Girls trip
Patti’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. She had all the equipment we needed (we brought a cooler). The view of the bay is perfect…shared patio and dock, so if you rented side by side w friends or family, it would be perfect. We had no neighbors this time. We met Patti on arrival and she was so sweet. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We would totally stay again!

Beautiful Getaway
My mom and I stayed for the week and were impressed with the cleanliness and location of the property. The host was also flexible when we asked for an earlier check-in and she provided helpful recommendations about things to do in the area. The back patio was very serene and therapeutic. We would stay here again!

July 2024 Stay
We had a great time at this property! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property had all the essentials and some really nice details added like fishing poles, a fan, sunscreen, etc. We saw dolphins and manatee on the pier in the yard. It was a great distance to the beach and a short drive to all the other activities we did like the aquarium and pier 60. Highly recommend!

Nice little villa right on the channel side
While I typically prefer to stay right on the beach, It was cool to be on the channel side and see all the birds and boats go by. The walk to the beach is not long and there is a cart available to put chairs and beach toys in to take to the beach. I like how beach chairs were provided as well as kayaks if wanted to use. The property was clean and the owner responds quickly to any questions. Nice stay

Perfect for our family of 3
This property was perfect for our daughter’s graduation get away. We loved the back patio and sitting on the dock watching for dolphins. The sunrise view was incredible. It is close to the beach although we chose to drive instead of dragging our beach equipment two blocks in the heat. Parking was very close to the beach access. We walked over to the beach in the evenings for sunsets. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return in the future.

Very Cozy Stay
We really enjoyed renting this space. It was perfect being right on the water and a walkable distance from the beach and restaurants! The property manager was very responsive to our messages and extremely nice. Next time we are in clearwater we will be sure to check this place out again.

Dolphin Paradise
The property is a very spacious two-bedroom unit. The kitchen has a nice large refrigerator, dishwasher, two coffee makers, a full stove, and plenty of dishware. The sunrises are amazing from the back patio. Multiple times a day, dolphins swim right by the unit. We found ourselves spending most of our time enjoying the views from the back patio space. The property manager is the best one I have dealt with when renting a vacation home. We will definitely be staying at their property again.

The villa was better than advertised. Proximity to beach and local restaurants and shops was fantastic. Even better was having the channel at our back door. They made sure our stay was awesome. Thanks for everything.

Relaxing Bay Front View!
We enjoyed our stay in this villa with the relaxing and beautiful front seat row to the Mandalay Bay! The views started with watching the sunrise in the morning, marine life and boating activity during the day and then sparkling lights in the evening. Close walk to the beach and an abundance of restaurants and shops. The villa comes well equipped and has everything you need for your visit. Communication with our host was easy and she was very thorough with details which is always helpful. A wonderful stay!

This was a great place to stay! Perfect location! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing i would suggest is getting a spare blanket in the closet. It got a bit chilly and wished we had an extra blanket. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Long Girls Weekend
We really enjoyed our long weekend here. It was perfect for 3 people. Having the outside patio on the water was an extra bonus. It was just a short walk to the beach. Patti was great to work with and easy to get a hold of with any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Cute little place right on the water. Clean and well stocked. Air conditioner works well. Beds are firm. Livingroom is comfy. Back sitting area was our favorite place to hang out. Great fishing from the back dock. Saw dolphins every morning. Easy walk to the beach. Walk a couple of blocks to stores and restaurants and the pier or take the trolley ( stop right outside the house). Beautiful sunsets.

My name is Kirsten. I have lived in Clearwater, Florida for most of my life and look forward to sharing a piece of my paradise with you. My father started the company and left it behind for me to continue on his legacy. We are located on the island of Clearwater beach and the Mandalay channel is in our backyard. Our units have been here since the 1950’s and have the feel of “old florida”….don’t worry we have done some upgrades since then but we like to keep the character and colors of old clearwater beach- we are a family owned business and can’t wait to host you at Clearwater Bay Club.

Why they chose this property

This villa has the most amazing view of the Mandalay Channel and you can literally fish from the back porch. We have full kitchens and all the supplies you need to enjoy your vacation without the worry. We are a family and will treat you the same.

What makes this property unique

We have an outdoor shower, all the supplies you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Just ask ahead of time and if we don't have it, we will either get it or show you how to find what you need to have an amazing stay. Our dock is shared among 4 small cottages and our Bay house, so you can feel free to enjoy time relaxing on the water. We have a ladder for those that love to swim in the ocean.
We have 3 kayaks that are free to use, just ask 24/hours in advance so we can set you up to go. We do not have our own pool but we are a short walk or drive to the Clearwater Rec Center that is on the same road as we are and has a lovely pool and kids swim area.
