1966 / AL One bedroom apartment with panoramic sea view. With ceramic floor. The double bedroom, with bedside tables, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the beach. With air-conditional.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, illuminated mirror, hairdryer and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove / oven, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The living room with sofa and dining table. With satellite TV. It has garage space for a car.
The apartment is located next to the gazebo. The apartment is bright.
Avenida Tomas cabreira has everything from restaurants and shops of all kinds. It goes to the Casino, Fort Santa Catarina and the marina. A walk to the lighthouse. Next to the building is a supermarket, pharmacy and many other services.
Praia da Rocha was voted the best beach in Europe in 2015. The beach is safe. From the lighthouse to Praia do Vau is accompanied by a pedestrian zone, with an abundance of restaurants near the sand. A dream to eat there! Fresh fish!

Great location

2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children (3 & 9). 5th floor with 2 elevators, spacious, 3 balconies, air-conditioning, speedy internet, smart tv, kitchen fully equipped, great cleaning service, great check-in and checkout, great communication with the owner, very close to the beach, very close to shops, chemist, restaurants etc.

A nice & fairly basic but very clean aprtment with great views, has everything you need for a stay, only downside we encountered was the noise at weekends from the Monkey bar directly below the apartment

Everything you need

Great location, lovely apartment, stunning views. It has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday and it is located in the heart of the resort with all amenities close by. A minute walk takes you to the main promenade, steps to the beach, shops, bus stop, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely recommend!!! Thank you Grace!

What an amazing little find! This property is lush...such a good location and the views are beautiful. We were greeted by Grace who is lovely and cannot do enough for you, she was also a great communicator before arriving at the property and leading up to the holiday. The property is absolutely spotless, very modern and had everything you would need. It was like home from home. Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, oven, hob, all cutlery/utensils and table ware, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea towels, washing machine. Balcony. Living room: Sofa, sofa bed, coffee table, dining table & chairs, tv with English speaking channels, air conditioning. Balcony. Bedroom: double bed, drawers, triple cupboard with hangers, ironing board, iron, air conditioning, fleece blankets if needed. Balcony. Other amenities: washing maiden, pegs We did have to pay a little extra for the use of bed linen and towels at the property but Grace will ask you if you require this before you arrive, but you can take your own if you prefer. The apartment is a 2 min walk onto the Praia da Rocha beach and the main shopping strip and bars, there is plenty of places to choose from to eat and drink. We hired a car and with the apartment comes a free parking space! Very handy. We were a couple using this apartment but it is reportedly suitable for 4 people which I think would still be ok. The second bed is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of space. We had more than enough as 2 people. We would definitely recommend in booking this apartment if you have the opportunity and we will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for such a great stay.

Perfect in every way.

We enjoyed our holiday so much. The Apartment is fantastic, even nicer than it looks on the photos. It’s huge, spotless and has just about everything you need. The location was great and the views from the balconies were beautiful. Hosts Grace and Fred are really nice and very helpful. We would stay again without a doubt.

Wholeheartedly reccomend!

The property was clean, well positioned near to the main resort area, nicely decorated and modern with all appliances of the highest quality. The owner was very amiable and helpful during our stay. I would definitely use this apartment again and it contributed greatly to an overall pleasant and enjoyable holiday. We loved the resort of Praia Da Rocha and fully intend to come again.

Apartment in a good location, clean with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything as advertised but there was some construction/painting work on the building and we had 2 days were one of the balconies was unusable and the noise was very disturbing. We would like to return in the future and enjoy the apartment in a quiet environment. Just an appreciation to the owners for their kindness and good communication.

Best view to be had

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with gorgeous views from the balconies of the ocean and rocks. Just off the main street that runs along the beach, so it’s steps from numerous restaurants and bars. A supermarket is also nearby for times when you want to cook in the kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and full size fridge. The coffeemaker is nice for having morning coffee on the balcony and looking out at the ocean.

The location could not have been better. The space is exactly as described and super clean. The noise was mentioned in reviews so we knew going in...but the bar is noisy, really loud. That was the only negative of our stay...aside from that it was perfect!
