Hermosa villa con personalidad de 300 metros cuadrados, con sus arcadas, decoración y colores y te invita a disfrutar del encanto del Mediterráneo.
Su ubicación en Cala d'Or es muy privilegiada junto al mar, en una calle tranquila cerca del centro con restaurantes, playas y actividades deportivas.

Le ofrecemos cuatro suites independientes con comodidad.
- 3 con vistas al mar
- 1 con vista al patio.
Todos son cómodos, luminosos y meticulosamente decorados. Todos están equipados con un armario, estanterías. Todas tienen wifi gratis y aire acondicionado.

- La "gran suite azul", con acceso directo a la terraza y la piscina, 26 m², cama para 2 personas (tamaño queen)
-La suite Terrace de 25 m2, acceso directo a una terraza de madera, 2 camas individuales.

Amazing view

We‘ve spent our first holiday with our little babygirl there and we really enjoyed our stay. What an amazing view, the villa is very well equipped with lovely design details. Even some stuff for our little one was provided. Very close to restaurants and sandy beaches. Communication was always very easy, quick reply. Thank you for having us!

1 week stay in Cala D’or

Our party consisted of 7 people with a wide age range (2-60+) and this villa was absolutely perfect for us. Firstly, the swimming pool area with its stunning view had everything we could have needed. My husband was particularly taken with the great gas BBQ which well now be getting for our own garden! There where plenty of comfy sun loungers and shade from the sun. The living space was very comfy and homely, so much so we even spent a few evenings in the sitting room watching the Euros. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine which takes coffee pods was a lovely touch. All the bedrooms where spacious and light. The aircon timings where perfect and we never felt too hot during the day/at night. It felt like such a luxury being on holiday and every couple having their own shower/bathroom. We’ve been coming to Cala D’or as a family for 15 years and it’s a very special place for us. This villa is definitely the best place we’ve rented in the area and would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful holiday and letting us make such lovely memories :)

You will not want to leave

The villa was immaculate and beautiful. We literally did not want to leave. The views are unbelievable. And you're just a 15 minute walk to town (5-10minutes to nearest beach).

**Perfect Beachfront Getaway** Our stay at this beachfront house was fantastic! The home offers stunning ocean views and the sound of waves crashing right outside. The interior is beautifully decorated, filled with natural light, and provides a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight is the spacious deck overlooking the beach—ideal for morning coffee or sunset views. With close calas and beaches access, it was easy to swim, stroll, or enjoy water sports. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas made our stay very enjoyable. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants yet wonderfully private. This beachfront house is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We can't wait to return!

Great location - quite a few problems

Six 50-year old ladies traveled for a 50th birthday. We were traveling from all parts of the world. The location beautiful. The communications with the owner were very stressful. The contract says to report any issues immediately yet the owner expressed frustration that we "called with a new problem every day". The upstairs air conditioning did not work the entire time we were there. The refrigerator died. Neither one of these problems could be addressed during our stay. She accused us of creating these problems, saying that everything was working fine up to our arrival. The refrigerator wasn't even plugged in on arrival so it would not be possible to say whether it was working. And, I sent a video on the first night of the AC unit malfunctioning, which she said was related to electricity issues on the island. It was 29 degrees upstairs and difficult to sleep. She said to open the windows like she does - but then the bugs came in. She lectured us on environmental crises when one AC unit was left on in a bedroom for an hour when we went out. She scolded us about incorrectly locking the front door. There are potential safety issues associated with the encampment at the end of the driveway where people park RVs overnight for many nights). Ultimately, owner detracted greatly from our fun. She threatened to keep our deposit. We left the house spotless and she complained about one empty wine bottle left behind. If you expect to be treated like a client, this is not the place.

Fantastic Holiday

We had a really excellent holiday, Nathalie was amazing and was always available. The Villa is 1st class with fantastic Med views and easily accessible to Cala D’Or and the surrounding area. Definitely would highly recommend.

Wonderful family villa

A fabulous villa in a superb location. We had a fantastic week away, the villa more then exceeded our expectations and is by the far the best villa we've ever been to in Cala D'or . The views are specatcular, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept, a great size pool. The villa is beautifully furnished, spacious and clean with many areas to relax. Nathalie and her team were always available to contact, we had a fab week away and are very much looking forward to returning in the future.

Family holiday

Perfect, the villa exceeded all expectation Nathalie was always available, responded to any queries and was professional The team looking after the villa were brilliant The area has everything for a multi generational stay The pool, gardens and terrace are amazing with the most stunning views and a spectacular sunrise. The accommodation didn’t disappoint All rooms have ample en-suites, are beautifully furnished and finished off There really is everything you might possibly need, from hairdryers in each suite to straws in the kitchen to inflatables in the garage for the pool. The lounge is large enough for everyone and really comfortable too There is a choice of outdoor eating areas as well as the dinning space inside Cannot find anything that we didn’t all love and enjoy about our stay here

Dream location

We have had a fantastic holiday in the Villa. The view and outside area is spectacular, we had to force ourselves to leave and explore further afield. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos and a great place to cool off and watch the boats go by. The Villa is well appointed and beautifully furnished, any queries we had during our stay were dealt with promptly by Nathalie who is a great host. We had teenagers with us who were equally happy with different beaches in walking distance and bars etc , with a safe walk home. We are already hoping to book another visit. Thank you Nathalie and family .

Outstanding accommodation and views!

This rental more than lived up to our expectations! Easy booking process, Nathalie the person we dealt with regarding queries etc was fantastic. The accommodation was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious for all our needs.... The outside area with the views will stay in our memories forever, can honestly say they are breathtaking views and we will struggle to match this accommodation in future holiday bookings unless we come back to cala dor then obviously this would be the chosen rental for us! A short walk into the centre for eating /drinking, the villa itself is well equipped though if you choose to eat in. The accommodation definitely made our stay in Majorca truly magical. Thankyou ❤️

Perfect family villa

From the first impressions until the last day of our holiday the villa exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is very spacious, luxurious and beautifully presented which all made for a great relaxing break. The sea view was amazing. It was great to have all the different areas to relax. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Nathalie was a great host and answered all questions and queries very promptly (literally within minutes). We will definitely be returning in the future.

Mehr Meerblick geht nicht

Wir waren zu sechst (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) in der Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Checkin und die Betreuung vor Ort waren bestens organisiert. Kleinere Probleme (neuer Sonnenschirm) wurden umgehend erledigt. Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer (Fotos in der Anzeige sind sehr aussagekräftig) und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichter. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus!!!
