Beautiful country home on 9 picturesque acres on sought after Middletown Road in Andover, VT. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility of southern Vermont and the convenience of close proximity to a host of outdoor activities, dining, shopping and entertainment.
Our expanded country cape was hand built and improved over the years by one owner. After purchasing the home in October of 2017 we refurbished the home with new furnishings, country decor and modern convenience to create a perfect blend of charm and comfort. In the fall of 2019 we totally reconfigured the living and dining space by adding a new new great room, brand new kitchen and wrap around deck with Hot Springs hot-tub, all with spectacular views of Markham Mountain. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths included a loft area off the upstairs bedroom which contains 2 additional twin beds. There is a beautiful pond and pond house as well.

This property was a great spot to get away. Me and my family enjoyed being tucked away in the woods with all the homey amenities and comforts we needed to be at peace. Highly recommend. Our kids loved it, too.
Chris's property is just the perfect peaceful get away. Such a beautiful home and property. The yard and views are just breath taking. Everyone loved the frog pond! We have never seen so many frogs, newts and dragon flies! There was also a family of ducks who visited each day. We even had a brief view of a bear passing by the pond! The deck off the dinning room was the perfect spot to view the stars. The stars at night were gorgeous!! So much fun. The house had everything you might need along with WiFi . The house is set up with so much privacy between the bed rooms. Everyone had their quiet place to retreat to for their own alone time or to read . An added plus was the the property is pet friendly. Chris was wonderful to work with. So kind and accommodating with anything that came up. You won't be disappointed with a visit to this property. You'll want to visit again. The perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge. Thanks again Chris. We hope to be back again soon. Michelle
