Un condominio con due camere da letto / due bagni arredato con gusto sulla magica isola di Isla Mujeres. Questa unità fa parte dell'Ixchel Beach Hotel, un nuovo hotel condominiale di 24 unità a Playa Norte (North Beach), la spiaggia più bella di Isla Mujeres.

Il nostro condominio al piano terra si trova a pochi passi dalla piscina e dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca e polverosa di Playa Norte - un luogo perfetto per coloro che desiderano accedere direttamente alla piscina, allo snack bar e alla spiaggia. Il meraviglioso mare turchese dei Caraibi è visibile dal patio e le calme acque poco profonde di Playa Norte sono perfette per le famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Il condominio comprende un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e due letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera. Tutti i letti hanno materassi in memory foam svedese. Le camere dispongono di TV via cavo, lettore DVD, telefono, lampade da lettura sul comodino, cassaforte elettronica e ferro da stiro. I bagni hanno spogliatoi separati e sono dotati di asciugacapelli, shampoo, balsamo, crema e sapone. Il soggiorno è dotato di TV LCD, lettore DVD e altoparlante wireless per lo streaming di musica dal tuo dispositivo elettronico. Il condominio è climatizzato e dispone della connessione internet wireless gratuita. Ci sono pavimenti in marmo e ripiani in granito in cucina. Lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia sono forniti. Affitta il nostro condominio e guarda il tramonto dal patio, che è arredato con un tavolo, quattro sedie e due chaise longue. Tutte le camere hanno accesso diretto alla piscina e alla spiaggia attraverso grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro. Se necessario, è possibile fornire un letto pieghevole a un piccolo costo aggiuntivo.

L'Ixchel Beach Hotel dispone di uno snack bar a bordo piscina e di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni da utilizzare sia a bordo piscina che in spiaggia. C'è uno staff bilingue amichevole che ti aiuterà a pianificare le tue attività mentre sei sull'isola. Amazing vacation!

Sarah was a wonderful host! We absolutely loved staying at Ixchel and having the ground floor unit left us within steps of the pool and beach. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Sandra the maid came daily to clean and restock the unit. She was a lovely woman and her towel art put a smile on the kids faces every day. Personal favorites were the sea turtle and penguin. Just out the door Joel the bartender took care of us everyday and made the best pina coladas. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and made us truly feel like we were in paradise. The beach never disappoints on playanorte and our kids swam between the pool and ocean for 10 hours a day. I highly recommend staying in this unit if you have children and want to relax. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Awesome condo!

This property is perfect! The condo is located on the ground floor with a beautiful pool and the beach just steps away from the patio. A bar/restaurant is also very convenient. Hildago is located just one block away with all the restaurants and entertainment one could ask for. The condo is very well appointed and very clean. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Excellent condo in a great spot

Loved this condo! Ground floor walk out to patio beside pool and ocean very convenient. Sunset viewing was spectacular. Condo was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Sarah was super quick to respond to questions. Enjoyed meeting other owners and renters. Hope to be able return again soon!

Best Condo on North Beach

This condo was fantastic. You can’t get a better location...literally steps away from hotel bar/restaurant and pool. Easy access to beach, beach chairs/umbrellas available. The staff was wonderful...we especially loved Chippo at the bar! The room was very spacious and the AC works great! This hotel is in such a great location...just steps from Hildago Street which is filled with shops and restaurants. We highly recommended Xchel Beach club, unit 107/108!

Isla Mujueres finest!!

Outstanding condo in a perfect location. Ground floor, 15 feet to grab delicious food and great cocktails. Most beautiful beach there is. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable condo. There is no other place better!! We will definitely return.

Beautiful condo & prime location

The whole rental process was thoroughly enjoyable. Sarah went out of her way to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. The condo was beyond our expectations and roomy enough for 2 families. The service staff at the condo was also above par, they were always very friendly and eager to help. The location of the condo is by far the best on North beach. The beach has calm water and is seaweed free! It is also within walking distance to everything in the downtown area. We will definitely stay at this condo again for our next visit!

the perfect location

We have stayed on Isla many many times. We have been visiting the Island over 10 years now. We never have stayed at this building. The unit was beautiful , very clean, and well-stocked. We loved the showers. The location by the pool cannot be beat and just a few steps to the beach. We didn't need a golf cart the whole trip because we walked everywhere downtown. The staff was wonderful. We definitely would love to stay here again. The owner was very helpful prior to the trip and again the staff went above and beyond.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is very clean and we got maid service every day. We really loved having the unlimited bottled water. The best part about this condo is the location on the ground floor. It was so nice and easy to access throughout the day from the beach/pool without having to constantly go up/down elevators or stairs. We also loved ordering from Ixchel Hotel's beach bar/restaurant -the food is really good! The only improvement I would recommend is to have more pillows available for the beds (we kept asking the maids for more pillows but they wouldn't bring us the number we needed) and the mattress on the master bed was hard and uncomfortable. The temperature in the gym at Ixchel was extremely warm and they didn't have any bottled water availble inside there.

Very friendly people at Ixchel Beach Hotel

The property was very nice and clean! Just my opinion, but Sarah’s condo is the best location on the entire property! Right by the snack/drink bar where you can order food and they will bring it to the patio! Just steps from the pool and the beach. Main floor and so convenient!

Loved Isla Mujeres

This was a great rental for our first visit to Isla Mujeres. We spent 4 nights here with another couple and loved the island, ferry ride to and from, friendly people, Playa Norte, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. This first floor unit was clean, well-stocked, had many options for eating and lounging, 3 TV’s, 3 large water dispensers, full kitchen with dishes, cups, utensils etc. and offered convenient access to the bar, pool, and beach. The pool had chaise lounges in the water and miscellaneous rafts but we spent most of our time on the beach . . . the super soft sand and complimentary chairs and umbrellas were great. The water was a bit rough the days we were there but shallow, clear, and had an amazing sandy bottom. Hidalgo Street is literally steps away. We rented a golf cart for the day to explore the rest of the island . . . Turtle Farm, Punta Sur, etc. The only negatives would be the beds are pretty firm, but I think that is typical in Mexico and the entire island lost power for about 16 hours when we were there. This property did have a generator that provided some lights in the unit but no air conditioning or kitchen appliances were functioning during this time. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again if we ever return to the island.

Lovely condo!

Our family enjoyed our November stay in this beautiful first floor home! It was great to walk right out to the beach or pool each day. The condo is decorated nicely and spotless. Staff is very professional. We hope to stay here again!

Great Condo!

My husband and I recently stayed here for 4 nights. We only rented the 1 bedroom unit with the kitchen. Ixchel is truly the best location- it just can't be beat. Right on North Beach with easy access to dining and shopping. The condo was well stocked and we had daily maid service. The location of this condo is excellent! On the first floor right around the corner from the lobby. The patios are steps away from the pool and the beach. Sarah made the entire process easy and gave us lots of extra tips beforehand. She answered all of my emails the same day I sent them. She is very concerned with the experience her guests have. We will definitely be staying here during our next trip!

We visited Isla Mujeres in 2004 and fell in love with the island. We bought our condo in 2005 and have been vacationing here ever since. Our two girls have grown up coming to the island. We all love the laid back feel of Isla and know you will too.

Our unit is on the ground floor, one off from ocean front. We are just steps away from the pool and beach, which you can get to though large sliding glass doors off both bedrooms and the living room. It's perfect for families or anyone who wants easy access to the pool and beach.
