Nestled behind our real estate office off Main Street in Downtown Simpsonville, this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is a rare find for the price!! As you pull into your own parking space, you overlook a private yard. You will love the inside of this newly remodeled suite! We hope you choose to book with us!

Please note there is train near the home that runs two times within 24 hours. Typically early afternoon and late night.

Excellent one-bedroom apartment in Simpsonville

This is our third stay at a terrific apartment in Simpsonville. Quiet, private, comfortable, and attractive space with a full kitchen, comfy seating and bed, great shower in bathroom, and all the amenities. Short walk to a great breakfast spot.

Nice little getaway

Updated and very clean apartment set back from the road. This worked great for the holidays with family nearby. Only issue was the road noise being off Main Street. Would still stay again. Within walking distance of all the cool places.

Cozy rental in a great location

This place is very cozy and clean and has everything you need for a short stay in Simpsonville. It is located In downtown Simpsonville where there are a ton of great places to get a bite to eat and walk around. It’s a great area.

Perfect place to stay on Main St, Simpsonville

We needed a place to stay for a few nights, and this was perfect for us. Very clean, very convenient! The place was clean and cozy with a very nice kitchen and bath. It’s right on Main St and easy to get to many nearby restaurants in the area. Very happy we were able to book it for our short stay.

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extremely accommodating, very clean and the decor was very welcoming. Quiet and peaceful. It was such a welcoming place. We would highly recommend this little treasure of a place.

Private Apartment in Simpsonville

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family nearby. It's a pristine one-bedroom second-story apartment with all the conveniences of home, centrally located but completely private. A real gem, with and welcoming and knowledgeable hosts.

Last minute get away

Apartment was just as described and pictured in listing. Host’s communication was prompt and excellent. Location was good. The bed slept well and everything was comfortable for our 2 night day.

Perfect for what I needed.

This place was perfect for me for my week in town on business. So much better than a hotel room ! I’ve been coming to the Greenville area several times a year fir over 20 years. Very glad VRBO Iis an option. This rental was clean, nicely decorated and friendly helpful hosts. Who could ask for more?

Beautiful little space

My husband and I were in Greenville to explore a potential move to the area. This little apartment was perfect for us. Close to town but away from the hustle of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet and beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property!

This rental has it all ! Location is great - near lots of restaurants and shopping. Communication with the rental agents was top notch - they were very responsive from the time I submitted the rental request until the time we left. Unit has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, TV with wifi. It was a perfect size for the two of us. Would definitely use again if we were in the area.

Perfect for my Stay

I was in the Greenville area for work and always prefer VRBO to a hotel room. This little find is a keeper for future trips. Could not have been cleaner and furnishings/decor is bright and cheery. I made the time for short visits to Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail downtown and took a walk at the Conestsee Nature Preserve. All fantastic and worth seeing/doing. All in all a successful business trip and enjoyable stay.

Loved!!

The property was exactly as pictured in the ad! Super clean and tidy and no gross smells : ) It's pushed back a bit further from the road and super private and has a little deck area with chairs where you can sit outside. Walking distance to anything you would need really including a super fun brewery and ice cream shop. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Retreat

I was in town during a difficult time with a family illness. I couldn’t have ask for a more lovely and comforting place to retreat to at the end of stressful and emotional days. I’m so thankful I found such a wonderful place to rejuvenate at. Also, the owners couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful and compassionate. Many thanks!!!!

Excellent property and great location

We really enjoyed our stay, very pleased with the property and grateful the property manager contacted us before we arrived and followed up with us to check how’s our stay. Very cleaned inside and the surroundings. The Private Gateway is located behind a real estate office building with dedicated parking space. Is far far enough that the street traffic is not a bother. Nicely equipped equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and bath is very nice. We are in town for house hunting and we’re sure we going to have more opportunities to stay here again.

Nana's Retreat

This apartment was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and that is always what I look for. I loved the walk-in shower because a 70+ woman doesn't like to climb over a bathtub. After visiting my family during the day it was like going home to my own place. The property manager reached out to me on the second day and that meant a lot to me. The only drawback for me were the stairs leading to the front door. Also the pavement from the car to the stairs was uneven and I had to be very careful. The stairs to the front door were well lit up at night. I would definitely stay at this location again.
