Beautiful second floor mountain condominium with lofted ceiling in large main living area. Centrally located in Summit County and close to world class skiing/riding at Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. Great access to Breckenridge-Vail bike path and hiking trails to Rainbow Lake, Mason Town, Mount Royal, Peaks Trail, 10 Mile Range. Sleeping arrangements include (1) queen bed in master bedroom and (2) bunk beds in second bedroom. Recently remodeled kitchen and baths.

Frisco Holiday Ski Trip
We had a great stay between the holidays. Great location, fully stocked kitchen, nice fireplace and plenty of games and movies to watch in the evenings. Easy. Heck in and check out.

Great spot and perfect for our akinvacation
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the proximity to Copper and A-Basin. The property was clean and spacious, and perfect for our family. Everything was just as advertised and the check in process was quick and easy. Parking was great as well we would absolutely stay here again!

Ski Trip
Overall the property is very clean and the communication from the owners was fantastic. It is a great location - we skied at Copper Mountain and it was less than 10 minutes door to door (with no traffic). The check in process was super easy. One thing to be aware of with this property is it is somewhat dated. Old carpeting (even in the bathroom by the sink, not the toilet) and a rather small TV (usually not a big deal but we were there during the Super Bowl). Other than that, the place is great!

A dream ski trip!
The house was the perfect "home away from home" for our ski trip to Colorado! We felt cozy and comfortable every minute we were there. The location couldn't be beat as we were so close to several ski resorts. Coming back to the house and cooking each night after a long day on the slopes made the trip much easier. The owners were easily reached when we had questions and were so helpful and kind. Our dream is to return one day and explore Frisco and the area even more!

Another wonderful day in Frisco
Great property for the area and ownership displayed very good communication in advance. Well stocked kitchen, perhaps best condo in building, quiet and CLEAN. Like others, loved the lp selection on one (working) speaker player; nice step back in time for guest and me. Will return, Lord willing. Thanks.

Lovely stay and great location
We really enjoyed our stay. We came on a busy holiday weekend and yet you would never know that because the location was amazing and the street was very quiet. We were close to Main Street for shopping and dining. Andy and Lori’s place was roomier than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked with some breakfast and snacks in the pantry. We really appreciated that coming in late for my flight.

Perfect lay out and location
The condo worked perfectly for our stay. It was me and my adult son. We could walk to restaurants on Main Street, which was so much fun. Loved that we each had our separate bedroom and bath areas. Lots of privacy and space.

Great value, great location and fully equipped
Highly recommend this place in downtown Frisco. It is just a couple blocks from the main drag the place is fully equipped if you want to cook. We used a place to stay while we were skiing at Copper Mountain and Beaver Creek. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Frisco.

Great place near skiing
This was a great condo for our family of five. It was spacious enough, and it is within walking distance to Frisco’s Main Street and hiking/snowshoeing trails. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Keystone for skiing. I would definitely stay here again - it is a great bargain for the location.

There are a lot of decent condos in Frisco, but this is a great, cozy, sparklingly clean, upper floor condo pretty darn close to the shuttle bus stops and in easy walking distance to the main strip of Frisco which has just become better and better through the years. The condo itself is so sunny and spacious, perfectly laid out! Everything was so easy, parking right near the unit, easy access, responsive owners and management, spacious, cozy, wam rooms, a great kitchen --everything you'd want, including Fleetwood mac on vinyl! And a VHS of Steep and Deep! Thank you so much! Awesome place!!!

Property is just as listed! Great! Close to great skiing and downtown Frisco. Only issue is the hot water for showers. There is only enough for 2 people, back-to-back, to take a hot shower.

Nice place in a great location
Great place. Location is very convenient to a lot of ski areas: Breck, Keystone, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek. Can walk to downtown Frisco and nice restaurants. Condo is well equipped, very clean, and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious and clean apartment
The apartment is very spacious. The heating works well and it's nice and warm. It has an old school look to it and the kitchen feels brand new and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Only issue I had was that the hot water would run out, so a shower over 10 minutes was not possible, but seems like Andy was working on improving that. Overall a great stay!

The condo is in a great location with easy access to I70 and walking distance to shops and restaurants on Main St. The unit is very well appointed and supplied. Access to the condo was easy and communication from the owners was excellent.

Quiet and convenient
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Located within a couple of blocks from downtown Frisco and a convenient distance to I-70 and skiing at Copper Mountain. The condo is clean, quiet, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. Great for families who want to eat in after a day of skiing!
