We offer our guests a welcoming and elegant 130 sqm apartment suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 beds.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people, but there is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the dining room where can stay other 2 people.
For those coming by car it is possible to park the car at the paid parking of Villa Borghese. From the parking lot to the structure it is about 10 minutes on foot.
Breakfast is not available, but upon arrival guests will find a wide choice of snacks, biscuits, cereals and snacks at their disposal, as well as of course the kettle, Nespresso, American coffee machine and toaster.

Updated and modern so close to everything!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, located almost on top of the Spanish Steps. It seems everywhere we wanted to go was with a 30 minute walk or less. Master suite and closet with en-suite bathroom, fully useable kitchen, and so so clean. Emanuela was perfect at communicating with me and Mr Andrea, who is on site, was very helpful, making it so easy to check-in and depart. We didn’t even need him other than that help! Highly recommend this property, the owner and the staff.

Rome spring break

Great property with great communication. We did a 10 day trip in Italy and finished with this property and it was by far our favorite. Located next to the Spanish steps it was absolutely perfect.

Emanuela is a superb host who was always available by text. The cleanliness, quality and location of this apartment are perfect. Emanuela arranged transportation from the airport which went seamlessly. Andrea was waiting for us at the apartment to check us in when we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment.

A Fab Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location - so close to everything you want to see. Fab host very helpful and great knowledge. Made lots of family memories. The Aircon was a must given the heat in Rome. Parking for the car was close and easy. If you are looking at a few places. Don’t look any further. Just stay here!

Perfect location excellent communication!

This lovely apartment was steps from the Spanish Steps making it an ideal location. The host was so gracious with continuous communication from me, and accommodated my requests for arranging private transfers as well. The apartment was clean and the perfect home base for our family. The Portiere was gracious and accommodating to us as well. I have already recommended this apartment to numerous travelers!

Lovely stay in a great location

Everything about this place was great. The lovely man who checked us in was helpful and friendly. The unit was great. Very clean and well organised. It met all our needs perfectly. The location is fantastic literally 2 minute walk to piazza Di spans. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to stay here again. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Perfect Roman Residence

The was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family with two adult children. The three bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) two baths, and a true washer and dryer were extremely helpful on our 9 days in rome as part of a two week trip. The location is absolutely ideal. Close to the Spanish Steps so you can try different restaurants within a few minutes walk every day. It was also very quiet and relaxing. Both of the hosts were extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating. They went out of their way to make it welcoming and easy for us, with some thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine, waters, many coffee pods, laundry detergent, and a selection of snacks. Andrea was on site and available if there was any need. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a Great VRBO

I only have great things to say about this vrbo. The location is the best part about it. It is literally a 3-minute walk to Spanish steps, 5-minute walk to all the restaurants, 2-minute walk to a cab station, 4 minutes to the grocery store, 3 minutes to get to the train station at the Spanish steps. It is along a little quite side street so you cannot hear any traffic and the church bells outside the window on Sunday morning were lovely to hear. Emanuela was great at getting us a car ordered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. She would message back within the hour and usually within a few minutes. The vrbo was quite roomy and had comfortable beds and tons of closet and drawer space. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes/etc in the kitchen and the frig was a nice size. I can honestly say the only negative is that the drain was slow in one of the showers. There was nothing else negative about this vrbro. We will be staying here on our next trip to Rome. Book early and grab this one folks!

Roman Holiday

Location, location, location! Never drove the entire stay. Longest walk was to the Coliseum which was only 33 minutes. Shops, restaurants, gelato (Lucciano's was the BEST!) and Spanish Steps were only 5 minute walk. Trevi fountain was 15 minutes. Highly recommend getting up at 4am to do the latter 2. No crowds! Book your tour tickets online before you arrive. Everything sells out quickly already in early April. We would definitely stay here again! Very friendly and attentive host!

Amazing location!

The location of the apartment was incredible! Very walkable to many of the best attractions. There was an abundance of restaurants and cafes as well. The apartment was clean and just as shown in the advertisement. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Rome.

Fantastic location!

We booked for the Christmas holiday. The host was very communicative before checking in and during the stay. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and most sights are within a 30 minute walk. We loved it!

Wonderful location, great amenities

We loved our stay here. Perfect for families, very close to the Spagna metro stop that is a easy jump to connections to any sight you might want to see. The portiere is accessible and so kind, and communication with the manager is extremely easy with quick response. The apartment has all the amenities including washer/dryer and a full kitchen setup. And our 8 yr old says to add "it had a very nice shower." Whenever we come back to Rome, this would be top of the list to stay again.

Fantastic apartment convenient location

The property was exactly as advertised! It was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 10 year old. The host was proactive with communication and very responsive to our inquiries. The on-site manager was very helpful and friendly. All shopping needs are within walking distance such as grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. We would definitely book this location again when in Rome.

You want to stay here

Our vacation turned into a nightmare when my husband had a cardiac event at the airport. Pray you don’t have an emergency in Italy (horrible experience), but Emanuela saved our lives. She helped with transportation back and forth to the hospital and she showed the only kindness and compassion we received on our visit. The apartment is better than pictured, just unbelievable. Such a wonderful place to bring my husband to after the hospital. If you go to Rome stay here, you’ll be glad you did. As for traveling out of the US, for us those days are over.

Outstanding apartment, outstanding location.

Everything was top flight. The apartment is beautiful, the layout and amenities great. In a word, wonderful. I grew up in Rome, and was visiting with my two grown sons to introduce them to Roma Caput Mundi. This location is outstanding. In the heart of the Campo Marzio, you are in the historic center, walking distance to many of the key sights of Rome, including the Baroque heart of Rome, with literally dozens of the world's most beautiful churches, replete with important works of art of the most important artists in history. Emanuela is a wonderful host. This could not have been better. I heartily recommend this *must stay* apartment. Don't miss it. I will be back and have recommended this already to friends and family. Fantastic Apartment in an amazing location

If i could have given this aparment 6 stars out of 5, I would have. First, the apartment has 3 very nice bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it for an occasional meal. The location was perfect very close to both the Piazza di Spagna and Villa Bourghase. Lastly, the building manager was extremely helpful and nice The property owner noticed we were traveling with a young child (18 month old) and she provided us a travel crib. Highly highly recommend this property.
