With air conditioning and pellet stove. The shutters are protected by mosquito nets. Kitchen and bathroom, newly renovated, with new furniture. On foot 3 min. from the beach of the town and from the port, from where the boats that transport the tourists depart in the coves visible in the photos. In the immediate vic .: newsagent, guard med. East. pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, grocery, bakery and greengrocer, pizzeria; at 100/150 m. supermarket.
