Cottage a Ocean beach.

Casa molto bella di gusto e curata sia dentro che il giardino; perfetta per 4. Dotazioni al top cucina televisione biancheria e viene voglia di mangiare in casa..Strategica la posizione per visitare San Diego e a piedi si va a Ocean beach. Gentilissimo e disponibile il proprietario che ci ha dato tutte informazioni richieste in tempo reale. Alla partenza ho dimenticato la macchia fotografica e me l’ha recapitata tre giorni dopo alla mia tappa sucessiva. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Winter getaway

We were in town to visit our SDSU student for a long weekend. The house is in walking distance to OB beaches and restaurants which was great since parking is always a challenge in San Diego. The house is a very cute little beach cottage in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect home base for us. Because it is a cottage, the kitchen is small - all we needed for a long weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. The linens in the bath are due for an update, but everything else was great and Rodney was very helpful.

Great stay!

The location of the cottage was great! Walking distance to everything in ocean beach! Rodney was an amazing host as well! We really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the cottage got cold at night as there are no heat vents in the rooms.

Beautiful!

What a beautiful and peaceful property! The landscaping is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to the beach and within walking distance of numerous coffee stands. We highly recommend this stay and will definitely book again in the future!

Ocean Beach Stay

The neighborhood this rental is in is one of the cutest, pedestrian friendly and nicest neighborhoods I have ever stayed in. Rodney gave us tons of recommendations on local places. Ocean beach is a nice chill beach frequented by locals. The rental is cute and clean. On street parking. No AC which is the norm in San Diego. Several fans provided for comfort. Comfortable tempurpedic beds.

Fabulous stay!

My 2 kids (6 & 11) stayed at this lovely cottage for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The vottage is perfectly located in OB, away from the bustle of the main drag, but walking distance to the cliffs and some good food. It served as our home base while we explored San Diego. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and the garden was a lovely place to spend time drinking coffee and reading. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beach house perfection

The house is perfectly located and just walking distance to town. Perfectly decorated and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The garden is spectacular and a wonderful place to gather. The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. We loved our stay at this special and happy little beach house and will return.

Cute bungalow, amazing location!

This bungalow is adorable and in a cute neighborhood. The weather was amazing and we we're able to walk to the beaches and downtown area of ocean beach. Easy to also drive to downtown SD. It was a quick trip, but definitely would book again :)

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sunset Cottage. The location is perfect, it is walking distance to everything in Ocean Beach. The neighborhood is friendly, and very low key. The home has been laid out very well and is very comfortable. The home had everything we needed for the week. Rodney was very easy to communicate with and stopped by a couple of times to remedy very minor issues. The only thing that surprised us about this property was the airport noise; the home is in the flight pattern for flights taking off. However, my kids loved watching the planes taking off on the beach.

Point Loma cottage

Very clean and decorated with great beachy colors. Great sunset views and a short walk to the ocean and the Ocean Beach neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed our visit

Great family getaway!

We had a great time in San Diego, and the Sunset Cottage was a perfect accommodation for our family! Located in a safe, central neighbourhood, with lots of great restaurant/cafe options nearby. Rodney was a great host, very responsive to texts, provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and local activities.

The Sunset Cottage sits in the San Diego residential neighborhood of Ocean Beach (OB) - between Sunset Cliffs and the OB business district. The cottage is close enough to stay connected to the local scene (walk to the public beach, restaurants, dining and shopping) but far enough away to enjoy quite relaxation, sounds of splashing waves, and the ease of on-street parking - often right in front of the cottage.

The Sunset Cottage is two blocks from the coastline and secluded beaches, and is a short 10-15 min stroll to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the public beach - offering lifeguard-supervised swimming and surfing areas, restrooms, and showers.

The Sunset Cottage is centrally located and a short 5-15 min drive to most area Universities, Sea World, Lego Land, Animal Safari Park, Downtown/Convention Center, and Balboa Park - the nation's largest urban cultural park. Balboa Park is home to 15 major museums, renowned performing arts venues, beautiful gardens and the world famous San Diego Zoo. The Park has an ever-changing calendar of museum exhibitions, plays, musicals, concerts, and classes—all in the beautiful and timeless setting.
