Book/Campbell family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit about 3 times. We only had one issue with the AC in one bedroom. Maintenance came and got that taken care of. Only other issue was the dryer does not dry the clothes very well. Other wise it was a great stay. And we got checked in before 4 pm

Reviewer Comments: The unit had a beautiful view, and it was mostly clean, except sand in the floor. Pinnacle port forgot to leave us our key the night we checked in, which was disappointing. The TVs in the bedroom did not work, but the TV worked in the living room. A little outdated, but mostly nice.

Quiet Side of the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful week at the beach with warm weather and very little rain. We were called ahead of time with a slight problem with the unit but the Pinnacle Port Rental Office worked quickly to get the problem resolved. The Unit was clean but needs some attention by the owner. The TV is more of a computer monitor than an actual living room television. The drapes in the living room were inoperable with no pull cord and hung over the rod instead in sliders.

It was a good trip

Reviewer Comments: Couple things first:Electrical socket issues in one bedroom.Shower door off track in one bathroom.A couple of minor things in the kitchen.The condo was clean and nice. We have stayed there before. With the AC issues in the building we were thankful that a portable unit was provided. Overall it was a good stay.

Disgusting

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great as far as location and view. We stay at pinnacle port every year. This year was just a horrible condo and customer service. We get in and the floor had sand all over it with some sand is appropriate because we’re staying on the beach but I mean it was covered. Didn’t really think anything about it. Then the next morning my daughter is playing around in the room. And I go in there and check on her and she’s holding an old dip spit water bottle she found under the bed. Then not two hours later I go in there and she’s on the floor again rolling around in some dirty underwear a thong that was left under the bed. So at this point I check everywhere it mean it was absolutely disgusting. There were some shoes, Old socks under that bed. So we start questioning that they even clean it all. So I was like oh they must have I didn’t have any sand in my bed and then I asked my daughter if she did the first night if there was in her bed and she said there was it’s like they didn’t even wash the sheets. Then the next day my oldest daughter is in her room in the bathroom and there is a retainer on the ground. Then our AC was just not working it was set to like 64° and not cooling at all. So my husband calls, they tell him I will we had it off when no one‘s there so it takes a while to cool down. And same with the refrigerator. I was like no honey it’s been on for a day it’s not working. He goes and takes a look at it checks out the filter and it was black and moldy. Then there was a trash bag against the intake so no air could even get through. So we had to fix it ourselves. So we had a whole bunch of broken San toys on our balcony. So our first day there we spent cleaning washing our sheets all of our towels. So we paid about 5000 for the week, so the day that we’re leaving we have to be out by 10. They call us at 10:30 we’re not out yet. We literally deep cleaned everythin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME TO STAY AT PINNACLE PORT AND WE LOVE IT THERE. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT AND I LOVE BEING RIGHT ON THE BEACH. WE WILL BE BACK. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THE DRYER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND YOU COULD NOT WATCH TV IN ANY BEDROOM. ALL OF THOSE TV'S KEPT FREEZING THE PICTURE. OTHERWISE, WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room has plenty of space. The unit is dated, but there have been upgrades to the master bedroom and bath. My family has been staying at Pinnacle Port for 12 years and my kids call it "our beach." We love it there! I did have a hard time getting the rental office to return my voicemails or emails, but when I was able to get to talk to someone on the phone, they were extremely helpful.

Housekeeping 😕

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Housekeeping needs to be addressed. Floors were slimy and sandy. Tried cleaning kitchen floor with Clorox wipes and sliced my hand on a piece of broken glass left over from previous occupants. I went to use the oven and found a cookie sheet with old rolls on it. Bathrooms had hair in various places upon arrival. Found shoes, bottles, and tons of sand and lint bunnies under the beds. I used their vacuum because there was no broom ( WHY). Vacuum was disgusting! And ice maker did not work. I did not contact management bc I was just happy to be at the beach and didn’t want to deal with it. I did call them upon departure to let them know housekeeping needed addressing

Book/Campbell family vacation

We alway enjoy this place. This is our second time to stay in this condo. We love the wrap around balcony and enjoy our early mornings and late evenings sitting with family. We have plenty of room with this 3 bedroom condo. The only thing is that the wifi is in and out. But other than that all was good. Very easy access to and from beach. Thanks Pinnacle Port for another great family vacation.

internet sucked in this condo

The fitted sheets wouldnt stay on the bed, TVs wouldnt work half the time, tthe middle tv never did work, never could get wi fi on the phones, loved the location, this is a different condo that we usually stayed in

"Book" Family Vacation

We love this place. We have enjoyed our family vacation at Pinnacle Port for the last 13 yrs. The 3 bedroom with the wrap around balcony is so nice, with a East and West view. Very easy access to and from the beach. The pools were enjoyed in the late evenings after a day on the beach was nice for all. This is a wonderful place to spend your beach vacations at. We stayed this time in B2505 it was really nice and comfortable. The Book Family

Great area, great amenities and perfect for our family of 5.

Loved the things to do in the community(basketball, volleyball, shuffle board, etc.) and the beautiful beach and then the lake side with kayaks and fishing. The patio of the unit was large and wrapped around and had heavy, sturdy chairs that were high so the view was perfect. The unit was a good size and the kitchen was set up well and had all appliances needed. The unit was up to date and comfortable. The only problem we had were the guest rooms still had sand in them and needed to be cleaned better. Also, don't forget to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels and your beach towels. Great vacation spot!
