House has three full bathrooms. This house also has an ocean side pool and barbecue to enjoy the full amenities of seaside life on the beach in the Hamptons. Professionally maintained and cleaned. Private boardwalk to private beach. Large decks on ocean and bay side for your enjoyment. 3/10 of a mile from life-guarded public beach option with live music and food. New kitchen with granite counter tops and updated bathrooms.

Great Stay!

Perfect vacation home! The house is clean, a great size and has everything guests need (beach chairs & towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The beachfront location is gorgeous. Ed and his house manager were fantastic hosts - fast, easy communication from the day I booked through the end of the stay. I can't wait to go back to this beach gem!

A lovely stay on Dune road!

My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!

Traveling with family and dog... private walk to the beach, stylish but simple, comfortable beds, clean and organized, responsive management... 2 bedrooms downstairs, one entire 2nd floor master bedroom / entertaining space upstairs, and an attached 'cottage' king studio that is attached to the main house.

Lovely stay for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time spent in this beautiful beach front rental property. Our two sons of 1.5 years old and 4 years old were able to experience the ocean for the first time. The direct access to the beach was perfect. We loved how clean everything was, and was also surprised to not see a single spider/web on any of the outside decks/docks.. no complaints! Lovely stay, and we’d certainly consider a visit to this property in the future. Thank you!!

Smelling the ocean every day

Our key priority was direct access to the beach. This could not be delivered better. Opening the door to the terrace of the master bedroom every morning, facing the ocean directly, was the best. But also the house had everything, really everything to satisfy our needs. We really have enjoyed that stay.

We visited this property to have a small getaway for my daughter’s sweet 16. The property was very clean and well equipped. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and clean. We will definitely be back!

Labor Day 2023

From the beginning of our trip until the end we were in heaven. The location was perfect and the house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy al fresco dining each night. Our group spent the day between the heated pool and the beach and we were close enough to town for a bit of shopping. Cant wait to return! Definitely a five star experience! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful location, Perfect Trip

The house is exactly as described in photos, but the view is even better in person! From the upstairs master, there is a panoramic view of the ocean. The house was perfectly laid out for our family, even with a bedroom separate to allow for some privacy. We had a great week at the home, my kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool! We hope to return next summer!

End of School family trip with Grandmas

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped for a stress free week. We never left the house. We shopped on the way to the house as it is a 20 minute drive to the grocery store. The bedroom are well distributed and give good privacy and separation between kids , grandmas and parents. Matt the property manager was very responsive with any questions and any issues were resolved quickly . I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy time with family

The Views are spectacular

The house is as described and also aligned with pictures presented. We rented the house for the location and it did not disappoint. Ed and Laura were excellent to reach out and communicate with leading up to our stay and permitted us a late checkout time which was much appreciated. We had our privacy while at the house. The price was extremely reasonable. The view was spectacular and we were able to see sunrises easily. The beds were comfortable and all of the utilities and major appliances worked well. There were 3 Mr. Coffee machines and one Keurig and only one Mr. Coffee worked. This minor issue was only slightly disappointing as the coffee drinkers had brought specific Keurig pods to drink and were unable to use them.

Look elsewhere in the hamptons

This property was very expensive For the house There were ants flies and ticks inside the house The house was also bombed with pesticide before my arrival which the owner denied. It was sickening for the first 48 hrs. Luckily I didn’t have children with me. There was no one there to explain the property It is very close to a public beach so it very loud not relaxing The bed in the master was like straw and difficult to sleep The owner actually came to the house to bother me during my stay because I complained I would not recommend this property and certainly won’t stay here again There are plenty of other dune road and hampton properties for that price

Paradise Found

My family and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks of beach bliss. Everything about the experience was fabulous! The house is lovely; roomy, clean, updated, and has everything one would need! The location is amazing, and the views are stunning. The master bedroom suite is outstanding- the deck provides unparalleled vistas of the beach and ocean. Sabrina was always responsive to any needs, and the homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Westhampton 2022

LOVED every second of our family vacation at this beautiful property located right on the beach. We were 6 adults and one child, aged 2. The home was comfortable and clean. The owner and property manager were both there upon our arrival. We spent most days in the pool and since it is close to the public beach with live music, we headed there for entertainment. We grilled and ate outdoors most nights enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the bay from the front of the house. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We would definitely rent here again. The owner and manager were very available for any questions that we had.

Perfect relaxing ocean getaway for the family!

Our family enjoyed this property thoroughly! It had everything we could need! The owner was responsive to our needs. The ocean just steps outside our door, private pool, breathtaking views, and shopping and restaurants just minutes away. What else could you need?

Why they chose this property

World-famous Hampton Beaches west of the Shinnecock canal. Get to the beach faster and easier than farther east. It is the same Hamptons Beach. Enjoy the town amenities. Avoid the hours sitting in traffic trying to go east of the canal. About two-three hours from NYC. Professionally maintained and cleaned. It is a nice beach house on a fantastic sandy beach. There is not a nicer beach anywhere. It is very private. No public parking nearby. The bay is right across the street. Fishing and clamming in the bay. Fishing in the ocean. Surfing. A life guard beach is about 3/10 mile away with live music and food available as another option.

Location is breathtaking. Live on the ocean. The best place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of one of the best beaches in the Hamptons at some of the best prices in the region. Without any stress and without fighting the traffic associated with driving for several hours single file farther east. Clean and simple house with everything that you need.
