Denna fastighet ligger strax öster om Seagrove Beach och väster om Camp Creek, "mitt i allt" som Scenic 30A har att erbjuda! Naturligtvis är de vackra stränderna toppattraktionen, men Seagrove är också hem för 2 kustdyner (östra sjön och hjortsjö) som är perfekta för kajakpaddling, paddla boarding och ekospring. Precis som resten av 30A, är Seagrove också hem för många lokalt ägda restauranger som uppvisar de lokala fångst-, butiks- och specialbutikerna, flera golfbanor finns i närheten, och bekvämligheten med en fullservice Publix (livsmedelsaffär) är bortgjuten bakom frodigt grönska som samhället har att erbjuda.

Om allt ovan inte räcker, är Destin, som är känd som "världens lyckligaste fiskeby", ungefär 20 miles västerut.

The Best Hidden Secret on 30A

My beach visit

Great needs a little work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time and the location can’t be beat! It did feel a little moist and the you the place did have a smell. I did laundry before we left to come home but the smell was so bad I had to redo the laundry once home. Kinda like a musty wet clothes smell. The condo was clean and was perfect for 2 people. Like I said cannot beat the location on the beach! The plug in the kitchen was very loose and would come out of the socket. I will say the air was so cold (which I loved) especially after a hot day on the beach. I did not understand the shower, it was only half covered and the floor would be wet when you got it. Could have used more than 3 towels for 2 people. The couch definitely needs to go! It is very uncomfortable and feels broken and stains are in the cover. I know it sounds like I am picking it apart but the positives really do outweigh the negatives. Just a few tweaks and I would rate as Atttttt

Perfect location right on the beach!

I won’t stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I ended up cutting my trip short because the condo, particularly the bedroom, smelled so musty and like mildew. The humidity in the unit was off the charts! I had the A/C turned down low, but it didn’t help much. I’ve stayed at many beachfront properties and never experienced anything like this. Everything felt damp and I ended up congested the whole time. Frankly, it made me not want to be in the unit at all. There were long dark strands of hair in the bed when I arrived. I called Harmony and the gentleman I spoke with was not helpful or concerned. He just sighed and said he could have someone come out the next day. I also had to call maintenance to come unclog the shower drain because I was standing in about two inches of water. (The maintenance man was fantastic! Friendly, fast) Oh, and the shower head is about 7-1/2 feet high. I’m 5 feet tall. This made for some very long showers since the shower head was not adjustable. Many fabric stains throughout the unit - curtains, furniture, bed sheets. Overall, very disappointed with my stay and this trip. The unit is lovely and the location was pretty good. However, it seems the unit isn’t given the care and attention it should be and that made for an overall poor experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a small issue when we first arrived with the code , we were given the wrong one ,but we got that corrected quickly. We were told the AC unit was not working, but they put a portable unit and some fans in until it could be fixed , it worked well . We had a wonderful Stay . The beach was so close and the condo was great .they had chairs for the beach . It was perfect for the 2 of us .

Fall at the beach

The big change is the new building that dwarfs Ramsgate on the Alys Beach side. This seems to have caused issues with the internet signal. Have a backup hotspot if internet is essential for your trip.This year there was more of a musty smell but there is a dehumidifier in the bedroom which helps.The location cannot be beat. This part of the beach is perfect and we love it.

Fantastic Stay

I loved everything about our stay. The condo was as pictured, and having direct access to the beach was amazing. The only complaint I have (that I believe is mentioned in other reviews), is the state of the couch cover in the living room. It was very dirty and I highly recommend replacing it. We covered it with one of the blankets in the closet so all was good. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Location

This location was beautiful. The condo building is quite old. We really enjoyed our stay and love this location however I am giving 4 stars only because the first initial day that we arrived our condo was not clean. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the strong smell of mold. There was mold throughout the condo on the ceilings and especially by the AC vents. Management was responsive to my concern. Also, the internet did not work whatsoever either on our first day. The following morning they sent out a technician to replace the router. Someone was also sent out to clean the mold but we had a running humidifier in the bedroom the whole stay that we had to pour out buckets full of water from the moist. Our main concern was the lack of cleanliness and growing mold which made us fearful to even sleep there the first night if it did not get fixed. For the price we pay to stay in a beachfront condo for 7 nights I would expect more attention to detail because cleanliness of a place you are going to sleep, eat, breathe, and lounge around in should at least be upkept to a higher standard.

It is described as remodeled top to bottom and front to back. This unit is beat up and not very clean. Cabinet handles are "sticky", areas around light switches are dirty! There was mold in the shower. Electric plugs are loose. The furniture slipcovers were stained and ripped. There was also no mention that there is construction right next to the unit. We had to call for our codes on the day of our arrival. They forgot to call!
