Remontoitu 3 sänky / 3 kylpy nykyaikainen huoneisto, josta on uskomattomat näkymät jokaisesta ikkunasta. Yksikkötason terassi, jolta on näkymät rauhalliselle ja yksityiselle Cowpet Baylle, St. John ja Great St. James.

Ota upeat näkymät 1400 neliön jalka kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyamme, savuton huoneisto näkymät kauniille Cowpet Bay. Huoneistossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavalle lomalle. Olohuoneessa on erityisen suuri sohva, 40-tuumainen televisio ja DVD-soitin / stereo, jossa on iPod-soitin ja ilmainen langaton internetyhteys. Siinä on erittäin suuri katettu terassi, jossa on ulkona ruokailu- / oleskelutila, jossa on mukavat istuimet kuusi. Sisällä on kolme ylimitoitettua king-huonetta, joissa on hotellin liinavaatteet, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyamme ja pyyhkeet. Se kestää vain 30 sekuntia kauniille palmujen reunustamalle rannalle, jossa on ilmainen ranta ja lepotuoleja. Täällä voit nauttia auringosta tai makasi varjossa palmu tai seagrape puu. Ranta on suuri suojattu uima-alue ja alue, jossa voit snorklata. Rannan vieressä on suuri kauniisti maisemoitu allas kylpytynnyri. Amazing family vacation

The property was as described, the views were gorgeous, and the area was clean and quiet. We loved the Red Hook area. Great selection of beaches and restaurants. Also, close to ferry. St. John is a must see! The only real issue with the property is the amount of steps, if you have older folks or health problems in your group.

Great Escape

We had an amazing time. We rented a vehicle through the property and it was very helpful. It was easy to load everyone up and drive down to the beach and pool area. There are "rest stops" along the stairs to and from the pool/beach but it was better for our group to use the vehicle. The unit has all the beach towels you could hope for, camp chairs, small coolers and floats-no need to bring a float from home like I did. There are hairdryers in the bathrooms. Watching the boats come and go in the early morning or in the evening while winding down was relaxing. There is a second restaurant besides the fancy Caribbean Fish Market, lighter fare, where you can dry off, put on a cover up and head to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were great

Beautiful View and Spacious Accommodations, Convenient, Safe Resort

My family of four including a 14-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl husband and wife stayed at this beautiful property. We arrived early and the cleaners were very kind to let us put our things on the porch.. We were able to grab lunch at one of the lunch spots on the resort while they finish preparing for our stay. This property was everything we wanted and then some.. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Having three king sized beds with a bathroom for each bedroom made this a true vacation for our family. The property was well equipped with kitchen supplies, including spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, beach towels, and bath towels, there was even a closet with beach toys and floats. We rented the owner’s rental car, which I highly recommend the key was on the counter and we had an immediate access to a vehicle to go to the grocery store. Not having to deal with a rental car company and the process of picking it up and returning it gave us more vacation time The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice and relaxing. It made for a great way to spend our evenings as a family together after dinner. Very private and a nice change from the busy all inclusive resorts that we have been to in the past. The location of this property is perfect. It is a quick five minute ride to town and the ferry. As well as some of the beautiful beaches on the island, including Linquist Beach, Coki Beach and Sapphire Beach. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible stay at a Great Condo in St. Thomas

We had the most amazing week-long stay at this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium in St. Thomas from January 3rd to January 10th, 2025! From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the spectacular views. Every morning, we were treated to a breathtaking sunrise that painted the sky with stunning colors – a truly unforgettable experience. The condo was very comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and some of the most comfortable beds we've slept in while traveling.The property is just a short 7-minute walk down approximately 150 stairs to the beach and a lovely pool. Both were absolutely perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim. The convenience of being so close to both the beach and pool made it easy to enjoy the best of what St. Thomas has to offer. Additionally, we loved the nearby local dining and bar options, with great food and drinks just a short drive away. For those wanting to explore more of the island, other amazing beaches were just a short drive from the condo.The actual stay was easy and seamless. The owner, John, was a pleasure to work with. He provided us with all the information we needed in advance and made sure our stay was perfect. Tanji, the property manager, was equally fantastic. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the condo.All in all, this property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Great family trip!

This condo had everything we needed for an extended family trip. Kitchen was well stocked, we made breakfast almost every morning. Condo also supplied beach towels, inflatables, and sand toys. The property manager was able to supply a second pack and play for us, which was so helpful!The walk to the pool and beach was a little further than we anticipated, but we also had 3 littles under 3 that slowed us down. Still, great area and great views of Cowpet bay.

Great Location and Amenities

This is our 5th stay on the island. This location is the perfect mix for the family. Beach within walking distance, pool for the kiddos, restaurants on site, but still quiet and relaxing. The vehicle on site was a plus and the property manager was great to work with. Will be back!

Won’t return! Very outdated!!

We seen multiple kinds of bugs here. We did not stay the 1st night of our stay because we were getting bit just from checking out the property and have asked for a refund of at least one night with no response. Day 2 they claimed they sprayed and we stayed but still seen bugs. Pictures of the place look great but it’s very outdated. We were disappointed and won’t return.

Highly Recommend!!

This property was great! We had 6 adults and slept very comfortably in this 3 bed, 3 bath condo. The view from the balcony is stellar, it was lovely to wake up and make coffee and sit on the balcony as the sun came up. The area directly around the condo is nice. A walk down a couple flights (okay, like 6 flights) of stairs gets you to the beach, pool, and 2 restaurants. The beach is not the nicest beach on St. Thomas but there are chairs and umbrellas to make the stay nice. The pool is very nice. It's shared with a resort so it can get slightly crowded but we never had an issue getting 3-4 chairs to sit out. The two restaurants around the pool are a very nice seafood place (only open for dinner) and a bar that does breakfast through dinner. The food and drinks are good and not outrageously priced. The condo is close to Red Hook which has several restaurants, bars, shops, and the ferry to St. John. It's not walking distance but is only a 5 minute drive. It's convenient having so many options close by, and catching the ferry is easy for a quick trip over to St. John. The unit itself was very clean, the AC and all the appliances worked well. The on-site property manager Tanji is very friendly and responsive. The property owner offers the ability to rent their vehicle which I *recommend very very highly*. The price is competitive or cheaper than the car rental shops on the island. Overall I can't recommend this highly enough, we had an excellent stay here!

First Trip to St Thomas

This was our first trip to St Thomas, so we had no idea where to stay and what to expect. We found that the condo was in a great location. We snorkel so we had to check out various beaches. The condo was centrally located. It was very nice and lots of room for the grandchildren. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning overlooking the beautiful bay. It is close to Red Hook a small town and we found a different restaurant each night for dinner. Overall, it was a great trip, and we would certainly go back.

Misrepresentation of where the property was located and proximity to beach and pool. Dirty not ready when promised by mgr she was rude and ended up helping us at the end. Spoke witg other owners at cowpet they say owner misrepresents property often the beach is not down a few stairs its across parking lot and down more stairs unlike add beach front.

Great Stay

This place was perfect for our family. Everyone had comfortable space and their own bathrooms. Great views off patio and the best rocking loungers. Beautiful ocean breezes in the evening. Location is close to Red Hook with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was nice with great snorkeling on the left side. Pool is nice and large. Would definitely come back.

Amazing Views, But Disappointing Amenities

We traveled with 2 other couples and were disappointed with the unit. Some things were great, such as the location and view. The vehicle was very convenient, and the pool and beach were nice. Several things weren’t up to par for a Premier Host. The unit was ground floor, but it took 5 sets of steps to get there. The beach and pool were more than a 30 second walk; we had to drive to the property next door. We do not recommend the unit for people with any mobility concerns. The unit has had some renovation; still in need of paint where doors were removed, and the ceiling is falling down in the hallway. The kitchen and hand soaps were very watered down; the towels were thin and bleached. Beach towels are poor quality. Only 1 hair dryer for the unit. Closet in a bedroom overflowing with items for families with children. The TV setup was worthless for us; we couldn’t even find the remote that paired with the main television. The unit was a good size and we appreciated having a bath and bedroom for each couple. We expected the AC would not cool the entire condo. However, other units have in room AC units which we believe the owner should install. The unit was clean prior to our arrival. The location was great, close to restaurants and the ferry. We contacted the owner with our concerns, and he was appreciative of the feedback. He will send info to the property manager and promised to address our concerns. We enjoyed St. Thomas, but disappointed with VRBO.

The property was in good shape and very clean except for one bedroom that needs to have the rusted curtain rod and filthy curtains replaced. The kitchen was well appointed except for a pot scrubber and kitchen towels and wash cloths. The manager, Brittany, was awesome!! She responded immediately and took care of the couple of issues that arose.

Tropical Oasis

This place was by far the nicest place we've stayed at in years. The location was absolutely gorgeous, the condo was pristine and much bigger than we had anticipated and the people were amazing! It was very private and the tours we took around the island and St.Johns were breathtaking!! I would recommend Nazereth to anyone!!! Wonderful family trip!!

Great space, amazing views

We had three couples on the trip and we each had a master bedroom and our own bathroom which is awesome. Location is great because it's right near Red Hook where there are is a good amount of nightlife. It is also right by the beach with access to a pool and having the option to do both was perfect.

We bought this condo because we visited St Thomas with two friends of ours the year before. The area is absolutely gorgeous, from the turquoise ocean and the incredible views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island. We fell in love with the place. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

The view as you walk in is breathtaking. Every time we walk over the arched threshold, you feel like you're on vacation. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The beds are soooo comfortable.
