This awesome vacation rental has everything you need for your Kodiak business trip, vacation or relocation. The house features 3 bedrooms + bonus room, 2.5 baths, a spacious living room, large kitchen includes breakfast bar and dining area. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people with a maximum of 11 guests in 1800 sq. ft.. Add a car rental to your reservation through Kodiak Car Rentals and get a free class upgrade when booking a 7 day reservation.

Heated garage is a perfect place to hang you gear after a long day on the river. (Garage is generally unavailable October-April please enquire if you require this space for your stay). On a rainy afternoon kick back and relax in the heated garage and play some ping pong. The back of the house is lined with decks overlooking a thick swath of spruce trees and small stream. A perfect spot to relax after a long day playing in Kodiak.
