveerd drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers condominium met uitzicht op de oceaan op de eerste verdieping in Sea Colony East. Volledig ingerichte keuken met kookgerei, bestek, borden en apparaten. Flatscreen-tv's en dvd-spelers in alle kamers. Massieve binnendeuren verhogen de privacy in elk van de slaapkamers en badkamers. Hardhouten vloeren in de belangrijkste kamers. Woonkamer is voorzien van een grote sectionele opgewaardeerde slaapbank en 60 inch tv. Eettafel biedt plaats aan zes met extra zitplaatsen voor twee aan de bar. Eenheid bevindt zich aan het einde van de gebouwencollectie van Sea Colony, wat resulteert in zeer weinig voetverkeer in de gangen of op het dek naar de oceaan. Erg stil!

Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en aangrenzende badkamer met douche / bad, royale aanrechtruimte en kasten.

2e (voor) slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. 3e (achter) slaapkamer ingericht met een stapelbed met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Hal badkamer heeft royale staande douche met regendouche en handdouche spray. Gloednieuwe gestapelde wasmachine / droger ter grootte van een appartement.

Dekbedden, extra dekens en kussens zijn aanwezig.

Patio met tafel, stoelen en parasol om buiten te eten. Strandstoelen en parasols, rollende kar en diverse strandspeelgoed zijn beschikbaar voor gasten.

Liften en trappen naar de parkeerplaats op de begane grond liggen op een steenworp afstand. Unit is uitgerust met een toegangssysteem zonder sleutel.

Sea Colony heeft 2 grote sportscholen met cardio- en gewichtsapparatuur. Fitnesslessen zijn beschikbaar tegen een toeslag per klas. Binnenzwembaden / hot tub het hele jaar geopend. Buitenzwembaden beschikbaar tijdens het zomerseizoen.

ALLEEN wekelijkse huur (7 nachten, zaterdag tot zaterdag) van Memorial Day tot Labor Day. Gasten moeten lakens en handdoeken verstrekken; deze lakens zijn desgewenst verkrijgbaar bij een lokale aanbieder.

Wonderful beach getaway.

We have been staying at the Sea Colony for several years now, the last few at this property. The location can’t be beat, with kids the first floor location is ideal. The condo is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The beach locker with chairs and umbrella is very convenient as well. Great place to stay!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This is the perfect oceanfront location and unit for a family vacation. The unit was very nicely appointed and it had everything we needed. It provide an easy walk to and from the beach. Its end location was also very nice as it was very quiet with less walking traffic. We certainly would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great three bedroom oceanfront unit on Bethany Beach.

Nice Spot!

Clean, great spot, close to beach, end of sea colony so some privacy, close drive to bethany boardwalk which we liked, water runs good, ac and heat work great, everything works, bed is comfy, and Mary is a great host who answered all our questions and was very helpful. We made some fun memories as a family here. Thank you Mary!

Great Bethany Beach Spot in Sea Colony

We stayed here in June 2023. The condo was updated and very clean. We loved the easy access to the beach via the first floor balcony. We appreciated having everything we needed. The beach locker was conveniently located at the bottom of the steps just off of the beach and included great condition beach chairs.

Summer 2024

This is our second year in a row staying at Mary’s property. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the property. We have three young children and haul a lot of stuff to the beach so the first floor is great for us. Being on an end unit means a lot less traffic and noise, as well. We had a light out when we arrived and Mary immediately had the maintenance man there to take care of it. Overall, we had a great vacation! Thanks again Mary!

Sweet property beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful well equipped and t scenery was amazing too many dogs barking and there was a homeless man sleeping out front when I first arrived there was a guest who had a drone who followed me around for two days which was really creepy but other than that my stay was good!

Unit is situated on the ground level which makes it so easy to get to the pool and beach. The only issue is you don’t get that entire ocean view that being higher might achieve. However, the convenience for me outweighs it. The unit was very clean and the owner was amazing at getting back to you if you had any concerns . Overall it was a great experience in her unit and I would recommend renting from her .she takes a lot of pride in her unit and keeping her guests comfortable.

Beautiful beachside escape!

Mary’s apartment was beautiful, clean, well-kept, and well-appointed. The prettiest and cleanest Sea Colony flat we’ve stayed at in our 8 years of coming here. Being at walk-out level is great and convenient, as was our keypad access. The apartment is sparkling and everything feels new and in great condition. Communication with Mary was easy. Would absolutely recommend!

I grew up in the Philadelphia area and my husband Vince is from Northern Virginia. We met while working and studying in NYC. We have always loved the beach and spent many vacation weeks at various beaches up and down the East Coast and in California.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

Visiting a friend at Sea Colony with my then grade school age children, I fell in love with Bethany Beach. The immaculate beach, the quiet town, the excellent restaurants and the oceanfront family environment provided by the Sea Colony complex all beckoned to me. When I told Vince I wanted to buy a condo that had just come on the market, he happily agreed. We completed a gut renovation to our condo that year and have spent many relaxing weeks in it, both during the summer and in the off season. We hope your family finds it as comfortable and beautiful as we do, and comes back to enjoy the summer pleasures that Bethany offers again and again.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

We love the privacy of our unit. It is the last of the 9 Sea Colony buildings and far enough away from the center of the complex that there is a sense of privacy. Because we step directly from our unit onto the promenade, we rarely use the elevator and have easy access from the beach to our unit when we need a break from the sun. We are also steps away from the outdoor pool shared by Island and Harbor Houses and a few more minutes walk from the larger indoor/outdoor pools and fitness area in the Edgewater complex. Edgewater also has a small convenience store for those mornings when we run out of half-and-half for our coffee!
