Letar du efter en bra plats för en lugn tillflyktsort? Vårt pensionat vid vattnet är det perfekta stället. Sitt tillbaka på den skärmade verandan och ta in den utmärkta utsikten över sjön, eller gå ner till kajen för att fiska eller simma. Ta med din båt och spendera dina dagar på vattnet! Charlotte-området har massor av sevärdheter, inklusive Charlotte Motor Speedway och andra racerattraktioner, Panthers fotbollsspel, Hornets basketbollsspel, konserter, museer och mer. På kvällarna kommer du tillbaka och fixar en bra måltid med de nya rostfria apparaterna eller utomhusgrillen och lägg dig in på en film på en av de nya Ultra HD-TV-erna. Du är säker på att njuta av en avkopplande vistelse här!

Utrymmet:
Gästhuset var bara målade, har helt nya möbler, apparater, elektronik och mycket mer.

Sovrummet är rymligt och tyst, med en stor garderob och byrå och en high-end-tv.

Badrummet innehåller alla nödvändigheter (tvål, schampo etc.), och har en stå upp dusch. Observera att det inte finns något badkar.

Vardagsrummet är snyggt utrustat med nya möbler och en high-end-tv. Vid arbete samtal finns ett skrivbord och höghastighetsinternet tillgänglig för alla våra gäster. Se bilderna för resultaten av ett nyligen testat hastighet. Soffan har en utdragbar säng för extra sovande kapacitet om det behövs.

Köket har nya rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Tillbringa kvällen skapa en perfekt måltid, och njut av det på utomhusbordet på den skärmade veranda med utsikt över sjön.

Gäståtkomst:
Gästerna har fullständig exklusiv tillgång till hela pensionatet samt den skärmade verandan. Det finns ett nedre däck bredvid gästhuset där gästerna har tillgång till egen privat gasgrill. Docken är tillgänglig för alla gäster för att simma och fiska när som helst. Min familj använder även dockan, så det här är ett gemensamt utrymme. En båtslip (ej täckt) är tillgänglig för gäster med båtar 25 'eller mindre. Båtar kommer att behöva lanseras vid en närbelägen offentlig båt ramp, som bara är cirka fyra miles bort med land och rätt över viken med vatten. Parkering finns bredvid pensionatet för upp till två fordon. Extra fordon (inklusive en båt trailer) kan parkeras på fastigheten, men kommer att vara längre bort från pensionatet.

Andra saker att notera:
Min familj och jag bor i huvudbyggnaden på fastigheten, så vi är tillgängliga för att hjälpa till om några problem uppstår.

Gästerna kommer att behöva klättra en uppsättning utvändiga trappor för att komma åt pensionatet. Det finns också några trappor som leder ner till trottoaren till bryggan.

Det finns en stand-up dusch i badrummet, men det finns inget badkar.

Rökning är inte tillåten någonstans på fastigheten.

Weekend getaway

Loved being on a cove. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed fishing and reading on the deck. Very clean and enjoyed all of the amenities. Would like to come back next year.

Quiet, private get away spot

Overall, we thought this place was ok. Tons of space in the updated, clean guest home. Only concern inside was that the sleeping area in the bedroom seemed really stuffy. The ceiling fan was way across the room. Outdoor spaces were more neglected and rustic. We enjoyed being outside though on the patio and dock, although they could be better maintained. Wear shoes on the dock. Close proximity to stores and boat rentals. The cove is very quiet, water is very deep so bring floats/life jackets for swimming. Hosts live on site and although they never really interacted with us, they were responsive when we had issues or questions.

Beautiful location on the lake

We could not have enjoyed our weekend at Lake Norman more. We were attending a wedding and this little guest house was the perfect place to spend our downtime. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with a perfect screened in porch overlooking the lake. Serenity. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Lovely location

This was my very first visit to Lake Norman. After my stay, I will be returning. It’s a beautiful spot and my VRBO location was excellent and we had a nice time highly recommend.

This guest house was just as described. Very clean, excellent location! Sitting on the screened in porch was the best, even during a hurricane. We didn’t have the best weather, but still enjoyed our stay very much. Thank goodness it didn’t rain during the football game. I would definitely stay again.

2022 lake vacation

We were vacationing with our 2 daughters and their families who were staying at a different location. There were 11 of us altogether. Great little getaway

Jeff’s guesthouse is absolutely gorgeous. Jeff was so helpful and kind. He met us at checkin and helped us get inside and showed us around. The space is incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented kayaks from Jeff and enjoyed exploring the cove and surrounding areas. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the wildlife. The night before we left, Jeff blew the leaves off the area where we loaded up which was a pleasant surprise. We can’t wait to come back. Relaxing Summer Vacation at the Lake

Jeff is a fantastic host! He greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. Although this coach house is above the garage and near the main house, you have complete privacy. It is perfect for a couple’s getaway. We brought our own kayaks, but Jeff had some available to rent for below market price. We were able to use their dock, located in a private cove on Lake Norman. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake! The view from the rental facing the lake is quite lovely! We liked sitting on the screened in porch. Our only complaint is that the porch does not have a door. Despite the citronella candle provided, the mosquitoes still got onto the porch in the evenings. The place was very clean. We used the grill a couple of times and were able to eat many meals from the rental with the full fridge, oven, and toaster, etc. It was nice to have a desk as I had to (unfortunately) log in to work a few times. The Internet is a decent speed, but a bit slower when 2 people are on since you share with the host. We would definitely come back- I picked the place and my husband said he was quite pleased with my choice.

Wonderful quiet lakefront location on Lake Norman. Great view from screen porch. Accommodations were exceptional. Well appointed in every way. Everything you neeed is there. Great Stay!

This is a fantastic property to stay at, no complaints at all. Very clean, comfortable, included all necessities, and the location and view were wonderful. This was our first time booking through Vrbo and it was so much better than a hotel, worth every penny! We hope to stay here again in the future and take advantage of the lake more.
