I live in the main house on the property and run my Marketing & Communications business out of my home. I have a lovely Bernese Mountain dog, Daisy, who is friendly with everyone.

My Studio Suite is perfect for a couple or individual who want more space and amenities than a hotel and want to experience coastal Maine in any season. The studio is newly built, has air-conditioning, hardwood floors and is great for active people who want to explore the coast of Maine north and south from the largest city in Maine,
What makes this property unique
I moved to Portland 34 years ago from NYC and discovered the perfect place for me to live and work. I ski, I sail, I snowmobile, I hike, I ride balloon tire bikes, I travel the rural mountain roads in an Alfa Romeo and I do it all within minutes of my home. You can too.
