Nuestra hermosa casa móvil se encuentra frente al mar en una cala semiprivada del lago Havasu. Cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios y dos baños. Puede vaciar su bote en la ensenada, o usar los muelles económicos cerca. La casa está recién remodelada y está completamente equipada con todas las necesidades de cocina y ropa de cama. Tiene una cubierta cubierta con un sistema mister y una barbacoa. Este es un alquiler cómodo y limpio. Incluyendo el sofá cama plegable, tiene capacidad para 6 adultos. La suite principal tiene baño privado.
Estamos ubicados en Sam’s Beachcomber Resort, que se encuentra en el extremo sur de la isla, conectado al continente por el mundialmente famoso Puente de Londres. Si quieres estar en el centro de la fiesta, está a la vuelta de la esquina. Si desea evitar las multitudes, nuestra ubicación es ideal para eso. Realmente es lo mejor de ambos mundos, ¡cerca de la fiesta, pero no en el centro de la fiesta!

The view will take your breath away!

I had such a wonderful stay here, for a whole month. Seeing the sunrise and sunset were just spectacular. A friend I made there who lived just across the way a few doors down loved to come to my deck but even though we were on the same cove as she said my view was so much better. The host was absolutely impeccable about communication and was very welcoming. She wanted to make sure my stay was comfortable, and it was, very! I did not have a car with me and there was absolutely no problem getting groceries delivered, and the laundry is just doors away. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home. It was blissful and I was sad to leave!

The people are wonderful to communicate with and very nice. They let us stay a day earlier and accommodated it for us. We will stay here every time from here on out. Great location as well!

Great location with beach access

Overall we all enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, with access to the water right outside the door, which is something that seems really hard to find in Havasu. The house was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and the living space was bigger than I expected. The few issues we had were that the guards at the gate were less than pleasant (that’s being nice, but not homeowners fault), there were multiple spider webs and spiders in the house that we had to clean when we first got there, and there is no mesh or fencing under the railing on the patio. My dog ended up falling off the patio, which was somewhat of a drop. She’s fine, but it caused a scare. Again, not the homeowners responsibility, but figured I’d mention it for possible renters. Outside of those three things, the stay was perfect and the homeowner was responsive and great to work with!

Great location in Havasu

Wonderful location in Havasu. With its own private stairs and beach access. Private boat launch. Marina slips available. Per friendly. On site security. Limited access. We had 5 adult size people and the dog. We were all comfortable. Air conditioning rocks at 115 degrees. Neighbors friendly. Good times.

What a view!

Really enjoyed this home, and for many reasons! #1 the view is fantastic and access to the water and beach excellent with our own stairway. Beaching our boat in the cove and walking right up to our home couldn't be any easier than with this location. Other things we really appreciated: Nice, clean décor, large living room with a couch (pull out) big enough to fit all of us, two bathrooms, a non-stick skillet that was large enough to scramble eggs for a large family, knives that weren't dull and spare toothbrush because you know, someone always forgets one! I appreciate the little touches as well as the many great things that made the stay here very comfortable. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Best place at the Sam’s Beachcomber!

This is definitely the best place at Sams Beachcomber’s…..you’re able to beach your boat or sea doos right in front your place. The views are incredible, the place is clean and well stocked. We will definitely be going back there.

Beautiful Havasu!

We had a wonderful long weekend on the Island at Lake Havasu. Morgan's home away from home was exactly what we were looking for and right on the water...Everything we needed under one roof...Lots of lazing around in the lake, paddle boarding, gazing out across the water from the deck, and early morning hikes around the walking loop...We were close to everything too! A perfect stay! We would love to return someday soon! Thank you!!!

Has everything you need!

The house was great and has everything you need for your stay. It was clean and the views from the house are amazing. We took full advantage with all the house has to offer. We used the BBQ and entertained friends on the deck using the refreshing misters. The air conditioner was strong and worked with no issues. This place is great. Morgan was a fantastic host. Communication was easy and fast. I’ll definitely be back here again next year!!!

Lakefront mobile home

This is a very small mobile home but the location of being steps from the lake is what you're paying for. It's more like camping so if you're looking for luxury, this is not the house for you. The mobile is very dated, but clean. The deck is nice and has a mister system that partially works. The deck could use some lighting. A set of string lights could easily do the trick as it is very dim. We list power not once but twice! Two days in a row. Many mobiles in the park have generators, this one does not. So we were literally in the dark, no ac and temperatures in excess of 125 degrees. The first day the power was out for 8 hours. The home was 99degrees inside which made it impossible to do anything. So we sent our kids and dog to a friend's house. I was told by the owner the entire island was out. That was untrue. Our friends house is directly across the street from Beachcomber and luckily they had power, so that offered a little relief. The next night while I was cooking dinner, the power went out again. It was only out on half the park. The security said that another transformer blew and it should only be an hour. It was more like 2.5hours but at least it wasn't 8 hours. Unfortunately due to the 2 outages I had to dispose of some perishables. As much as I realize this wasn't the fault of the owner, the lack of their willingness to compensate us for the obvious uncomfort is their downfall.

Gem in Havasu

This place was definitely what we were looking for!!! Room to move (three of us/2 adults and 1 teen) and RIGHT on the water. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The manager was very quick and amazing to communicate with. There was nothing better than the view and the cleanliness of the bathroom towels and bed linens. I am sooo picky about bed linens. I went to bed each night and was so comfortable. The bedding smelled so freshly cleaned...it was wonderful! The patio misters were ideal in the summer heat. We could sit out at night and enjoy the evenings. We take many, many vacations where we utilize rentals...this was a very memorable rental. Amazing memories were made...and we plan on renting there again!!! Highly recommend!!!

We loved it!

This was our first time staying here and are ready to go back. It had the best location, the layout was great for 2 couples and a teenager and had everything you would need. The place was very clean and the patio was great to have coffee in the morning and enjoyed the afternoon shade out there. We were able to park our sea doos at the beach right below the place. Morgan and Robin were very helpful with any questions I had. Thanks again for all your help and looking forward to come back.

Very relaxing place to stay!

This location made our stay easy and relaxing. I put the boat in the water and didn’t have to worry about anything else except hanging in the boat watching the sunset. Great time!

Quaint quiet lakefront location

This is a small trailer located on the water. I would say it is more suitable for 4 adults, as the unit is very small. Also, this unit is located in a gated trailer park community. The gate guard requires a HARD copy of insurance for your watercraft (even though it's not a law to carry watercraft insurance). This info should be listed prior to renting on VRBO as it could complicate things for a future renter. In our case, we were delayed gate entry in 110degree heat for over an hour. It's a very unique location more suitable for 2 couples who want a quiet getaway.

Prior to ownership, we have been renting hotels, houses and mobile homes on Lake Havasu for over 30 years and have never been completely happy with any of them. Our unit is the place we have always looked for but never found...until we finally did and bought it. We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do! We take a lot of pride in our unit, because we vacation there too!

Location, location, location! And size - we needed a 2 bedroom. We are able to comfortably bring our daughter and son-in-law, our young granddaughters, and our dogs (1 small and 1 large), and all stay together with plenty of space and an unbeatable view. We also love that we don't have to load all of us, our stuff and our dogs into a car to access our boat - the boat is just steps away so we load it directly!

This is a rare setup where you can beach your boat free of charge, and have it just steps from your door so you can keep an eye on it and easily access it. Boat slips on the lake can run up to $50/night! If you prefer to put your boat in the slip the resort offers them for a small fee (around $10/night). Please note boat slips have a max boat length of 24'.
