Great Holiday Getaway!!!!

Our apartment offers two bedrooms, a full kitchen and Free Parking. Located in the middle of great shopping and fine dining. A five minute walk down to the beautiful Waterfront Park on Little Traverse Bay where you can stroll along the lake, take in a softball game, picnic while taking in fantastic sunsets or ride your bike for miles along the shore of Lake Michigan. It is a boating, fishing and golfing paradise.

Great location!

We had a great weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. This sweet little place has it all. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all that downtown Petoskey has to offer. Also a short drive away to many other attractions and places nearby. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Petoskey!

Perfect little getaway in Petoskey!

Wonderful downtown location! Perfect for walking all around town and not too far of a drive from other great attractions like Petoskey state park. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Side note: great water pressure in the shower.

We absolutely loved this apartment in downtown Petoskey! It was convenient to everything and wonderfully appointed. The pictures don’t do it justice! Would definitely come back here to stay.

Lovely place in downtown Petosky

I attended the Madeleine L'Engle Writing Conference, and needed a place where my husband and I could stay and enjoy the city, together--and separately! It was perfect. Great location, good attention from the owner, and apart from not being able to figure out how to manage the television (!), we had a perfect couple of days! Highly recommend!

What a gem!

What a gem! This listing is perfectly located and stocked with everything one might need for a vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had all of the information we needed. The apartment is comfortable, easy to access, and the perfect size for the two of us. He would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in downtown Petoskey with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake.

We parked the car at check-in and didn't need it again for several days. There are so many adventures within walking distance! We rented bikes and rode to Harbor Springs for lunch, enjoyed Kilwins for ice cream, hiked the Bear Wilderness Rec area, did a scavenger hunt in downtown Petoskey, went shopping and checked out the lakefront park. Great for families due to the easy access to so many options. Great communications with the hosts as well!

Great Location

We had a weekend stay in Petoskey. This apartment over the Emma clothing store was very nice, clean and was in a very convenient location for downtown Petoskey. Within walking distance of many stores, a few pubs/restaurants and a coffee/sandwich shop across the street. 1 parking spot available in alley behind building along garage. We biked to Harbor Springs, and golfed at a nearby golf course, Crooked Tree. Was only a few minute drive.

Perfect location

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location couldn't have been better: directly across the street from coffee and books and just a bit down from pizza. So many other coffee and food options (and shopping) super close. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. And Tess was immediately responsive when we ran into a parking issue. One thing to note: for us the beds were a bit uncomfortable. But that is such a personal preference that I am still giving this property 5 stars.

Anniversary trip

Perfect location! Easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not updated but has what you need and was clean. The towels could use a refresh, had some stains, but were clean. I’m glad someone told me to bring a bar of soap for the shower. Great refrigerator with water and ice in the door, a real plus! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed adequate. Would definitely stay again.

Unique and Comfortable Rental Right in Downtown Petoskey

I spent four nights here with my husband and teenage daughters and we loved this apartment. It's right above a shop on Lake Street. It's very well-furnished, the beds are comfortable and the linens were brand-new. You can prepare ANY meal in the kitchen - it has EVERYTHING. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building so there's no noise from neighbors. It's very close to the entrance to the waterfront park and anything downtown. The Grain Train is a block away so you don't need to get in your car to shop for groceries. We used wifi but we aren't sure it "belonged" to the apartment of whether it was a neighbor's. Either way, it worked fine. The TV and all appliances are new. The only caveat is that you must use stairs to enter the apartment. There's no getting around that. Fortunately, this wasn't a problem for us. The owners were available via text, in case we needed anything, but we really didn't need anything from them. They were very easy to work with.

Up North Getaway

Super location in the heart of downtown Petoskey. Nicely furnishing and well equipped, light filled spot. Proximity to good eating - Chandlers for dinner Julienne Tomato for breakfast were our favorites, Close by to lake shore walking, apple picking, wineries and cideries. Stopped at Hartwick Pines on the way up. Colors were gorgeous in early October.

Our 2nd time here - and we hope to come back again!

We love this property. The home itself is well-appointed and really charmingly decorated. The owners have thought of many of the comforts that anyone might need! Our favorite thing about the property, though, is the wonderful location. We loved to look out the window to see what was happening down on Lake Street. And we loved walking to fantastic shops, parks, restaurants, running trails, you name it! We look forward to our next visit.

36th wedding anniversary

Ok Not for people with any mobility issues. Parking and rear entrance is a challenge. No Lighting at rear entry door and it doesn’t have the property address. Lockbox was the only marker… Apartment is in a good location in the shopping district. Kitchen is clean and well appointed. Bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. Overall, nice location. Apartment has potential.

My wife and I are from Ann Arbor but love the Petoskey area so much we decided to open a business here about 15 years ago.

Why they chose this property

We just finished renovating our apartment this Spring. For the person who wants to be in downtown Petoskey, our location can't be beat. Although we offer one of the only free parking down spaces downtown, you really don't need a car to enjoy your stay with everything within walking distance. We especially enjoy spending time strolling along the beach, or having a picnic as the sun sets over beautiful Lake Michigan. Another favorite pastime is boating on Walloon Lake, one of Michigan's most beautiful lakes. Along with great shopping and dining the area offers the visitor a myriad of activities that will satisfy all your needs and interests.

You will find our apartment a great place for its comfort, convenience and world class location whether you are in town for a wedding or a week of shopping dining and sightseeing.
