Keski-Italiassa, Montepulciano d'Abruzzon viinin tuotantoalueen sydämessä, lähellä Adrianmeren rantoja ja Maiellan kansallispuiston vehreitä vuoria, viihtyisä huvila lomallesi, nukkuu 2-18 henkilöä. Täydellinen paikka rentoutua, ihanteellinen tukikohta tutustua italialaiseen taiteeseen, viiniravintoon ja kiertoajeluihin. Huvila, jossa kaikki modernit mukavuudet, tarjoaa viihtyisän ja todella tilavan majoituksen laajalle perheelle. Sisällä ja ulkopuolella, puutarhassa, ilmainen WIFI-alue.
Pohjakerros: tilava, noin 30 neliömetrin maatilakeittiö, suurella takalla ja kahdella suurella seedripuusta tehdyllä pöydällä, joihin mahtuu jopa kaksikymmentä ihmistä. Se on todella miellyttävä paikka yhteisöelämään, LED-TV.
Samassa kerroksessa on kolme suurta makuuhuonetta (jokaisessa on parivuode ja yhden hengen vuode). Yhdessä huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Muissa kahdessa huoneessa on kylpyhuone suihkulla.
Täysin kunnostettu keittiö, jossa on astianpesukone, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astiat, kattilat ja pannut, silitysrauta ja -lauta, hiustenkuivaaja, grilli, lakanat, peitot, pyyhkeet, rantatuolit, sateenvarjot, kuuma vesi, polttopuut ja kaikki Elä mukavasti talossa, johon mahtuu 6-8 henkilöä.

Ensimmäinen kerros: Ulkopuolisesta, itsenäisestä portaatotosta nouset ylös ja löydät kolme makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on parivuode, toisessa parivuode ja yhden hengen sänky ja kolmannessa kolme erillistä vuodetta. Yhdessä huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, muissa kahdessa on kylpyamme kylpyammeella.
Noin 35 neliömetrin iso olohuone takaa miellyttävän rentoutumisalueen LED-TV: llä ja nojatuoleilla. Ruokailutilassa on pöytä ja tuolit 8: lle; keittiössä, moderni ja täysin varustettu, on takka. Keittiön lähellä on suurempi huone. Miellyttävä veranta antaa sinun lopettaa ja rentoutua tai aamiaista. Keittiössä, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astiat, kattilat ja pannut, pesukone, astianpesukone. Tarjotaan myös silitysrauta ja -lauta, hiustenkuivaaja, lakanat, peitot, pyyhkeet. Löydät kaiken tarvittavan mukavaan asumiseen 7-8 ihmistä. MZF
Lämmin vesi, joka lämmitetään aurinkopaneeleilla ja maakaasukattilan varauksella.
Puutarha on 3 000 neliömetriä, se on ilmainen WIFI-alue
Altaan puolella uimaranta, ranta, aurinkotuoleja ja sateenvarjoja sekä huvimaja, jossa iso kivipöytä.
Ulkoalueella on kaksi grillausta, joissa on pöydät ja tuolit. x
Toinen suihku sijaitsee lähellä uima-allasta ja lämmitetään auringonvaloon

A splendid stay in the heart of Abruzzo

We travelled in a relatively big group with friends and family members in three generations. It happened to be a rainy day when we arrived to Villa Carlucci but the warm atmosphere created by Signora and Dottore Carlucci felt like sunshine. The villa is big and well kept and accommodation easily even a bigger group. The area is very peaceful and within an easy stroll to the village. The villa lies by a village road but the traffic is very scarce. San Martino S.M. is a small village with good connections to Parco Nazionale della Majella which hosts numerous possibilities for easier and more demanding hikes. We were lucky to see even some chamois there. Villa Carlucci is a perfect place to stay with friends and family in the peace of Abruzzeze countryside.

Wonderful end to our vacation

We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!

Fabulous Family Retreat

We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Lovely spacious villa, pool and gardens

We very much enjoyed our week at the villa. We were a large group and there was plenty of space. the rooms were very spacious. The pool was fantastic as were the gardens. We also enjoyed walking to the village for supplies and to use the local pizzeria. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Big, clean, spacy Villa in heart of Italy

Thank you for the owner Dr Antonio Carlucci who made our stay very nice and memorable and who also organized delicious dinner at villa. The Villa was clean and the rooms were really spacious. Garden and swimming bool was big and tidy to play football and jumping. There were four local restaurants within walking distance, only bad thing was that they opened at 8pm. We can recommend this to all who wants to have a taste of local Italy.

Belle propriété

nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille de cette maison, idéale pour des retrouvailles familiales, ainsi que les extérieurs très bien entretenus avec une piscine vraiment agréable. Rien à redire sur les équipements, il ne manquait rien. La situation est également appréciable, entre mer et montagne, à 2 pas des parcs naturels. La vue est magnifique. L'accueil est chaleureux. Tout est bien.

Villa Carlucci, Berge & Meer genießen ...

Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit in der Villa Carlucci verbracht, die sich am Ortsrand in ruhiger Alleinlage befindet. Der große Garten mit gepflegtem Pool und vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Verweilen, sportlichen Aktivitäten und zum Frühstücken bzw. Abendessen im Freien ein. Auch das Wetter zeigte sich von seiner besten Seite, so dass wir noch Ende September/Anfang Oktober im Pool baden konnten. Im nahe gelegenen Guardiagrele haben wir kulinarische Köstlichkeiten für unsere Menüs einschließlich frischer Pasta erhalten. Wander- oder Fahrradtouren vor Ort sowie Tagestouren in die Orte und herrlichen Landschaften des Majella-Nationalsparks bieten unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten. Wir haben vieles gesehen und erkundet: Die Berge und hügeligen Landschaften, die der Toscana ähneln, das Meer entlang der Trabocco-Küste bis hin zur Halbinsel Gargano. Antonio ist ein äußerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, die Korrespondenz war von Anfang an absolut unkompliziert. Es war uns eine große Freude, Antonio und Rita persönlich kennenzulernen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war umwerfend und sehr beeindruckend. Die Abruzzen und Villa Carlucci sind absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ute und Günter

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und vor allem der Garten war super und vor allem schön groß und gepflegt. Die Umgebung war die Reise auf jeden Fall wert. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war freundlich und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten.

Wir waren die ersten beiden Septemberwochen mit unseren drei Kindern und unserem Hund zu Gast in der Villa Carlucci und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war viel größer und geräumiger als erwartet, der Garten wunderschön grün und gepflegt. Unser persönliches Highlight war der sehr saubere, große Pool, der regelmäßig gewartet und gereinigt wurde. Einfach top! Unser Vermieter Antonio war nett und hatte den Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft schon mit Wurst, Brot, Käse und Obst bestückt. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Strand betrug ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, der Majella Nationalpark war ähnlich weit entfernt. Mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Einziges Manko für Hundebesitzer : Der Garten ist zwar komplett umschlossen, teilweise aber nur mit einer Hecken, wo fremde Hunde problemlos rein (hatten wir mehrmals) und der eigene Hund (ein Golden Retriever) auch raus konnte... Ansonsten wirklich perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Splendida vacanza

Siamo tre famiglie con figli grandi e abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane in questa splendida villa. La descrizione dell'inserzione ha superato le nostre aspettative. La casa molto grande, pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità. La piscina semplicemente stupenda circondata da un grande giardino tenuto benissimo. Il proprietario molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La casa è situata in posizione molto tranquilla, quello che cercavamo, ma anche a poca distanza da paesi e città ricchi di storia e di arte e, perchè no, di buon cibo da gustare nelle numerose sagre o in ristoranti locali a prezzi ragionevoli. Una vacanza che speriamo di poter ripetere !

Perfect holiday in Villa Carlucci

Our group (3 families - 13 people) had fantastic holiday in Villa Carlucci. We spent there 2 weeks. The house and the backyard is very large and well equipped and very well-maintained. There is enough bedrooms, tables, chairs, sunbeds, etc. for such a large group. The house is located outside the village which is great as the guests do not disturb any neighbours, but also not too far, so you can walk to do some shopping in the morning (there is a small sumermarket in the village where you can buy basic products). Our hosts, Vincenzo and Antonio, were very hospitable and friendly, they reacted immediately if we needed anything. Abruzzo is beautiful region (mountains, seaside, old charming towns and villages, excellent food and nice people) - that was out first vist but definitely not last. We can recommend visiting Abruzzo and villa Carlucci to everyone. One thing which should be taken into considerationby the owners - July 2015 was extremely hot. The house gives some coolness but not enough. They should think about providing some electric airconditioners or something similar.

Bellissima Location e cordialissimo proprietario

Abbiamo passato Capodanno in questa splendida villa in 13 aduli e 3 bimbi e siamo stati benissimo le stanze tutte confortevoli ordine e pulite , così come i bagni e il resto della casa . Il proprietario si è mostrato dall inizio cordiale e disponibile . È una villa immersa in questo magnifico grande giardino che d 'estate deve essere uno spettacolo , immersa nel silenzio e l ideale con un gruppo di amici e per gli amici a 4 zampe con soli 25 min stavamo a Monte Giove .Guardiagrele è vicinissima e si si vuole mangiare lì vicino da seguire i consigli del Signor Carlucci : a noi ci ha consigliato veramente bene La cucina è super attrezzata per tutto e buona e anche la Linea wi fi Un esperienza bellissima da ripetere ;)

Lovely big villa, Great village. Away from it all.

Excellent accommodation, we had both floors for a week. Lovely high ceilings kept villa cool.Dining table outside for lunches, umbrellas for shade, Good pool, bbq, 5 bikes. A small welcome pack was a nice surprise.( milk, bread, cold meats etc).Everything needed was already there. Village has restaurants, small supermarket and a bar all within 5 or so minutes walk. Bigger supermarket about 5 min drive in Guardiagrele. Restaurants are great value. Gatto e Volpe Pizza type restaurant with drinks 10 euros a head. La Vineria di Salnitro - 6 or 7 courses with wine at 30 euros a head , but worth every euro. Have the risotto. Can only recommend. We will return soon.

Magnifique Villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Carlucci. Le cadre est magnifique et la villa très bien entretenue. Tout y est pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire de la villa sera vous conseiller et vous guider dans vos demandes. Grâce à ses démarches mon mari à trouver sa carte de pêche dès son arrivée ! Il est très à l'écoute de ses occupants, tout en respectant notre intimité. La villa est sécurisée pour les enfants et les chambres très spacieuses. Et la literie est très bonne. Un grand merci pour notre séjour.

quietness and comfort

We stayed in Villa Carlucci three families of friends with the kids and we enjoyed the pleasure of quietness. We found the villa very well furnished and responsive to our expectations. Good weather allowed us to enjoy a wonderful week. The baths in the pool, always cured by the caretaker Carlo, and the pleasant evenings at the barbecue, will remain in our minds. Really recommendable!

AMAZING!!!

Absolutely amazing! we stayed here with my all family 11 adults, 2 teenagers and 5 children, we had a fantastic time. The house is massive, so we didn't feel on top of one another. We found everything we needed in the house, including hairdryers! Everything was clean and well kept, the pool was to die for. We still went to the beach everyday (only 25 mins drive). A car is ideal to drive to the shops, but not necessary if you like to walk. Finally what was also great for us, was the fact that we were quite isolated, as we played silly games, bingo, karaoke etc and lots of shouting and laughing was going on, it was good not have neighbors. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to have a fantastic holiday!

Great Holiday!!!

Me and my husband have spent a week there with friends. Villa Carlucci welcomed ud with its large rooms, kitchen well equipped, BBQ in the garden and the best thing... swimming pool where we've had wonderful time!!! Landscape surrounding villa Carlucci is also great, we've made wonderful walks, i think that it's a good starting point to discover this part of Abruzzo. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone!!! It's a place to return...Thanks to Vincenzo e Antonio (owners) that helped us to make our holiday great!!!

Una vacanza da rifare!

La nostra settimana a Villa Carlucci è stata senza dubbio un’esperienza da ripetere. La casa è comoda e spaziosa e soprattutto ha una piscina davvero meravigliosa che a settembre ci ha regalato gli ultimi bagni della stagione. Immersa nel verde e dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice, tv, barbecue, microonde, sdraio, lettini, ecc.) questa splendida sistemazione ci ha permesso di vivere una settimana all’insegna della natura e del relax. Abbiamo raccolto le castagne (nella proprietà ci sono due castagni secolari fantastici) e ci siamo goduti i colori dell’autunno….a bordo piscina! Inoltre, i padroni di casa (Antonio e Enzo) sono stati gentilissimi ed è stato davvero un piacere conoscerli. Torneremo! Flavia e Bruno

Fantastic

I have been there for a long week end with my friends, The villa is easy to find also if its on the country side, it's big and confortable enought for 16 peoples. On one side of The villa there are many trees like forest and the pool is just in The right position. The place is peacefull so its good for relax with family or make party with friends. The landscape, The region of Abruzzo are wonderfull specially when you're driving a car. The owner and his family are friendly and available for everythings. So you have everythings for enjoy your stay in villa Carlucci.

A relaxing break

The house was great and we liked the fire in the evening too. It was well equipped and we were fortunate enough to have good weather and could use the pool. One thing I would suggest is a DVD player as we would have liked to have watched films in the evening. Great restaurants near by include: La Vineria di Salnitro, Villa Maiella and Castello di Semivicoli. We are looking forward to returning.

Pros and Cons of Villa Carlucci

Villa Carlucci does have the potential to be an excellent holiday villa , however , the listing description is not altogether accurate . As there were eleven in our group , ten adults and a baby , we availed of the ground floor and first floor .This villa really only suits one group as there is no separate entrance to the first floor , the two entrances are on the ground floor . While there is a large rustic kitchen on the ground floor it actually translates into a small poky cooking area .The kitchen on the first floor is better .The bed linen was not changed even though we were there for two weeks . Granted , we did wash the linen ourselves because the linen room was locked ! The daily maid service did not materalise . The microwave was not supplied .The roof of the villa was advertised as a spacious terrace equipped as solarium for the use of guests - not so - the door leading up to it was locked . It lmight have been dangerous anyway but it is misleading advertising .I regret to say that the swimming pool was a disgrace . It was actually a horrible shade of green . Imagine our disgust in discovering that the pool surround was supposed to be white .We arrived on a Saturday and the following Tuesday - 3 days into our fortnight's holiday , we were informed that the pool needed to be drained . Having been told that it takes six hours to drain it and four days to refill it we were not impressed .I explained that the swimming pool was a huge factor in us booking the villa and that it should have been emptied , cleaned and refilled before we arrived . What really annoyed us was being told that it was checked on Saturday before we arrived and that it was okay .That amount of green scum took some time to accumulate and does not grow overnight .However we had to persevere with the green pool as the nearest beach at 20 kilometres was not an option . Apart from the pool the rest of the property was excellently maintained . The owner did provide a good enough service .I would recommend this villa to others because we enjoyed it to a certain degree.The holiday was good but it could have been brilliant if the pool was clean and everything listed was accurate and supplied .

The house was built in the early 1900s by my grandfather, expanded in the 1950s by my father. I was born here in the room now called "The cherry tree" which still retains the floor of the time. It was inhabited by my family until 2000 and only since then has been used as a residence for those who love to visit Abruzzo.
