We are located a short five-minute walk to Twin Lakes Beach, the Yacht Harbor and the iconic Crow’s Nest Restaurant and Gift Shop. This is a great scenic spot for lunch and dinner or for morning coffee and a breakfast burrito at Java Junction and El Palomar. There's no better way to start your day than with fresh air, sand in your toes and an up front view of the crashing waves. Deke’s Market located two doors down is perfect for convenience items and also has a great deli. Drive less than 10-minutes to the super cute Capitola Village beach or take the short drive to the Boardwalk and pier. Our location is excellent for family outings, sailing (Chardonnay & O'Neil), kayaking, stand-up paddling jogging, swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, volleyball, evening bonfires, and viewing incredible sunsets.
Our remodeled 1930's beach bungalow offers 3 comfy bedrooms, 1 beautiful bath and a state of the art kitchen. The living area is open and spacious and the private backyard is great for BBQ’s, hanging out and sunbathing.

We regularly have 30 day guests such as traveling nurses and other professionals requiring a longer term stay while in Santa Cruz. This type of unit is not unusual in Santa Cruz! Garage conversions have been approved and encouraged by the City of Santa Cruz since the 1980’s as an unconventional approach to the City’s housing shortage.
