Beautiful huge house in a great location

An absolutely amazing house. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s huge. It’s also very well equipped with enough kitchen pots for 20 people. The things I would have liked to known before we arrived: -ground floor is all on one air con setting with vents in every room, very quiet. The same goes for the 1st floor. The top floor 2 bedrooms each have their own air con units. -bathrooms: ground floor has a toilet and sink. Family bathroom on the first floor has toilet, bath and shower cubicle. En-suite has toilet and corner bath with shower head. Top floor 1 bedroom has an en suite with toilet and shower unit. -swimming pool is huge but very deep. I could only stand up for about a metre of it. The kids couldn’t touch the floor at all, luckily they can swim and we took inflatables with us. Casa manola restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and is amazing with everything from paella, to pasta, to pizza. 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

Family holiday

Villa was spot on really nice and spacious. Unfortunately we git told 3 days before our stay that there was street work happening, which was concerning with two pushchairs and one wheelchair and when we arrived the whole of the street road and sidewalks where all dug up . Was not happy but not to blame work has to be done. But the villa i would definitely book again amazing

Excellent place to stay

Lovely house with great facilities in a fantastic location. There was a little hair in the upstairs shower and the kettle tripped the electricity but no real issues. The property manager was very helpful and communicated with us regularly but the VRBO chat only worked occasionally on my phone while we were there and so I was not always able to reply.

Fantastic family villa perfect location

We had a fantastic holiday with our family of 17, the villa is right next to the beach and is spacious with amazing view of the beach snd close to many bars and restaurants. It is in need of some TLC and bathrooms are needing replaced also outdoor furniture is very grotty wouldnt take much to make this place fabulous just needs a bit of reinvestment

Family reunion

Had a lovely holiday all the family enjoyed it and the villa is in such a lovely location it was well equipped and the host was very helpful all instructions were easy to follow and when contacted replied quickly. The only issue we had was the outside furniture at the back of the villa was very worn including the sun beds which had no covers they could do with replacing .But definitely would stay again.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had the most fantastic time, what a villa and what a location! So close to the beach, no need to drag a tonne of stuff down to the beach for the day you can easily pop back to the villa if you need anything, perfect for those with kids. Gated pool was perfect for us as we had three little ones under 5 with us. The villa was beautifully clean and well presented. Great space. The games room in the basement kept everyone entertained of an evening, would be brilliant if you had teens and young kids, little ones could sleep upstairs undisturbed as any noise stays down in the basement. As other reviews have stated, I would agree maybe some more shade and updated pool furniture would be beneficial as the loungers had been obviously repaired a few times. But that said this would definitely not put me off from staying again. Such a fantastic, spacious villa, in fact we’ve been looking into rebooking only two days after leaving.

Amazing Holiday for all the family

Accommodation was perfect and accommodated all 12 and 2 infants. Grandparents slept on ground floor as cannot climb stairs. Swimming Pool was fabulous for all including the BBQ. Games room was great for the evening and the Accommodation was only a minute walk from the beach so we could also catch the early morning sunrise. We all had a fabulous time and made some amazing memories....will be returning.

Golf trip 2023

We arrived to be extremely pleasantly surprised by how good the house was. We had 2 very minor problems whilst there 1was the microwave packed up. But when I reported it to the manager he said someone would be round the next day and they were so that was great. 2 the kettle died on us and although he was happy to replace it, we wouldn’t wait until the next morning (our impatience). Other than that definitely would want to stay there again. Than you Carlos for making our week even better than expected.

Fabulous large Villa. Perfect for family gathering.

We rented this villa as we were three families getting together to celebrate our mum's birthday. We were always excited about staying here due to the games room, pool, space and proximity to the beach. The villa did not disappoint. It was very clean and really well equipped. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

Fantastic place for a family holiday

Everything about this house is as good as the photos. The owner very helpful and replied to messages quickly. Everything and more supplied for your enjoyment. We were six adults, 2 teen-agers and 2 aged 10 & 11. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. As we didn't have a car the vicinity of the house made it within easy reach for everything. Shopping, ( shopping trolley supplied ) restaurants, beach. Maybe sunloungers could be replaced, but didn't distract from our holiday. Would certainly book again.

Excellent villa in a great location

Great villa in good location near the beach , nice and spacious but could do with a little modernisation . Lovely pool area and BBQ and plenty of space for the family. Needs a new iron as got a shock from one and the other burns your clothes but everything else was great . Downstairs games room came in useful and comfortable beds .

Can't wait to come back.

Me and my wife's extended family (16 of us in total), had the most amazing time at the villa. We we're blown away on arrival, as the photo's do not do the property justice, with everything much improved than what it viewed like. The beds were all super comfy and firm, so we all had great nights sleep. The location to the beach was what originally made us pick this villa, being only 3 houses down from the beach, and it did not disappoint. We could go for a quick swim in the sea without the hassle of having to stay on beach, as could be back in the villa within 3 minutes. We loved the kitchen "hatch" window, that opened out to the pool area. So allowed those that wanted to stay out of the sun, to be part of the group too, and provide snacks and drinks to us sun bathing through the hatch ;) It was great having a twin bedroom on the ground floor, so my mother in law never had to deal with stairs. (On 1st floor there's then two twin bedrooms, a single bedroom, master bedroom with ensuite and balcony, and main bathroom, with then on 2nd floor, two rooms with a double bed and single in each, with one having an ensuite the other a balcony, both with their own ac). Air conditioning throughout the property worked well from control in master bedroom. Showers we're all great, including the shower outside by the pool. Kids enjoyed the downstairs garage area with pool table, ping pong, and table football. We all enjoyed the pool, which is much bigger than pictures show (5mx8m) and allowed us plenty of room to each float away on a lilo or pool ring and relax away in the sun. The sunbed area was also a much bigger area than what the pictures show. If I have to give some constructive feedback, the only thing I can say to improve upon would purely be that perhaps the outside sun bed furniture could do with a little refresh, and an extra sun umbrella would be handy, but we managed perfectly with what we had. If any issues, Cesar was available to contact and resolved a small problem we had, right away, which we we're very grateful for quick actions. If staying, we highly recommend "Da Vinci's" (5 minute walk away), an Italian/Mexican mix that worked well, great people and food was fantastic with many options that more than satisfied all 16 of our taste buds. All in all, we've stayed in several villas and this by far was our best experience when considering villa, location, amenities and price. We cannot wait to book again, simple a 10 out of 10.

Fabulous week

13 of us had a great week at the villa, its location to the beach is amazing, just steps away. Pool is great and warm, we all used it constantly. One of our group has mobility issues so it was good that there were some bars and restaurants within a short 5 min walk away. The only issue we had was trying to get taxis, which is not down to the villa but just the lack of taxis available, we would hire cars from day one in future. Will definately go back to this villa

Great property - Very spacious, good facilities and great location.

Huge - We were a family of 4 adults and 6 kids, and there was ample space. Facilities - All as expected and all clean/tidy. Pool good size and aircon manageable. Location - Very short walk, then you’re on the beach. Walk-able to a big supermarket (by car in 2 mins). Only a couple of bars/restaurants on the beach, but plenty 5/10 min walk inwards. We had a great time there for a week, my only problem was that we had a leak. So, leak started coming through the lounge ceiling on our first day (regular dripping – so clearly a water pipe, rather than a shower tray etc), ok these things happen - put a bucket under it, tried to isolate leak and contacted the landlord. Communication was fine back and forth, he did manage to send out an electrician within 2 days (as the leak was going through the light) - all fine electrician made it safe. I continue to message about the continuing leak and there’s a couple of excuses about the plumber. So, this is now day 4, I message again and then nothing – just ignored. So, for the entire stay we had to keep emptying a bucket from the middle of the lounge. Feel a little sorry for the next family coming in. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars – as I feel a little let down on getting a problem sorted.

Excellent experience

We were a family group of 8 adults and 5 children (aged 1 to 11) and had an excellent stay in La Zenia. The location of the villa couldn’t be better with the beach only a few steps away. The villa is also well equipped with a nice pool and plenty of dining areas. We would recommend this property to other families.
