New Owner! Unit has been newly re-decorated and updated. This unit has a Gulf and Beach view from living room, its balcony, and from Primary Suite.

Winter guests are welcome to rent weekly or monthly!

Gulf view from Living room balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, King bed in Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 1 Full bed and a Twin bed. TV's in all bedrooms, Wireless Internet in Condo, Fun family property! No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 5.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

My only recommendations for the owners would be to update the washer/dryer unit and the mattress on the top bunk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: B2306 is a great unit and is in an ideal location. We were told that there were AC issues in the resort but that our unit would not be effected. This unit was definitely effected and the temperature stayed around 75 degrees the entire stay. We had a temporary window unit in the master bedroom that helped a little bit. Our unit was so humid that some of our food was molded after 2 days. Never felt like we were comfortable when we were in our unit. i would not recommend this unit until the AC is working properly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to Pinnacle Port since Spring Break 1996. I love the location of the community and the amenities specifically the pools, playground and proximity to the beach. This year I waited to reserve a condo and the only ones left haven't been remolded. Our rental was old, it had an odor and the linens were soiled. We travel with sleeping bags, so we didn't have to use the linens but when we arrived it was stained with red. The sofa had so many stains that I was easily able to remove with a damp cloth. The unit was also very cluttered. The living room had oversized end tables that made it hard to navigate the already small space. There was a random very kitschy lamp sitting on the breakfast counter that had feathers and appeared it had been bedazzled. It wasn't plugged in and did not add in any way to the 1990's shabby chic beach theme that was going on. The condo had your requisite beach themed items like beach themed pottery on the walls and distressed signs and artwork. My son looked at the condo and asked "is this what the 90's looked like?" The main bathroom sink was slow to drain and the screen door was stuck and would not slide to allow a breeze into the condo. The living room had a huge TV armoire that housed several out of date board games and magazines. You couldn't open the patio door and use the screen to prevent bugs/birds from flying in. You had to close the door as the screen didn't work. Overall I like the location and will come back but I won't rent this condo again. I feel like I overpaid for what I got. I've stayed in several condos on property and this is the first time that I feel like the condo didn't live up to what I expect from Pinnacle Port.
