Possidi Summer Oasis

An ideal resting house, away from traffic and overpopulated areas but just a 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the golden sunny beaches of Possidi Cape, one of the most beautiful Summer destinations.
We call it "Oasis" simply because it is a completely individual property,no house complexes ,no shared gardens or parking places,no common playgrounds,simply put :once you choose it for your holidays,it s all yours ,and yours alone to enjoy.

The contemporary-traditional style house lies right in the middle of the Kassandra leg of Halkidiki - Greece,600m from the sea shore of POSSIDI peninsula (cape).
The distance from Thessaloniki international airport is only 100 km.Driving from the city of Thessaloniki takes aprox. 1 hour.
It is a 200 sqm, 2 story family villa, that belonged to my father, & was built with love and care.
He built it in a 4000 square meter property, in a carefully chosen spot, not far from the sea, but far away from the noise of crowds and traffic,right next to the woody hills of Possidi. It is considered one of the coolest places in the area, soft cool breeze blowing all through the day, keeping the house cool even through the hottest Greek summer days.
4 bedrooms, big living room and kitchen, wide balconies and porches, a huge fenced private garden with fruit trees, flowers and a barbeque house, make it ideal for families or groups of up to 8 persons, that need a peaceful relaxing residence while discovering the beauties of Halkidiki.
As of 2025 there are air conditioning devices in the bedrooms and mosquito nets on all doors.
Sorry, no swimming pool at this time.
