La New Bahia Mar ha appena avuto un produttore da molti milioni! Vieni a nuotare nelle nostre 2 nuovissime piscine con vasche idromassaggio o gioca a tennis sui nostri nuovi campi! Nessuna strada da attraversare, basta uscire dalla porta e sei in spiaggia. Questo è un condominio spazioso, due camere da letto, due bagni a pochi passi dalle 2 grandi piscine e accesso alla spiaggia.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Tutto ciò che puoi immaginare nella tua cucina è qui per il tuo divertimento senza preoccupazioni.
Sport acquatici, sdraio e noleggio ombrelloni sono disponibili.
Altre attività includono l'equitazione e il sentiero natura Laguna Madre. Visita lo storico Port Isabel. Ci sono musei e assicurati di visitare il faro di Port Isabel di 100 anni. Port Isabel ne ha molti
piccoli negozi carini tra cui oggetti d'antiquariato e gallerie d'arte. A soli 30 minuti di auto da Brownsville in uno dei migliori zoo del paese: lo zoo di Gladys Porter.

Le attività acquatiche includono il parco acquatico Schlitterbahn Beach, l'orologio dei delfini, l'imbarco sul boogie, lo snorkeling e le immersioni, il surf e il noleggio di barche a vela. Per il pescatore in famiglia c'è la pesca alla baia, la pesca d'altura, la pesca ai moli, il molo, il surf e la pesca a mosca.

**** NOTA BENE: neonati e bambini contano per l'occupazione totale di una prenotazione. Purtroppo, agli ospiti verrà negato l'accesso se supera il numero massimo di persone. Grazie.

Beautiful but a bit “sterile”.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Bahia Mar in SPI. Visually, it was just as you see in the online photos. There is definitely a view of the ocean just as you see online. We did pay quite a large price for this condo so I think we were expecting a few more “perks” like we have had in other VRBOs that we have rented such as salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters, area rugs and maybe a few more comforts such as kitchen wash cloths, sharp knives and maybe something to dampen the sound a bit, especially for the bedroom with the space between itself and the living room. I understand that this was a pet friendly condo and it needs to be easy to clean. It was beautiful and clean, just not super comfortable or homey.

Everything advertised /pi ctured for this condo was 100% spot on...and the grounds were stunnimg. Proximity to the beach was great! Communication with owner was fantastic! Will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Stay

The condo was very comfortable and located in a beautiful resort. Although the weather didn't afford us the ability to use the pool or the beach, it was very beautiful and would have been very pleasurable to use. The Condo was exactly as advertised and the check-in was easy. The landlord was very responsive with questions we had. I thought the unit was on the ground floor but it was on a second level but it had easy access.

Beach vacation

This property was very lovely and consistent with to the pictures posted on line. It was well appointed and included fans for each bedroom which I greatly appreciated. The patio was large and shaded in afternoon and offered a partial ocean view ( which you could see from the inside sofa as well). It is a minutes walk to the beach and pool with sidewalks to walk on. The resort is well kept and clean with doggie bags and disposal receptacles. Garbage can at the bottom of the steps so no hauling it to a dumpster further away! We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Christmas vacation

We had the absolute best time at this condo. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the location to the pool was wonderful. Very clean and the resort was clean and beautiful as well.

We’ll come back.

We love it here. It was clean and spacious. We sat in the hot tub every night. Kids enjoyed the pool. No problems at all. The extra fans in the closets came in handy. We will return.

A relaxing vacation. Like Home at the island.

The place was comfy and clean it have everything you need to cook and shower. Located conveniently near the pool and the beach. The rooms are spacious my teens loved the stay. The communication with the owner is excellent she was very helpful, courteous, and always on time replying. I do recommend the stay here. Looking forward next vacation to book this place.

Great Updated and Clean Condo

The owner was great to work with; quick to respond and take care of any needs. The condo is updated and clean. The pools are nice, and the sun deck facing the ocean was our favorite place to relax! A couple suggestions would be to replace the bedroom dresser, add a full length mirror, and some extra hooks in the bathrooms.

Location is great.

We enjoyed the place, just few details that we found and communicated to the owner so can be fixed. Owner very attentive same as management. Only downside is when other condos close by were having renovations and did not respect the hours to start working.

Condo was clean EXCEPT UNDER COUCH CUSHIONS. We've stayed in this complex before so we were familiar. There was a terrible sewer odor in second bathroom that you could smell as soon as u walked in. Had all utensils needed. Did not like the fact that pest control knocked then tried to walk rite in. We asked for them to return the next day after we checked out. I'd suggest that the cleaning crew remove couch cushions and vacuum as it was VERY DIRTY. Beds were comfortable, Unit open, mostly CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and we really enjoyed our stay

Family trip of five

I don’t like the idea of wristbands at $15 per person but knew that before. They didn’t have me listed so I had to wait until they could find me along with a long line of families. You have to list who is in your unit then you pull over and wait so they can put each wristband on you then you have to read the numbers off to them. The place is clean and comfortable. The temperature outside was over 100 degrees but the pool felt like that too because the hot tub runs into the pool. They need to fix this issue because there is no need for a hot pool in summer months. I was really wanting to relax in cold pool.

We had a great time!

The condo was very nice, comfortable and clean! The property manager was great! Always responded to our questions and needs in a quick manner. Pool and beach access is literally just a short walk across the parking lot. Very quiet at night time and very family oriented around the complex. The guards at the gate do a great job of not allowing excess traffic onto the property if you re not staying on the property. Overall, I would stay here again.

Just as described

This 2nd floor condo has easy guest access with parking right by the front door and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Clean and perfect for a 4-5 person family or friends who don't mind sharing the 4 double beds. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location and the Bahia Mar facility were absolutely wonderful.

We were happy with the Bahia Mar staff and property. Our condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for 7 weeks. We did need to buy a few things like sharper knives, cookie sheets etc. Some of the kitchen supplies could be updated but were all there if you needed them. The appliances worked great and the unit was clean. We were so pleased we booked again for next winter.

Relaxing week

The condo was bright and clean. There was a partial ocean view which we enjoyed and the association's pool and hot tub were great. The condo was a short walk to Clayton's and Bar Louie. Also close to the Turtle Rescue. The kitchen was well stocked. Consider bringing beach towels, coffee filters, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, and kitchen/bathroom washcloths.

Awesome location, would return!

Incredible location, awesome property, beautiful condo! We loved our stay on this property, listing is accurate and the close proximity to the beach was fantastic! My nieces did not want to leave! Will definitely stay here if we return to South Padre Island!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay the condo was clean except for the washer, so please check prior to putting your clothes in. I contacted the owner and she took care of it for the following guests. It has a small view of the ocean, beds are a little dented but overall good to sleep in. For the location of walking distance to the ocean and a rinse off station after being at the ocean is very convenient. The Sea Turtle rescue center and Bird Watch is also a walking distance which was great. Things to consider when staying: bringing all cooking items means everything(cooking oil, to ingredients, etc). The condo only had salt and napkins. There is a close Dollar general and CVS or a few miles more there is a Walmart. Overall the stay was great and we would consider coming back.
