When we arrived, I notice the grass had not been cut in a while. With all the other yards in the area being freshly cut, this made the place look unappealing. Then as we walked in the cabin, my grandchildren notice several dead roaches laying on the floor in the kitchen and living room areas.
The Grand Isle,Cajun yacht club was awesome! Plenty of space, close to the beach all around a good place. It was a let down to see how bad the roaches where as well as a major ant problem. The grill was out dated and rusted out. But all in all it was a good stay.
Overall great experience with the property. Plenty of space, bedrooms, and bath. Everything was clean. Outside area was very enjoyable as well. Will be returning to this camp on next trip to Grand Isle!
We loved this property. The location was the best we have ever had on the Island. Very comfortable and met our needs for the long weekend. We would love to rent this property again.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Not a pleasant stay! Left early.
The house had a definite moisture issue. No matter how low we put the AC the entire house was sticky and humid. The bed sheets didn’t look like they were cleaned from the previous person(s) who stayed. One bed had 5-6 ‘little’ hairs and a couple of long hairs in the sheets. We washed those sheets before we slept in that bed. The towels provided were old, tattered and some even stained. The master bedroom shower curtain had mold on it. Several of the pillows were old with brown water stains. Some pillows even had stained pillowcases. Felt like we had to clean every dish in the place before using them. It was not a pleasant experience. We actually left on Saturday afternoon even though our stay was booked through Sunday because no one wanted to sleep in the house again. It has so much potential but the owners look like they put ZERO effort into making this a place worth the price and are just looking for a quick & easy dollar!
We came down for a fishing tournament with about 10 people and really enjoyed the camp. Plenty of beds and room to cook/entertain.

The accommodations were great. RPC .
The property was excellent. I wish you could have included the golf cart in the rental. It also makes it hard not to be able to arrive a few hours early without extra fee. A cutting board with filet knife should be accessible. Its Grand Isle! I would recommend to others and will book again in the future!

Would stay again.
The property was very nice, the house was kept up and didn't disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of towels (under the sink).
Had a shrimp boil down stairs plenty of room to entertain and enjoy the Grand Isle breeze. We would re-book this property.
*I will note that the large burner on the electric stove only has one level - burning HOT! I did try every setting possible on the burner and nothing worked.
Not enough to complain about - just a heads up for future guests.

The property looked great!!!
At first site, the property is inviting. We got a sense of welcoming when we arrived there. We really loved that feeling! It was my self, wife, kids, and inlaws. There was space there for all of us. And the decorations inside have a nautical theme which we also liked.
