Lovely 3 Bed.property on Lo Marabu urbanisation in Ciudad Quesada.Situated close to town centre,just a 20 min stroll to many restaurants,bars and shops.Local bars and restaurants around the corner aswell as 2 big supermarkets.Numerous golf courses in the area within a 20 minute drive,including La Marquesa (5 mins),La Finca (10 mins).2 Waterparks within a 10 minute drive.Communal pool is a 150 metres away.Property has Wi -fi unlimited ,free TV, Air con available,use of a couple of bikes and golf clubs.Stunning Mediterranean is just a 10 min drive away.Situated 35 minute drive from Alicante airport.Pick ups can be arranged.Stunning mountain walks and trails within 30 minutes.There is a one off cleaning fee of 70 euros payable locally on arrival.Dimitri will be there to meet you and provide assistance if required.A welcome pack can be arranged at a small extra cost.

Comfortable, home from home type place, washing machine meant there was little washing to be done once home, good location, close to the main road and multiple grocery shops and a good choice of restaurants/cafés nearby, could maybe do with a welcome book and the light bulb in the twin bedroom needs replacing, clearer instruction on check out would be helpful, all in all a great place to stay

Great

2nd time staying in this villa. Quick response with owner, nice clean property (if I had to be picky I’d say towels were needed as only 2 or 3 available - we had some anyway!) Aircon great! Great little location, pool nice big and friendly. Thanks for welcoming us again. We will return again!

Description fairly accurate, but tv in master bedroom switches on but no channels so cannot watch, air con in twin room does not cool down room, master bedroom air con is good, other than that happy with owner and property.

Pleasant stay to visit friends

Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay

Lovely stay

Reasonably priced, perfect location for us for looking around the area with a view to buying a place in the future. Chinese Wok buffet just round the corner was excellent. Aldi and Consum plus a few cafés walking distance. Questions answered promptly by owner. Thanks!

Great property Shame about the owner

Property and location great 3rd bedroom on the roof isn't great if you have small children as you have to lock yourself out ,but is a great room BBQ was missing and owner said buy your own 🙄. He provided one a week later in the end One bedroom Aircon wasn't working as owner never got it fixed for us and just kept ignoring our messages . We chased every day for a week and was just given false promises and being ignored . So one child slept on a mattress on the floor for nearly 2 weeks . Freezer would be better in the house and not in the cellar, which had a few bugs running around in Location is great for getting around and 2 supermarkets 100 yards away with a selection of bars also . Parking also very easy

Cute little house booked last minute

Big thank you to Andy and Dimitri for having the house ready for us when we had to move from our previous accommodation due to unbearable noise. Cute little house in a residential area, 25 mins walk to the main street in Ciudad Quesada which we loved but with a couple of bars and restaurant 5 mins walk away, aswell as 2 supermarkets. House was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a short stay. Beds were very comfy and shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The only niggle which is completely out of the owner's control is the house opposite who have 2 very noisy and boistrous dogs that were left out all day every day and were easily triggered by anything or anyone passing which was annoying.

nice to trip to quesada

well located, safe with good outdoor space and a third room which is very useful although the spiral staircase is not for those with any mobility issues. good check in, comfortable property with good outdoor space. owner very responsive. one slight issue that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working very well, but other than that a very enjoyable stay

Great Location

On arriving at the property dimitri was there to show us around the villa. The location of this villa is perfect and is close to shops,bars and supermarkets. Quesada town is only 10 min walk where there is even more bars,shops and entertainment. Beach is only 15 mins away in the car. We did visit the pool which is around the corner but found it was very busy at all times during the day but that was expected during August. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Andy myself and my family had a lovely time 👍

The property was clean and with all the basic equipment for a good holiday very local to supermarkets and a few bars, a short 15 minute walk to Quesada high street which served us well as the weather wasn’t that good but the cocktails made up for it. Check in was perfect Demitri was very friendly and helpful. Overall Good value Good location and we would book again

Enjoyed our stay here. Very central supermarkets bars restaurants a couple of minutes away.

Said what it says on your site . Amenities mins away. Dimitri was good had problem with television phoned him and was round in minutes. Would come back again and recommend it.

Came here for a family birthday, ideal location and Andy very quick to respond to messages. Property manager Dimitri very friendly and came to sort a problem we had with the washing machine. I would recommend this property

We visited for four weeks. An area of Quesada, Rojales, not previously experienced, but found everything we needed within a short walk. Two supermarkets within four minute walk, along with a Chinese Market and clothing store. Several small cafes in the same area. The swimming pool was clean and warm (May) and only about 120m from villa. The solarium was good all day four quick drying of laundry and browning the body. The area was reasonably quiet although a building site, 100 metres away started at 08.00am nearly every day with the noise of the cherry picker crane breaking the relative peace, advising us it was time to stir. The only downside as far as we were concerned was the thickness (lack of soundproofing) of the walls. We could hear every word Mrs next door was saying, even down to hearing her break off a call to the woman she was talking to, advising her that she "needed a pee". Their late night TV was also disturbing our getting to sleep after 23.00hrs unless we used the roof top bedroom. Making direct contact with the keyholder was one way traffic as his phone seemed to be always turned off. The location is great, assuming you have a car, as all major cities are within about 30 minutes driving.

Great place but if u have small children then might need a different location

Great only problem is one bedroom is out the back door and up the stairs so we couldn't use it due to having small children. Pool is great

Great for families.

Booked this house for our holidays this year.. definetly not disappointed. 3 bedrooms. Ideal for family with two teenagers as they can hav a bedroom each downstairs. Bedroom with shower and toilet upstairs and own balcony.. great for private sunbathing and chilling out.close to few local bars and large supermarket. Main town is 15 min walk away. Large pool just around the corner also.. all very private and quiet..if im coming back to this area i will def book this house again.. 5 star..

Beautiful private cosy villa

I booked this villa for my mother and her partner as I was staying near by, I visited the villa and it is well maintained and very clean. Although it is within a complex of other villas,(which most villas are anyway) It is very private and quite. There is a third bedroom on the top floor with its own bathroom and shower area, so this villa is ideal not only for family's but also for two couples wanting there own privacy when required. It is also 2 minute walk to good supermarket, bars and even a Chinese restaurant which is very cheap. The main town of Quesada is 2 minute drive or about a 15 minute walk. The beach is about a 15 minute drive. I will be booking here next time I go to this area as it is a spot on villa and Dimitri who looks after the villa is a lovely guy, also Andy who owns the villa is very helpful and will accommodate you the best he can.
